High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, HAARP (1993)

The HAARP Program is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy, and is based in Gakona, Alaska. It is designed to “understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems.” The HAARP system intends to beam 3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere.

The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab/ rocket combination to deliver very large amount of energy,  comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening.

The project is likely to be “sold” to the public as a space shield against incoming weapons, or, for

the more gullible, a devise for repairing the ozone layer.

1. Electromagnetic Warfare

From the 1950s the military have used low-level electromagnetic radiation in electromagnetic warfare.

Overview: Electrosensitivity specific symptoms caused by electromagnetic warfare, 1953-1980s

Governments in the USSR and USA developed microwave war to cause specific Electrosensitivity symptoms. These were first used against the US embassy in Moscow from 1953 and then were the aim of the secret US Pandora Project of the 1970s. Later they were probably a feature of the USSR’s Woodpecker Signal from July 4 1976. Electrosensitivity symptoms were recorded from electronic transmissions by people in Eugene, Oregon, in 1978, the women of Greenham Common, England, in the 1980s, in the troubles of Northern Ireland, and in most wars since the 1990s.

USSR Microwave Irradiation of US Embassy in Moscow, 1953-1976

From 1953 until 1976 the USSR beamed microwaves at the US embassy in Moscow at 1,000 to 240,000 microWatts/meter squared, using 2.45 to 4 GHz beams. The USA was unaware of this until 1959. In 1975 the USSR increased the power with two different transmitters. Embassy staff suffered typical specific Electrosensitivity symptoms and some developed cancers.

• In 1976 the US fitted aluminium screening to the windows of their Moscow embassy, to protect against non-thermal microwave health effects. The USSR did not admit to irradiating the US embassy until 1976

Czechoslovakian Research, 1960 on

A Department of High Frequency was established in 1960 at the Institute of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases in Prague,  Czechoslovakia. This Department was concerned solely with the problems of EM waves of the non-ionizing spectrum in relation to man being unfavorably affected.

• “Typical symptoms are pains in the head and eyes, fatigue connected with overall weakness, dizziness, and vertigo when standing for a longer period. Sleep at night is restive and superficial, there is sleepiness during the day. Exposed individuals are subject to changing moods, they often become irritated to the point of becoming intolerable. Hypochondric reactions are manifested along with feelings of fear. Sometimes those affected feel nervous tension or, on the contrary, mental depression connected with inhibition of intellectual functions, mainly decreased memory.”

​USA Project Pandora for Microwave Weapons, 1965-1970

After the USA discovered in 1959 that the USSR had been irradiating their embassy in Moscow, there was a move to investigate the use of microwaves as weapons. Studies showed that non-thermal microwave exposure produced typical specific Electrosensitivity symptoms which could disable victims.

• In 1965 Koslov, of the USA’s Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), admitted that the Soviets had hundreds of studies showing low-level radio frequency bio-effects. These effects were typical specific Electrosensitivity symptoms, such as “excessive fatigue, coordination loss, changes in blood pressure, in heart rate, biochemical changes in the blood, and some loss of sensory ability”.
• Analysis of the ‘Moscow Signal’ led to Project Pandora (1965-1970), the first US research programme into the offensive use of health and psychological effects of low-level microwave radiation. It was 70-80% funded by the military. Studies demonstrated how to induce heart seizures, create leaks in the blood brain barrier and produce auditory hallucinations.
• Despite attempts to hide Project Pandora, memoranda of Richard Cesaro, director of DARPA, confirmed that the programme’s initial goal was to “discover whether a carefully controlled microwave signal could control the mind.”  Cesaro urged that these studies be made “for potential weapons applications” (Defense Intelligence Agency report).
• Dr Milton Zaret informed the CIA about Soviet research:
  ​“For non-thermal irradiations, they believe that the electromagnetic field induced by the microwave environment affects the cell membrane, and this results in the increase of excitability or an increase in the level of excitation of nerve cells. With repeated or continued exposure, the increased excitability leads to a state of exhaustion of the cells of the cerebral cortex.”

• Following public outcry, Congress forbade further research and demanded that these projects be terminated across the board. Victor Marchetti, a former CIA agent, however, later revealed that the programmes merely became more covert with a high element of ‘deniability’ built in to them.

Eugene Signal, Oregon, 1978

The Eugene Signal caused specific EHS symptoms to people like Walter Deposkey. 150 documented complaints were made. The source was later said to be a US Navy wireless base at Dixon, California, but this was denied. It sent out a 4.75 MHz signal with 1,100 Hz pulses at 500,000 Watts. Even Clifford Schrock, an investigator who had worked for the CIA and NSA, admitted to headaches.

US Marine Corps: Non-lethal Electromagnetic Weapons Project, 1980-1983

From 1980-1983 Eldon Byrd, of the Naval Surface Weapons Office, ran the Marine Corps: Non-lethal Electromagnetic Weapons Project, mainly at at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda, Md. He was commissioned to develop electromagnetic devices for purposes including ‘riot control’, clandestine operations and hostage removal. Many of his experiments produced typical specific Electrosensitivity symptoms.

• “We were looking at electrical activity in the brain and how to influence it,” Byrd said. He conducted experiments on animals – and even on himself – to see if brain waves would move into sync with waves impinging on them from the outside. He found that they would, but the effect was short lived. 
• By using very low frequency EMR Byrd found he could induce the brain to release behavior-regulating chemicals. “We could put animals into a stupor” by hitting them with these frequencies. “We got chick brains – in vitro – to dump 80% of the natural opioids in their brains.”
• On the controversy about reproductive hazards to Video Display Terminal (VDT) operators, Byrd wrote of alterations in brain function of animals exposed to low intensity fields. Offspring of exposed animals “exhibited a drastic degradation of intelligence later in life… couldn’t learn easy tasks… indicating a very definite and irreversible damage to the central nervous system of the fetus.” Where VDT operators were exposed to weak fields, there were clusters of miscarriages and birth defects, with evidence of central nervous system damage to the fetus.
• Byrd also wrote of experiments where behavior of animals was controlled by exposure to weak electromagnetic fields. “At a certain frequency and power intensity, they could make the animal purr, lay down and roll over.”
• Byrd ran a project using magnetic fields to cause certain brain cells in rats to release histamine. In humans, this would cause instant ‘flu-like symptoms and produce nausea. “These fields were extremely weak. They were undetectable. The effects were non-lethal and reversible. You could disable a person temporarily. It would have been like a stun gun.” 
• Byrd says he was told his work would be unclassified, “unless it works.” Because it worked, he suspects that the program “went black.” Other scientists tell similar tales of research on EMR turning top secret once successful results were achieved. (Eldon Byrd: Mankind Research Unlimited)
   

