Sign of the times: Back to Baal worship.

 On a moonlit night, the body was placed on the arms of an effigy of Baal made of brass. The Priests lit fires that heated the effigies from its lower parts. The victims were placed on the burning hot outstretched hands. As they were burned alive they vehemently cried out. The priests beat a drum sounded flutes, lyres, and tambourines. This drowned out the cries of the anguished parents. The father could not hear the voice of his son, and his heart might not be moved.

Then later, the remains were collected and placed in special small urns. The urns were then buried in the funerary Acropolis. Recent excavations discovered a great number of these urns, proving the accusation of child sacrifice true. The area covered by the funerary Acropolis was probably over an acre and a half by the fourth century B.C., with nine different levels of burials. Archaeologists have discovered evidence of child sacrifice also in Sardinia and Sicily. The ritual of burning was called “the act of laughing” perhaps because when the flames are consuming the body, the limbs contract and the open mouth seemed almost to be laughing. Causing a child to “pass through fire” was the standard euphemism for child sacrifice in the ancient world. The “high places” were sacrificial cults that had grown up in the countryside. Since human sacrifice was the most horrendous of the religious perversions that occurred at these shrines, the term “high places” became a synonym for shrines to Baal engaged in human sacrifice. Baalbek was just such a place.

Now, allow me to turn your attention to Nimrod as Baal was also known. It is important that you know that Nimrod incorporated into his worship system the grisly practice of human sacrifice and cannibalism. Our authority Hislop says, “the priests of Nimrod or Baal were necessarily required to eat of the human sacrifices; and thus it has come to pass that ‘Cahna-Bal’ (cahna meaning priest & Bal referring to Baal) is the established word (cannibal) in our own tongue for a devourer of human flesh.”

Following earlier, highly successful events in London, Florence, Dubai, New York, and Arona, the arch will now come to the Hague. The arch will be placed at the Lange Voorhout in the Hague to allow ordinary people – both Dutch citizens and Syrian refugees to literally touch it and engage with it.

The location in the City of Peace and Justice has of course been carefully chosen. It strengthens the message the arch has to convey. Setting your eyes on the magnificent six-meter tall arch is an emotional experience for anyone,  but for a Syrian person who has grown up visiting the arch during school trips and holidays standing in front of the gate evokes deep pride and nostalgia

Etymology of Arch

So in a Biblical sense, the Arch of Triumph replica can not only mean a Arch as we know it but the beginning of something. Arch of Triumph in Washington D.C. and then on to the Hague.

It seems that after the Arch of Triumph replica leaves Washington D.C. it will be headed to the Hague, Netherlands in October. Who can say judgment is coming? First to the government of the “free world” and then to the international court…pay attention, the placement of these arches tells a story.

This comes from Wikipedia. “The Hague was first mentioned as Die Haghein 1242. In the 15th century, the name des Graven hage came into use, literally “The Count’s Wood”, with connotations like “The Count’s Hedge, Private Enclosure or Hunting Grounds”. The city is also home to the U.N.’s International Court of Justice, headquartered in the Peace Palace, and the International Criminal Court.  (I find it interesting that it begins with the word Graven)

It seems the Triumphal Arch is making its debut under the pretense of an international court. I can’t wait to see what happens with this one.

Rabbi: Rebuilt Arch of Palmyra is Pre-Messiah Resurgence of Idolatry

The reproduction of the Arch of Palmyra, a Roman victory arch that stood as the entrance to a pagan temple for almost 2,000 years, will make an improbable appearance in Washington D.C. and the International Criminal Court in the Hague as a “symbol of Peace and Resilience.”

The original Roman victory arch was built in Palmyra, Syria at the end of the second century CE. Originally it stood in front of the Temple of Bel where pagans worshiped the Mesopotamian god, also known as Ba’al, in a form of idol worship that figures prominently in the Bible. The temple was dedicated in 32 CE but was constructed on the site of a pre-existing temple that goes back to the third millennium BCE.

The Temple of Bel, along with many other pagan places of worship in the area, was converted into a Catholic church during the Byzantine Era. Parts of the structure were modified by Arabs in 1132 who preserved the edifice and converted the Temple into a mosque.

The original arch was destroyed by the Islamic State (ISIS) in October 2015, but one year later, the Institute for Digital Archaeology (IDA) used 3-D printing technology to reproduce a 20-foot  full-scale replica.

The replica arch will be reassembled in the Hague, the site of the Dutch Parliament and the UN’s International Criminal Court. The Hague is described as  the City of Peace and Justice.” Hosted by the Centre for Global Heritage and Development, the arch will be displayed adjacent to the ICC for one month beginning October 17. The Internet announcement of the exhibit describes the arch, a replica of the victory of Roman paganism, as “a symbol of cultural resilience” that will stand as an inspiration to the Netherland’s approximately 100,000 Syrian immigrants.

Rabbi Yosef Berger, the rabbi of King David’s Tomb on Mount Zion, sees the reconstructed arch as a pre-Messiah resurgence of idolatry.

“As the Messiah approaches, the forces of darkness are pushing back harder than ever before, Rabbi Berger told Breaking Israel News. “The last time we saw this level of idolatry was when the Temple stood in Jerusalem. Now that we are close to the appearance of the Third Temple, idolatry is reappearing, even in popular culture among people who claim they are atheists.”

The arch reappeared in several venues hosting world government summits. It was erected to inaugurate the World Government Summit in Dubai in February 2017, an event that brings together leaders in business, technology, and politics from around the world. The arch was then erected in Italy in May 2017 for the G7 Summit, a meeting of the leaders of the seven largest economies in the world representing more than 64 percent of the net global wealth.

The rabbi explained that it is no coincidence that the arch is becoming a centerpiece at gatherings of world leaders.

