Life seems to get crazier every day! Events are becoming more and more disastrous. Weather, Fires, Shootings, Volcanoes, Sink Holes, Mudslides, Earthquakes, Floods, Road or Bridge collapses, animal attacks, robberies, kidnappings, terror attacks, rapes, bacteria, algae, pandemics, epidemics, viruses, and the list goes on and on. This is a time when you need to prepare! There is no way to know what might come your way. There is no promise that your preparedness will be sufficient. However, it may save your life, or the life of someone else. Maybe your children or your spouse.
I expect to see a lot of things happening this month. So buckle up and stay alert. I will do my best to help you stay on top, and know the truth.

- “There is reason to believe that we know the culprit,” Trump said in a post on Twitter.
- The president said the U.S. was “locked and loaded” depending on verification.
- He said the administration was waiting on Saudi Arabia to determine who they believe was behind the attack.
President Donald Trump said the United States is “locked and loaded” after an attack on Saudi Arabia’s oil supply, but his administration is waiting on Riyadh to determine who launched the strikes before proceeding on a course of action.
“There is reason to believe that we know the culprit, are locked and loaded depending on verification,” Trump said in a post on Twitter.
Saudi Arabia oil supply was attacked. There is reason to believe that we know the culprit, are locked and loaded depending on verification, but are waiting to hear from the Kingdom as to who they believe was the cause of this attack, and under what terms we would proceed!
Trump said he authorized the release of oil from the U.S. strategic petroleum reserve to keep the market well supplied.Attacks crippled the heart of Saudi oil production over the weekend, hitting the world’s largest crude processing facility and the kingdom’s second-largest oilfield. Aramco, Saudi’s national oil company, was forced to cut production by 5.7 million barrels per day or about 50%. That is equivalent to about 5% of the global oil supply.Oil futures spiked after the weekend attack. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures popped $6.4, or 11.67%, to $61.23 per barrel. Brent crude futures jumped $7.89, or 13.3% to $68.07.
Yemen’s Houthi rebels claimed responsibility for the attack, but the U.S. has pointed the finger at Iran. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo accused Tehran of launching an “unprecedented attack on the world’s energy supply.”
Iran has dismissed those allegations as “meaningless,” “not comprehensible” and “pointless.”
Foreign Minister Javad Zarif called on the Trump administration to hold talks. But Trump tweeted on Sunday saying: “The Fake News is saying that I am willing to meet with Iran, ‘No Conditions.’ That is an incorrect statement (as usual!).”
The Fake News is saying that I am willing to meet with Iran, “No Conditions.” That is an incorrect statement (as usual!).
Tensions between the U.S. and Iran have escalated significantly since Trump pulled out of an international agreement that aimed to keep Tehran from developing a nuclear weapon. Trump thought the deal wasn’t tough enough and has slapped sanctions back on the Islamic Republic.Trump came close to launching military strikes against Iran in June after the Islamic Republic shot down a U.S. drone. The president said he called off those strikes over concern about the loss of life they would cause. Four weeks later, Trump said the U.S. navy destroyed an Iranian drone, though Tehran denied that was the case.
Washington has also accused Iran of attacking and seizing oil tankers in the Persian Gulf, allegations Tehran rejects.

HARPA: Social Credit (Mental) Scoring For Gun Control?
The Trump administration is considering a proposal that would use Google, Amazon and Apple to collect data on users who exhibit characteristics of mental illness that could lead to violent behavior, The Washington Post reported Thursday.
The proposal is part of an initiative to create a Health Advanced Research Projects Agency (HARPA), which would be located inside the Health and Human Services Department, the report notes, citing sources inside the administration. The new agency would have a separate budget and the president would be responsible for appointing its director.
HARPA would take after Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, which serves as the research arm for the Pentagon. The idea was first crafted in 2017 but has since gotten a renewed push after mass shootings killed 31 people in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, in August.
The Suzanne Wright Foundation approached the president recently and proposed the agency include a project called Stopping Aberrant Fatal Events by Helping Overcome Mental Extremes, or Safe Home, the report notes, citing two people familiar with the matter.
President Donald Trump has a close relationship with Bob Wright, who founded the foundation after his wife died of cancer. Wright was a former chair of NBC and occupied that position while the president hosted “The Apprentice.”
HARPA would develop “breakthrough technologies with high specificity and sensitivity for early diagnosis of neuropsychiatric violence,” according to a copy of the proposal. “A multi-modality solution, along with real-time data analytics, is needed to achieve such an accurate diagnosis.”
The document lists several technologies that could be employed to help collect information, including Apple Watches, Amazon Echo and Google Home. Geoffrey Ling, the lead scientific adviser on HARPA, told reporters Thursday the plan would require enormous amounts of data and “scientific rigor.”
He added: “Everybody would be a volunteer. We’re not inventing new science here. We’re analyzing it so we can develop new approaches.” The White House declined to provide the Daily Caller News Foundation with a statement but sources told WaPo that Trump has reacted “very positively” to the proposal — it is unclear if he has seen the Safe Home idea.

Trump to impose ‘social-credit score’ to own a gun?
Apple Watches, Amazon Echo, Google Home would collect information
Addressing the relationship of mental illness to mass shootings, the Trump administration is considering a proposal that would use Google, Amazon and Apple to collect data on users who display characteristics that could lead to violent behavior.
The Washington Post reported the proposal is part of an initiative to create a Health Advanced Research Projects Agency, or HARPA.
The agency, with a separate budget and a director appointed by the president, would be located inside the Health and Human Services Department, the Post reported, citing administration sources.A written proposal names Apple Watches, Amazon Echo and Google Home as technologies that can be used to collect information.
WND recently reported China is not alone in its implementation of a “social-credit scoring system” designed to engineer the behavior of its citizens by punishing people for offenses such as spending too much time on social media, smoking in a non-smoking zone and bad driving. A similar system already is under development in the United States that utilizes Silicon Valley technology.
The HARPA plan, according to Geoffrey Ling, the lead scientific adviser on the project, would require enormous amounts of data and “scientific rigor.”
“Everybody would be a volunteer,” he said. “We’re not inventing new science here. We’re analyzing it so we can develop new approaches.”
The Daily Caller reported the White House declined to provide a statement, but sources told the Washington Post that Trump has reacted “very positively” to the proposal.
A foundation founded by a close friend of Trump, Bob Wright, approached the president recently with a proposal for a project called Safe Home, or Stopping Aberrant Fatal Events by Helping Overcome Mental Extremes, the Daily Caller said.
Google and Amazon have also not responded to requests for comment.
The idea was first discussed in 2017 but has gained momentum with the mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, last month that killed 31 people.
The proposal says HARPA would develop “breakthrough technologies with high specificity and sensitivity for early diagnosis of neuropsychiatric violence.”
“A multi-modality solution, along with real-time data analytics, is needed to achieve such an accurate diagnosis,” the document says.
Amid calls from Democrats and some Republicans for gun control in response to the mass shootings, Trump has pointed to the problem of mental illness.“I do want people to remember the words ‘mental illness.’ These people are mentally ill. … I think we have to start building institutions again because, you know, if you look at the ’60s and ’70s, so many of these institutions were closed,” he said Aug. 15.
Social-credit scoring underway
Examples of a social-credit scoring system underway in the United States include the New York State Department of Financial Services allowing life insurance companies to base premiums on information culled from social media.
Also, businesses are using a system offered by a company called PatronScan that monitors accusations of “fighting, sexual assault, drugs, theft, and other bad behavior” to turn away customers.Vacation rental and ride-sharing services are using a similar system.