US Irradiation of Women at Greenham Common, England, 1984

In the fall of 1984 women protesters at the USAF airbase at Greenham Common in England were subjected to beams of non-thermal microwave irradiation, after they started to be more active following the arrival of Cruise missiles in March 1984. They suffered typical specific Electrosensitivity symptoms, which were documented at the time.

• These women suffered unusual patterns of illness which ranged from “severe headaches, drowsiness, menstrual bleeding at abnormal times or post-menopausal, to bouts of temporary paralysis, faulty speech coordination and in one case apparent circulatory failure requiring hospitalization”

  “vertigo, retinal bleeding, burnt face (even at night), nausea, sleep disturbances and palpitations … lack of concentration, disorientation, loss of memory, irritability and a sense of panic in non-panic situations.”

“Doctors are compiling a report on the condition of a number of Greenham Common peace women who have had symptoms which are consistent with the known neurophysiological effects of electromagnetic waves, or low level radiation. These symptoms range from headache and dizziness to difficulties of concentration or memory. Fears of electronic “zapping” have led peace women at the camp to keep a record of ill-effects reported by their groups over the past year.
Claims that this has revealed a pattern of illness will be presented by the peacewomen at a media briefing in London today. They will report that at least 40 women present at different points around the nine-mile perimeter of the American cruise missile base have experienced similar symptoms, at the same times. Dr. Stephen Farrow, chairman of the Medical Campaign Against Nuclear weapons said yesterday: “We are now compiling evidence about the claims made by the women. There is obviously a great deal of interest in what they say; it seem feasible,

The Greenham women claim that meter tests outside camp, taken at times when women have experienced the symptoms, have shown a marked increase in background microwave signal levels. they also say the symptoms are more pronounced when cruise missile convoys leave the camp.”

“Women peace campers at Greenham Common, England, claim that they are being attacked by the US electronic weapons from within the US airbase there. They believe that some form of electromagnetic wave or other signal is being directed at them and is responsible for a number of illnesses they have suffered over the past year. Symptoms range from mild headaches and drowsiness to bouts of temporary paralysis and, in one case, an apparent circulatory failure which required emergency treatment. Women have also complained of sharp pains and problems with speech coordination. A team of doctors from the Medical Campaign Against nuclear Weapons are compiling a report on the condition of the women affected.
The women first noticed a pattern of illnesses emerging in 1984. They discounted food or water poisoning as a cause and started to suspect interference from inside the base. They found that women at different points around the camp appeared to have experienced similar symptoms at the same time, even when they were not in contact with one another.

They believe there is a deliberate intent to make life difficult for them and so drive them away. Some of the worst affected women now find it impossible to stay around Greenham for more than a short period of time.
Electronic weapons are know to have been used by security forces on a number of occasions. The Americans are reported to have used ultrasound to disorient and demoralize their enemies during the Vietnam war and a number of American police forces are believed to have carried out trials with infra-sound generators mounted on the back of trucks. The high intensity, low frequency pressure waves these produce are said to cause vomiting, nausea and a range of other disturbances and to induce fits in those who are subject to them. American medical groups have protested against the proposed use of these weapons for urban riot control.
Microwave radiation is also believed to have been used as a weapon at various times. The most celebrated instance was the irradiation of the US Embassy in Moscow during the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s.

The women at Greenham Common suspect that more than one type of frequency of radiation is being used against them. They say that the symptoms vary from time to time and seem to reflect what takes place on the base. Large numbers of women have complained of sudden feelings of extreme tiredness shortly before major events, such as the departure of a cruise missile convoy and on other occasions when their activities might have proved particularly awkward for the forces using the base.
We have conducted a number of tests around the base in cooperation with journalists from other organizations. Readings taken with a wide range signal strength meter showed marked increases in the background signal level near one of the womens’ camps at a time when they claimed to be experiencing ill effects.
On another occasion, previously low signal levels near the camp rose sharply when the women created a disturbance just outside the perimeter fence of the base.

The signal levels measured were well above normal background levels but still within official safety limits. however, there is evidence from a number of sources that low levels of electromagnetic radiation can have harmful effects especially where exposure takes place over a long period of time.”

Microwave attack on US personnel, 1990s

• “The National Security Agency confirms that there is intelligence information from 2012 associating the hostile country to which Mr. Beck traveled in the late 1990s with a high-powered microwave system weapon that may have the ability to weaken, intimidate, or kill an enemy over time and without leaving evidence. The 2012 intelligence information indicated that this weapon is designed to bathe a target’s living quarters in microwaves, causing numerous physical effects, including a damaged nervous system.”

US Embassy, Havana, Cuba, 2017

Likely microwave weapon attacks:

In 2017 there were reports of illness at the US embassy at Havana, Cuba, caused by electromagnetic radiation or microwave guns or sound waves. Some 24 embassy staff suffered hearing loss, dizziness and nausea and had to be withdrawn. Canadians were also involved. Specific people in specific parts of specific rooms were targeted.

Some psychologists proposed mass hysteria, but physical changes were found in the ears and brains of those diplomats involved.

Another proposal has been a chemical attack.

Another proposal has been a sonic attack.

Since ultrasound used in the brain for therapeutic purposes never causes white matter tract problems, it is now regarded as likely caused by microwave attacks.

Microwave Sonic Weapons:

The effects of microwaves producing sound pressures in the brain, known as the microwave auditory effect of the Frey effect, were discovered by Allan Frey in 1962 and have been developed extensively in US and USSR research since then. This included the US MEDUSA project (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio). 