The IDA and UNESCO have paired up in other projects presenting symbols of idolatry. In November 2017, a statue of the pagan goddess Athena was reconstructed by the IDA and presented at an exhibit “The Spirit in the Stone,” at the United Nations’ headquarters in New York City. The exhibit described Athena as “synonymous with reason, refuge and the rule of law, all of the same values on which that historic institution was built,” but the spear lying at the statue’s feet belied her more common association as the goddess of war. Some scholars believe the Greek goddess was based on the Mesopotamian goddess al-Lat.

Rabbi Shimon Apisdorf, a Jewish educator and best-selling author, noted that in their efforts to preserve the past, the IDA and UNESCO are doing precisely the opposite.

“The organization claims this is about cultural resilience but everything about this points to cultural dominance and the crushing of culture,” Rabbi Apisdorf told Breaking Israel News. “It would be nice to think of Athena as the goddess of tolerance but the people who worshipped her believed she was the goddess of war.”

“History is to be learned from but it must be in an objective manner. History is real and separate from us. The people who lived then were as real as we are today but they had their own reality and their own world. That is why we can learn from history, learn to incorporate their victories as well as avoiding their failures. If we superimpose our thoughts and our reality on the past, we are acting as the Roman conqueror, erasing the culture of the past.”

“Creating history in your own image, creating a subjective self-based reality, is the very definition of idolatry. A belief in God is a belief in an external creator, an objective absolute reality.”

In Jewish tradition, the Arch of Palmyra may be alluded to as a harbinger of the Messianic era.  An arch that is repeatedly built up and destroyed is described in the Talmud (Tractate Sanhedrin 78a).

The disciples of Rabbi Yossi the son of Kisma questioned him, asking when the son of David (the Messiah) will appear. And he answered: I am afraid you will request from me a sign as well. And they assured him that they would not. He then said to them: When this gate will fall, be rebuilt and fall again, be rebuilt again and fall again. And before it will be rebuilt for the third time the Messiah will appear.

Rabbi Shlomo Yitzchaki, a preeminent medieval rabbi known by the acronym Rashi, explained this section of the Talmud, stating that the arch described by Rabbi Yossi was “a Roman arch in a Roman city.” The arch in Palmyra was indeed a Roman victory arch built when Palmyra was a Roman city.

Palmyra was listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1980, which described the temple as “one of the best preserved and most important religious edifices of the first century in the Middle East.” Palmyra is approximately 370 miles away from two other UNESCO Heritage sites listed as having Muslim significance: Jerusalem and Hebron.

Before the outbreak the Syrian Civil War in 2011, Palmyra was a popular tourist attraction, drawing 105,000 visitors a year. With the help of a powerful Russian military presence in Syria, President Bashar al-Assad has retaken control of Palmyra and reconstruction is underway. The Syrian government recently announced that the site will be ready to receive tourists by summer 2019, but it is not exactly clear where they will come from.

Arch of Ba’al, With Shadowy Ties to New World Order, May Be Messiah’s End-of-Days Gateway: Rabbi

A pagan arch erected in Italy one month before the meeting of the world’s most powerful leaders in the same country may be the portal whose opening could usher in the age of the Messiah – or a sinister World Order, a prominent rabbi has claimed.

The rabbi believes that the two events – the unveiling last month of a replica of the Palmyra Arch, a symbol of paganism and idol worship, and the recent G7 summit, representing the coming together of world powers – are deeply and troublingly connected.

“This arch brings together all the necessary elements for the New World Order,” explained Rabbi Daniel Asore, a member of the nascent Sanhedrin, to Breaking Israel News. “If you look at where this arch has appeared, it is clearly a pattern moving towards a specific goal: Messiah. The question is, whose Messiah will it be?”

Rabbi Asore explained that this connection to Ba’al was essential to the New World Order, and was therefore necessary to elements in the G7 seeking world domination.

“The New World Order is not a secular, atheist movement,” explained Rabbi Asore. “They combine worship of Ba’al with worship of the Egyptian god, Isis, and also the true name of God. They need to bring together all of these elements.”

Rabbi Asore added that changes within Christianity, specifically Catholicism, are part of the battle against the New World Order. This was one of his motives for participating in the Sanhedrin’s trial against Pope Francis in 2015.

“The culture of paganic Rome is taking over Christianity,” he argued. “Christianity must be taken back from Roman culture, which is paganism.”

The arch, originally reconstructed for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Heritage week in England, also relates to the New World Order’s designs on the Holy Temple and the name of the Jewish God, the rabbi said.

“UNESCO, as part of the New World Order, has to usurp the true name of God,” Rabbi Asore explained. “It is towards this end that UNESCO is working towards changing the name and history of the Temple Mount, in order to control the original name of the Jewish God. That is why they made the most absurd claims about the holy places in Israel, but the power of the New World Order is real, so they were successful, despite their obvious lies.”

Rabbi Asore said that the arch’s role in bringing the Messiah was explicitly described in the Talmud, Tractate Sanhedrin (78a).

Revered Jewish scholar Rashi, a medieval rabbi who authored a canonical commentary on the Torah, wrote that the arch mentioned by Rabbi Yossi was “a Roman arch in a Roman city”.

Rabbi Asore explained that when the Talmud describes the gate falling, it is not referring to an intentional act of deconstruction, but to the powers of evil triumphing over those who serve the true God, symbolized by the Arch of Palmyra.

“There is no question that the arch is the portal for a new world that the Talmud is speaking about. If the New World Order succeeds, then they will rule, God, forbid,” Rabbi Asore said. “But if the Moshiach ben David (Messiah from the House of David) comes through the portal, he will rule over them, over the New World Order.”