Dr Lev Sadovnik, of the Sierra Nevada Corporation, noted that there are health risks, especially brain damage from the high-intensity shockwave created by the microwave pulse. Dr James Lin in 2008 said of a microwave sonic weapon: ““I would worry about what other health effects it is having. You might see neural damage.”

US Consulate, Guangzhou, China, 2018

The US State Department stated in an email to citizens in China: “A US government employee in China recently reported subtle and vague, but abnormal, sensations of sound and pressure.” The employee  reported experiencing “abnormal sensations of sounds and pressure”.

As with the Cuba incident, this is likely microwave sonic effects, long used in electronic warfare, rather than purely sonic effects, which have not shown white matter trauma. See above under Cuba 2017 for fMRI brain scans showing brain damage from microwaves and US scientists noting the brain damage.

“James Lin, an engineering professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago, thought that the effects might have come from microwaves. He produced a “sonic” signal from microwaves in the lab and found that at the threshold level for perception the microwave pulses caused a pressure inside the head interpreted as sound. “If you increase it to super threshold level I have no doubt it could produce serious damage,” he said. “I think that’s the most likely scenario.” The use of microwaves as a potential weapon has a precedent in the Cold War, when American officials discovered that the US embassy in Moscow was being bombarded with them.”

US Diplomats, Beijing and Shanghai, 2018

Two diplomats from the US embassy in Beijing and one from the US consulate in Shanghai complained of symptoms in July 2018 similar to those of dizziness, tinnitus and nausea in the earlier microwave attacks in Guangzhou and Cuba.

Microwave Weapons cause ‘Brain Network Disorder’ or Electromagnetic hypersensitivity in US and Canadian diplomats:
– evidence of brain injuries by Diffusion Tensor Imaging MRI 

NBC News reports in the fall of 2018 stated that US officials suspected Russian involvement in the microwave weapon attacks on their embassy staff in Cuba and China. They also reported that the Diffusion Tensor Imaging MRI scans of Catherine Werner and her mother Laura Hughes showed brain injury in the form of white matter lesions or ‘Brain Network Disorder’. These appear similar to the 3d MRI scans of people with microwave sickness. Microwave sickness was also the result of the USSR’s microwave attacks on staff at the US embassy in Moscow in the 1950s and 1960s.

Attempt to deny electrosensitivity attacks: lovelorn crickets

Some attempts have been made to deny the scientific and medical findings, especially the 3d fMRIs showing brain damage which is not consistent with acoustic injury, in an attempt to deny that electromagnetic warfare was not involved in Cuba and China.

One hypothesis was that the damage was caused by the intermodulation of two eaves-dropping ultrasound beams.

Another hypothesis was the extraordinary claim that these electrosensitive efffects can be produced by the cricket insect, although there is no evidence over the last 80 years of research, since electrosensitivity was first described in 1932, that crickets can produced the same adverse health effects as electromagnetic radiation and energy. It is more likely that the recording of the crickets was not the cause of the specific electrosensitivity symptoms.

Both Foster and Sample have previously denied the hundreds of scientific papers showing electrosensitivity and other harmful effects from, for instance, Wifi radiation and cellphones.

Recent Wars

Most armies now deploy electronic warfare units which aim to create specific Electrosensitivity symptoms in the enemy to confuse, disorientate or debilitate them.

• During recent wars in places like Iraq some troops have been withdrawn when they have begun to suffer from symptoms of Electrosensitivity. Before the main engagements with explosives, electronic radiation was used to disorientate enemy personnel by creating typical specific Electrosensitivity symptoms in them.

Geo-magnetic Warfare, Geo-Terrorism and ‘Technetronic’ Warfare

The combination of Technology and Electronics (‘Technetronics’ as described in 1968 by Brzezinski, National Security Adviser to President Jimmy Carter, 1977-81) allows malevolent governments increasingly to control covertly both geo-magnetic events, like global warming and earthquakes, and also increasingly to control human psychological and cognitive processes.

Thus the political emphasis on carbon-caused global warming can be seen in part as an attempt to hide covert geo-magnetic interference itself causing global warming along with unusual weather-related events. Such geo-magnetic events can apparently be manipulated to exert pressure on governments reluctant to accept a super-power’s political hegemony.

Indiscriminate Pulse and Microwave weapons

Some governments deploy electromagnetic devices both against enemy forces and against parts of their own civilian population. These tend to be indiscriminate, harming all people and animals within range. They can often produce typical specific Electrosensitivity symptoms.

• Very powerful devices, like ‘High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse’ (HEMP),  aim to disable all electronic equipment and installations over a wide area.
• Smaller-scale ‘microwave energy weapons’ (HPM) can cause painful burning sensations or other injuries to someone in the path of the beam, or can even be fatal. They would likely impact hospital equipment and implanted cardiac pace-makers, rendering such weapons as subversive to human rights under several categories.

The US Navy is planning to deploy high-energy Laser weapons. This is also known as directed energy. It can be used both defensively against missile strikes and offensively.

Proposed Mind Control or Interference: Lilly waves and Psychotronic Warfare

• John C. Lilly (1915-2001) developed a balanced bi-phasic electric pulse pair, the ‘Lilly Wave’, to push ions in the neuron in first one direction and then the other, thus stimulating the neuron. Previous wave forms used in neurophysiology and neurosurgery injured the neurons when unidirectional current passed through the brain. This stimulates the neurons of the brain to resonate at a certain frequency. Thus the Lilly wave has the ability to control the brainwave patterns of the brain.

• Similar effects are used in transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS), with electrodes attached to the skull. It can produce retinal phosphenes. Direct current applications (tDCS) have become common and present challenges (Wexler A, 2016). These systems, and EEG, can now be controlled by commercial devices using wireless links (e.g. Neuroelectrics). Many people, of course, are sensitive to low-level electromagnetic exposure and can experience similar adverse effects from environmental ambient radiation (Eger H et al, 2010).
• It has been claimed that the Lilly Wave can also make the brain’s water molecules resonate at a desired frequency thus causing the electrons that form the brain’s electrical voltages to also resonate at the same frequency, using electromagnetic and acoustic waves. The Lilly Wave can also entrain blood sugar and iron within neurons’ cellular structure when the molecule is targeted by a wave resonating at the same frequency as that molecule, leading to the molecule’s explosion.  For sugar molecules and crystals this triboluminescence releases an electric and electromagnetic charge, creating extreme confusion, dizziness, and lack of awareness or apathy. 
  The Lilly Wave frequency has allegedly been used as a military application, known as the “madness” frequency. The Los Angeles Riots are said to have been the first open test of its capacity to mass control anger and violent response from the mob.
  The Lilly Wave can also entrain the brain and blood’s iron molecules, causing the iron to condense together via resonant attraction and clump within the brain, causing the iron to be magnetised and rush to the top of your head. This results in a rush of blood to the head and extreme confusion and dizziness. It can also be reversed, causing a draining of blood from the head, leading to unconsciousness.

Hostile and military weather modification with severe effects is banned under the United Nations Convention of 1976.

Some states or groups, however, have considered or experimented with weather modification, climate change, geo-engineering, earthquakes and tectonic weapons, and putting satellites with offensive capabilities into orbit. HAARP, financed by the US Air Force and Navy, began in 1993 and was closed in 2014. It had a 3.6 megaWatt transmitter, with an effective radiated power of up to 5.1 gigaWatts or 97.1 dBW.

6. Covert radar cybersecurity using millimeter waves

Covert millimeter wave radar radiation at 75-100 GHz together with Artificial Intelligence identification and recognition systems has been developed for use in scanning people for weapons.

The MiRTLE (Millimetre-Wave Radar Threat Level Evaluation) system makes 3,000 scans a second, using radiation similar to airport scanners. Whereas airport scanners are designed for a single and brief transit, covert security is designed to work all the time.

There was a request for authority to perform a demonstration test of this system in California in May 2018 and reports of trials in Seattle later in 2018. 

These frequencies have been little tested for safety either theoretically or from radiation devices in use. It is known that these frequencies can have very serious effects on e.g. eyes, optical nerves, and genomic stability.

The ICNIRP safety guidelines are designed only for short-term heating, based on Schwan’s mistake in 1953. These do not protect against long-term and low-level biological effects, such as those caused by induced currents from the radiated magnetic fields.

At this frequency range normal building material is essentially opaque, therefore it is essential to prevent radiation escaping which could interfere with the radio astronomy frequency range.

Evolv Technology uses 24-30 GHz. It applied for testing at the DHS’s Transportation Security Laboratory in New Jersey, and the FBI’s headquarters in Quantico, Virginia.

The brochure for the Radio Physics MiRTLE radiation device claims that it uses ” harmless millimeter-wave signals that permeate clothing at frequencies between 75 and 110GHz”, but no scientific proof is given that this particular radiation is harmless.

7. European Parliament

In 1999 the European Parliament issued a statement on Legal aspects of military activities, which included the following:
“26. Calls on the European Union to seek to have the new ‘non-lethal’ weapons technology and the development of new arms strategies also covered and regulated by international conventions;
27. Considers HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) by virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern and calls for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be examined by an international independent body before any further research and testing; regrets the repeated refusal of the United States Administration to send anyone in person to give evidence to the public hearing or any subsequent meeting held by its competent committee into the environmental and public risks connected with the high Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) programme currently being funded in Alaska;
28. Requests the Scientific and Technological Options Assessment (STOA) Panel to agree to examine the scientific and technical evidence provided in all existing research findings on HAARP to assess the exact nature and degree of risk that HAARP poses both to the local and global environment and to public health generally;
29. Calls on the Commission, in collaboration with the governments of Sweden, Finland, Norway and the Russian Federation, to examine the environmental and public health implications of the HAARP programme for Arctic Europe and to report back to Parliament with its findings;
30. Calls in particular for an international convention for a global ban on all research and development, whether military or civilian, which seeks to apply knowledge of the chemical, electrical, sound vibration or other functioning of the human brain to the development of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings, including a ban on any actual or possible deployment of such systems;”

“‘Non-lethal’ weapons(9)

So-called ‘non-lethal’ weapons are not a new type of weapon but have existed for many years in such forms as water cannons, rubber bullets and tear gas. However, at the present time, more and more advanced weapon techniques have been developed which are labelled non-lethal despite the fact that they can cause extensive damage and even result in invalidity or death.
Both material and antipersonnel technologies have been developed. One example is acoustic weapons which are capable of confusing and disorientating and thereby neutralising an enemy by producing a low level of sound, known as infra-sound. Other examples are adhesive foam and blinding lasers. Chemicals which discolour water can affect both agriculture and the population. With the aid of electromagnetic beams it is possible to knock out the enemy’s computer, navigation and communication systems. Non-lethal weapons can also be used against a country’s infrastructure and authorities, bring the railway system to a standstill or cause chaos in a country’s financial world. What these weapons have in common is that they are intended to delay, obstruct and overcome a potential enemy at ‘strategic level’.(10)
The fact that these different types of weapon are all categorised as non-lethal is seriously misleading and deluding. The term ‘non-lethal’ is intended to portray these weapons as more humane than conventional weapons – but there are no humane weapons. The use of any type of weapon involves a risk of injury or death, which is of course the purpose of weapons. ‘Non-lethal’ weapons tend to be used at an early stage of a conflict and may actually serve as a catalyst for the conflict. The use of violence by soldiers and police may increase because the weapons appear to be less dangerous. The inherent risk is that these weapons reduce the threshold for the use of violence to settle conflicts.
The aim is to neutralise the enemy without sustained suffering and without fatalities. But how and against whom ‘non-lethal’ weapons are used is an important consideration in terms of the implications of these weapons. A weapon that can render a soldier harmless, may injure or even kill a child or an elderly person. The distance from which they are fired and in what quantity are other factors with a bearing on the effects of the weapon. By way of comparison, conventional weapons result in ‘only’ 25% mortality.(11)
Non-lethal weapons are used as an effective aid in modern warfare, either independently or in conjunction with conventional weapons. For example, the USA used radio frequent weapons in the Gulf War to knock out Iraq’s energy system(12), despite not knowing the antipersonnel effects of RF weapons. Non-lethal weapons should, therefore, not be regarded as separate from a lethal system but rather as a component thereof. The development of non-lethal weapons increases both their options. The result is therefore greater use of force rather than the opposite. ‘Non-lethal’ weapons do not result in non-lethal conflicts.”

Abstract:

One of the twenty-first century’s greatest violations of human rights is the proliferatio nof mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture. Thousands of innocent victims across the globe have become activists for their freedom.

Electromagnetic mind control technologies are weapons which use electromagnetic waves to hijacka person’s brain and nervous system and subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making. This article is a brief introduction to mind control
technologies, the grave situation of hidden mind control abuses and tortures, and victims, includingSoleilmavis Liu, whose work is to expose mind control technologies and their torturous abuses, and to urge governments worldwide to investigate and halt these egregious violations of human rights.

Introduction

This article will briefly introduce mind control technologies, current data of mind control victims, Soleilmavis’ case summary, and their work to expose mind control abuse and torture. Soleilmavis’ case summary and her work will hopefully bring more public awareness to the secret crimes of mind control abuses and tortures.

Brief introduction of mind control technologies

Mind control technologies are weapons which use electronic microchip implants,
nanotechnologies, microwaves and/or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and  nervous system. The development of these methods and technologies has a long history.

1. Nazi Wonder Drug

Nazi researchers used concentration camp inmates to test a cocaine-based “wonder drug” they hoped would enhance the performance of German troops. Hamburg-based criminologist Wolf Kemper believed that D-IX pills were Hitler’s last secret development. The so-called Experiment D-IX started in November of the year 1944 in Sachsenhausen concentration camp. The results of all those tests inspired their initiators to supply D-IX drug to the entire Nazi Army. However, they failed
to launch the mass production of the substance. The allies’ victories at both fronts in winter and spring of in 1945 resulted in the collapse of the Nazi regime. The absurd dream of the wonder drug was crushed. [1]

According to the “Want to Know” information site, “After the end of World War II, German scientists were held in a variety of detainment camps by the allies. In 1946, President Truman authorized Project Paperclip to exploit German scientists for American research, and to deny these intellectual resources to the Soviet Union.” Some reports bluntly pointed out that they were “ardent Nazis.” They were considered so vital to the “Cold War” effort that they would be brought into the US and Canada. Some of these experts had participated in murderous medical experiments on human subjects at  concentration camps. A 1999 report to the Senate and the House said “between 1945 and 1955; 765 scientists, engineers, and technicians were brought to the US under Paperclip and similar programs.” (Bluebird Report)

2. Mk-ultra, America’s Central Intelligence Agency mind control project.

The Central Intelligence Agency’s Fact Book states the NSC (National Security Council) and the CIA were established under the provisions of the National Security Act of 1947. In December 1947, the NSC held its first meeting. James Forrestal, the Secretary of Defense, pushed for the CIA to begin a “secret war” against the Soviets. Forrestal’s initiative led to the execution of psychological warfare operations (psy-ops) in Europe. CIA personnel were not opposed to working with Nazi doctors who had proven to be proficient in breaking the mind and rebuilding it. In some cases, military bases were used to hide these covert activities. It was decided that the communist threat was an issue that took priority over constitutional rights.

One of the areas to be investigated by the CIA was Mind Control. The CIA’s human behavior control program was chiefly motivated by perceived Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind control techniques. Under the protection of “national security,” many other branches of the government also took part in the study of this area. The CIA originated its first program in 1950 under the name BLUEBIRD, which in 1951, after Canada and Britain had been included, was changed to ARTICHOKE. MKULTRA officially began in 1953. Technically it was closed in 1964, but some of its programs remained active under MKSEARCH well into the seventies. In 1973, tipped off about forthcoming investigations, CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of any MKULTRA records. (MC 10, 17)

There is an overwhelming body of evidence that confirms the existence of Mk-ultra. More than 250 people who claim they were the victims of “brainwashing” by America’s Central Intelligence Agency were set to win a multimillion dollar legal battle for compensation. Nine already had each received $67,000 (£33,500) compensation from the spy agency, which had admitted to settingup an operation codenamed MK-Ultra during the Cold War. 3. Implantable electronic chip mind control

Many researchers, using nanotechnologies had developed implantable electronic chips that established new nerve connections in parts of the brain that controlled movement or even altered emotion and thought. Researchers at the University of Washington (UW) had been working on an implantable electronic chip that might help establish new nerve connections in the part of the brain that controlled movement. Their study, to be published in the November 2, 2006, edition of Nature, showed such a device could induce brain changes in monkeys lasting more than a week (Leila Gray, Tiny Electronic Chip, Interacting with the Brain, Modifies Pathways for Controlling Movement, University of Washington News, October 24, 2006). [3]

On March 18, 2008, the Central Intelligence Agency responded in writing to a Larson Media Freedom of Information Act request. The document disclosed that the CIA’s use of biomedical intellectual property developed at the Alfred Mann Foundation, Second Sight LLC, Advanced Bionics, and under Naval Space Warfare (SPAWAR) contract #N6600106C8005, was “currently and properly classified pursuant to an executive order in the interest of national security,” and applied to the CIA Director’s “statutory obligation to protect from disclosure, intelligence sources and methods.”
The technology, developed under the DARPA programs of Tony Tether, Col. Geoffrey Ling and N.I.H programs of William Heetderks, had been protected as a Defense “Special Access Program1” (SAP), which was the official terminology for a “black project.” The research had resulted in implantable devices that were millimeter and sub-millimeter in size, could be surreptitiously implanted (and had been fabricated in a manner that the devices could not be detected or localized by clinical medical or radiology techniques), and provided a shocking amount of surveillance capability
regarding a subject’s activities, which might include visual and auditory biofeedback data.

Additionally, the devices were capable of delivering testosterone or any other biological agent.

4. Voice to Skull Technologies

Artificial microwave voice-to-skull transmission was successfully demonstrated by researcher Dr. Joseph Sharp in 1973, announced at a seminar at the University of Utah in 1974, and in the journal “American Psychologist” in the March 1975 issue, the article was titled “Microwaves and Behavior” by Dr. Don Justesen (1975). [4]

In 2002, the US Air Force Research Laboratory patented precisely such a device: “a nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device, which broadcast sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device, which can transmit ultrasound (above human hearing) into the skull of mammals.” NOTE: The sound modulation might be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of voice-to-skull uses was an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports. [5]

5. Mind reading technologies

A team of world-leading neuroscientists has developed a powerful technique that allowed them to look deep inside a person’s brain, and to read their intentions before they act. The research broke  controversial new ground in scientists’ ability to probe people’s minds and eavesdrop on their thoughts, ethically to be condemned in its technology and applications.

“Using the scanner, we could look around the brain for this information and read out something that from the outside, there is no way you possibly could tell is in there. It is like shining a torch around, looking for writing on a wall,” said John Dylan Haynes at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Germany in 2007, who led the study with colleagues at University College London and Oxford University.

In 2011, neuroscientists at the University of California Berkeley put electrodes inside the skulls of brain surgery patients to monitor information from their temporal lobe, which was involved in the processing of speech and images. As the patient listened to someone speaking, a computer program analysed how the brain processed and reproduced the words they had heard.

The scientists believed the technique could also be used to read and report what they were thinking of saying next.

In the journal Plos Biology, they wrote that it took attempts at mind reading to “a whole new level.”

Harvard’s Buckner won the Alzheimer’s award for reading our minds in 2011. Researchers had shown a capability to read a subject’s mind by remotely measuring their brain activity. This technique could even extract information from individuals, who were unaware of themselves.

Those mind reading technologies use EEC with decoding of neurological signals remotely with or without an implant through satellite or through TV Mobile transmission towers. The following data was from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab, “The sensitivity of our deep-space tracking antennas located around the world is truly amazing. The antennas must capture Voyager information from a signal so weak that the power striking the antenna is only 10 exponent -16 watts (1 part in 10 quadrillion). A modern-day electronic digital watch operates at a power level 20 billion times greater than this feeble level.”

Scientists believed the weak radio emission of a cubic centimeter of brain matter was within the detectable limits of the satellite. It was technically possible for a satellite to detect your thoughts, emotions and perceptions, and pass that information to a computer for interpretation. [7]

6.Patents of Mind Control Technologies

Many patents had indicated the existence of mind control technologies, such as:

USP # 6,729,337 (May 4, 2004), Sony owned a patent “Sony Brain Waves Manipulation By Ultrasound” for an “ultrasound array” that supposedly stimulated your brain waves to simulate sensory experiences causing its users to experience smells, tastes and even touch without external stimuli.

7. More evidence to prove the existence of mind control technologies.

There is sufficient evidence to prove the existence of mind control technologies. I will only give
a few as example.

Microwave Irradiation of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, review of its history and studies to determine whether or not related health defects were experienced by employees assigned in the period, 1953-1977,prepared at the request of Howard W. Cannon, chairman, Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, United States Senate, published in 1979 by U.S. Government Printing Office in Washington, disclose that since 1952, the Soviet government began directing microwave beams at the U.S. embassy in Moscow.

A study funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, has perfected the art of
using electrical signals to manipulate the color of a squid’s iridescent skin over the entire color
spectrum. The Marine Biological Laboratory in Massachusetts carried out the research.[8] If they
could manipulate animals, they could manipulate humans too.

A former KGB officer has divulged secrets of special mind control techniques that security services in developed nations used during and after the Cold War, a Russian government daily said in December 2006.

General Boris Ratnikov, who served in the KGB department for Moscow and the Moscow Region, told RossiiskayaGazeta that people in power had resorted to various methods of manipulating individuals’ thoughts since ancient times and that it was hardly surprising that secret services adopted the practice when it acquired a scientific foundation in the twentieth century.

In the mid-eighties, about fifty research institutes in the Soviet Union studied remote mind control techniques backed by substantial government funding, but all such research efforts were halted with the demise of the Soviet empire in the early nineties. 

Ratnikov, who subsequently served as deputy head and then senior consultant at the Federal Guard Service from 1991 to 1997, said his department was in charge of safeguarding top officials in post-Soviet Russia against any external influence on their sub-conscious.

The general stated emphatically that he and his colleagues had never manipulated the minds of the then president, Boris Yeltsin, or of economic reformer YegorGaidar, but claimed to have used mind-reading to save Russia’s first president and the country from a war with China.

Yeltsin had planned to visit Japan in 1992, but Ratnikov’s department detected attempts to “program” the president’s mind, to make him give the Kuril Islands back to Japan. The move would have led to demands from China that it regains its disputed territories from Russia as well, a conflict that could have sparked a war between the two neighbors. Yeltsin, therefore, was forced to cancel the trip.

Another of the general’s revelations is that senior officials in Western Europe and the United
States unwittingly provided information to his department, which was able to read their minds thanks
to Soviet-era scientific achievements.

In the early nineties, Ratnikov and his colleagues “scanned” the mind of new U.S. Ambassador Robert Strauss to see that the embassy building contained equipment to exert psychotronic influence on Moscow residents but, according to the general, it had been deactivated. [9]

Research into electromagnetic spectrums weapons had been secretly carried out in the US and Russia since the fifties. Plans to introduce the super-weapons were announced quietly in March 2012 by Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, fulfilling a little-noticed election campaign pledge by president-elect Putin. Mr. Serdyukov said, “The development of weaponry based on new physics principles – Direct Energy weapons, Geophysical weapons, Wave-energy weapons, Genetic weapons,
Psychotronic weapons, and so on – is part of the state arms procurement programme for 2011- 2020.”[10]

There was no doubt that, notwithstanding that governments still covered-up the development and research of mind control technologies, the government owned advanced technologies, which could read mankind thoughts remotely and subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system with electromagnetic frequencies.

As early as 1998, scientists had warned that the control and manipulation of a human brain was a terrifying possibility. Lieutenant Colonel Timothy L. Thomas, US Army (ret), published an article in the military journal Parameters which likened the mind to a new battlefield. He quoted a Russian army major in relation to weapons that affected the mind, “It is completely clear that the state, which is first to create such weapons, will achieve incomparable superiority.” Thomas expressed concern about “information dominance,” though he stopped short of the moral implications. Mr. Peter Phillips, Lew Brown and Bridget Thornton raised high concerns of human rights violations implemented with electromagnetic spectrums weapons in the article “US Electromagnetic Weapons and Human Rights.” (Peter Phillips, Lew Brown and Bridget Thornton, US Electromagnetic Weapons and
Human Rights, December 2006) [12]

Carole Smith, a British psychoanalyst, in recent years has been openly critical of government use of intrusive technology on non-consenting citizens, in the article “Diagnosis Psychosis in Light of Mind Invasive Technology – On the Need for New Criteria of Diagnosis of Psychosis in the Light of Mind Invasive Technology.”

The European Parliament A4-0005/1999 Paragraph 27 called for a worldwide ban on weapons that might enable “any form” of the “manipulation of human beings.” [13]

USA Representative Dennis Kucinich introduced bill H.R. 2977 (2001), which was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committees on Armed Services, and International
Relations, for a period to be subsequently determined by the speaker, in each case for consideration
of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

H.R. 2977 (2001) preserved the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and required the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.

In this bill, the terms “weapon” and “weapons system” included a device capable of the following: “directing a source of energy, including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultralow frequency (ULF) energy radiation, against that object,” “through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations.”

The United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) formally listed a special category of psychotronic (psycho = “mind” &tronic= “electronic”) mind control and other electromagnetic resonance weapons in their 2002 Media Guide to Disarmament. [14]

Reported stories about people who claimed that they were mind control victims

There are many reported stories about people who have claimed that they were tortured and harassed by remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies. Most of the public including media labeled them as conspiracy theorists, or mentally ill persons. Their stories were regarded as conspiracy work.

In the days and weeks before authorities say he shot three people at the Florida State University library and was then gunned down by Tallahassee police, Myron May posted a video about mind control to Facebook, and earlier an image of a Google business card with the words “Targeted individual.” He also posted a video of former professional wrestler and Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura interviewing a man who claims to have created technology that allows the federal government to control people’s minds.

Jimmy Shao of Sacramento, California, was arrested for calling 911 more than one hundred times in one month in May 2013. Shao said he would not stop until Congress investigates the shadow government who use satellites to control his mind and body.

Jared Loughner, 23, who accused of shooting a US congresswoman in Arizona and killing six others on January 8, 2011, claimed that he was being mind-controlled. Fayette woman Angela Modispaw claimed she heard voices telling her to kill her mother in 2009.

Another suspected victim, Honduras’ fallen leader told The Miami Herald, he was being subjected to mind-altering gas and radiation – and that “Israeli mercenaries” are planning to assassinate him.

Ronald Morgan, 18, a teenage high school dropout who told investigators he was acting on God’s orders confessed to beating his father to death with a baseball bat on May 27, 2001. Morgan said God had told him in a dream to kill his parents. Michael Robert Lawrence, accused of murdering a vacuum cleaner salesman in Waialua, said he was on a “mission” to kill people and chop up their bodies after voices commanded him to do so, a psychiatrist testified on April 3, 2001. T.J.

Richard Scott Baumhammers, 34, was arrested Friday, April 28, 2000, following a shooting rampage that left five dead and one seriously injured in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. Baumhammers told a psychiatrist that he could hear people talking about him, and it interfered with his work.

Solomon, 15, allegedly opened fire on other students at Heritage High School on August 10, 1999. He heard voices telling him to do strange things, but they were robotic voices, not human voices.

Tami Stainfield is a woman with evidence that proves she and others are victims of predictive analytics robotics and human logistics. She claimed that “we are tortured, hostages, and slaves to a network of technology void from identification and protection.”She had filed as a “no party” candidate in 2012 for the Presidency of the United States.

On February 28, 2011, many mind control victims provided statements to Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues on a meeting in Washington, DC.

These were only a very few reported stories from many victims all over the world. The majority of victims’ stories had been ignored by the media and the public.

Current data about mind control victims

Since 2006, many people who claimed to be mind control victims started connecting through the Internet, working together to write countless letters to government departments, social communities, human rights organizations, the media and the general public. Some victims organized some demonstrations in their countries and filed their lawsuits. Some victims organized meetings to meet together to discuss how to fight well. Some victims placed advertisements in major newspapers. Victims also launched worldwide conference calls.

Mind Control abuse and torture is becoming a larger issue worldwide. So far, USA, Europe, and China are the most impacted areas. At least more than 2,000 victims in each of these areas have complained about being attacked by voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies. There are also many victims in other countries, including over 200 in Russia, over 100 in India, and over 100 in Japan.

According to an anonymous survey (result on December 19, 2009) for 296 mind control victims all over the world, including 130 females and 166 males, 71.29% of all victims had completed a college degree, with 13.86% of all victims attaining a Master or a Doctor degree. [15]

Their Ages were: 10-20: 13 (4.39%); 21-30: 64 (21.62%); 31-40: 87 (29.39%); 41-50: 70 (23.65%); 51-60: 42 (14.19%); 61-70: 15 (5.07%); above 70: 5 (1.69%).

Year Torture Began: 1970-1980: 29 (9.80%); 1981-1990: 40 (13.51%); 1991-1995: 34 (11.49%); 1996: 18 (6.08%); 1997: 5 (1.69%); 1998: 11 (3.72%); 1999: 6 (2.03%); 2000: 16 (5.41%); 2001: 17 (5.74%); 2002: 15 (5.07%); 2003: 12 (4.05%); 2004: 21 (7.09%); 2005: 15 (5.07%); 2006: 17 (5.74%); 2007: 11 (3.72%); 2008: 23 (7.77%).

Ages when they were aware of being a target: 10-20: 69 (23.31%); 21-30: 92 (31.08%); 31-40: 49
(16.55%); 41-50: 59 (19.93%); 51-60: 21 (7.09%); 61-70: 5 (1.69%); above 70: 1 (0.34%).

The possible reasons victims believed they became a target were:

Soleilmavis’ Case summary of Mind Control abuse and torture

Soleilmavis is a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked in December, 2001 when she was studying for a Master’s Degree in Australia. At the time she was unfamiliar with remote electromagnetic weapons which can control thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. Eventually, she would come to learn of these technologies
that are being secretly used or covered by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.

Noticeable effects started with some noises (whispering voices) which she heard from the floor below her or from the neighbors’ houses. The other people who lived in the same house could not hear them. Soon she started to experience a wide variety of symptoms.

Majority of the symptoms were: pain all over the body, stomach pain, toothaches, headaches, involuntary hand tremors, inability to stand firmly on her legs, alternation of cold and hot sensations, excessive perspiration,high fevers, constipation, faece and piss incontinence,sexual harassment, sleep
deprivation, dream manipulation, artificial emotions (induced fear, anger, shame, joy, hate, sadness), andmanipulation of memory (forgetting/remembering/screen memories). Torturers also can make her say things (forced speech).All those symptoms would disappear without any medical treatment, or
sometimes, a pain would persist, even if she had strong medication.

She was like a little trapped marionette being controlled by invisible strings. Some unknown people held the strings and controlled her actions: speaking, walking, eating, sleeping, and even her thoughts and emotions.

On April 5, 2002, she left Australia, and went to Hong Kong, Thailand, Shanghai and New Zealand, but could not escape the harassment and torture. When she was in Hong Kong, her brain was controlled by voice-to-skull and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, and she was taken into the US Embassy in HongKong. It was strange that there were so many Security Guards outside the US Embassy, but nobody stopped her or asked her anything.

During the past years, Soleilmavis worked hard to expose mind control technologies and their torturous abuses, and urge governments worldwide to investigate and halt these egregious violations of human rights. She wrote her book “Twelve Years in the Grave – Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp” to let the public know details of her story. She and other victims in her network have started a concerted campaign against secret mind control weapons abuse and torture. They are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Provided the fact that her brain was remotely controlled by voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies, and she was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong, she urges the US government to investigate her case. She also requires the cooperation and support of the governments of Australia and China, and requests assistance from the United Nations and other governments in investigating her case. She wishes the public help her to urge governments to take immediate actions.

Conclusions

It can be seen that mind control weapons are well developed and they are being used secretly to torture and harass innocent citizens. Many victims are currently working in conjunction with Soleilmavis to start a worldwide campaign against secret mind control weapons abuse and torture.

In this research, the following conclusions were reached:
1) Many countries have developed various types of mind control methods: drugs, microchips, nanotechnologies and electromagnetic waves. Could these governments also introduce legislation to regulate the use of such weapons?
2) Effective laws and other measures from our governments need to be enacted to prevent the misuse of such weapons.
3) In the event of misuse of such weapons, government intervention is required to protect the victims’ and prosecute torturers to the fullest extent of the law.
It is hoped that this paper will bring about public awareness and solutions to mind control weapons abuse and torture.

Blazer: When I take a look at NASA’s website, they describe the atmosphere primarily in terms of five layers. There is a troposphere, which is basically from the surface to five to nine miles up. There is the stratosphere, which is from the troposphere up to 31 miles and includes the ozone layer. There is the mesosphere, which goes from the stratosphere up to 53 miles. Then there is the thermosphere, which goes from the mesosphere up to 372 miles. Then there is the exosphere with an upper limit of up to 6,200 miles.

Then there is this other thing called the ionosphere, which I found very interesting. It’s an abundant layer of electrons and ionized atoms and molecules that stretches from 30 miles to edge of space – some 600 miles up – overlapping into the mesosphere and thermosphere.

People think of the ionosphere as being one of those layers, but it’s actually not. It’s a combination, and that is really where they are concentrating in terms of where they are creating this space fence and ionizing the planet. Is that correct?

Freeland: The space fence goes to the top of the ionosphere. A lot of the things that are creating what I think of as the space fence near Earth orbit, can be thought of as a ring around the planet, as depicted in the illustration that I have on the book cover. That ring, like a Saturn ring, rests around the equator and probably starts up at the top of the stratosphere. It’s not that high up – not as high up as the top of the ionosphere by any means, but it is essential to have that level of metal conductivity in nanoscale.

Space Fence

The space fence, like I said, started out with the Strategic Defense Initiative as a sort-of necklace across the south, from the East to the West in the United States. It was radar installations that were watching the sky.

They have continued that narrative now that they have the atmosphere ionized from the technology all the way from the chemical trails loaded with the nanoparticle heavy metals for conductivity to the ionospheric heaters, all of the radar installations, all of the NexRads across the United States, and all of the wind farms and the fracking wells. I explain thoroughly the infrastructure of this tremendous effort to turn the entire planet into a surveillance instrument, yes, but also a lockdown in many, many ways.

Lockheed Martin’s narrative is that the space fence is primarily counting debris rotating around the planet so that we can protect our satellites, which, of course, are essential. They are the eyes for all defense of the military. But what they don’t say is that the space fence is also able to see onto the planet. The level of surveillance now, thanks to Billy Hayes, the HAARP man who led me through one infrastructure element after another and pointed the way for my research, the ability to see down to a half-centimeter from far-distant space satellite geostationary or mobile – is extraordinary. I think that this is part of our problem of why, even when people hear me talk or read, they have a hard time imagining the level of control that is going on now that we have an entirely wireless world and wireless technology that people are addicted to.

All of these are what the military calls ‘dual use’. These are all about using it for military objectives while making profits from civilians for their convenience and comfort and entertainment. It’s pretty big. I completely admit that, and that is what I try to show, and I try to break it down a bit for people to get hold of how it’s working together through calibrating these instruments and through the pulsing of frequencies, this concept of pulsing frequencies – everyone is going to have to get beyond their high school science courses and get interested in the technology that they are dependent on now. They are going to have to learn how it works a bit. That’s what I tried to get going by writing, Under an Ionized Sky.

Most of the ring around the planet is formed of metal nanoparticles spewed by sounding rockets that really don’t go much higher than the stratosphere and then centrifugal force draws them around the planet. They are testing various things up there, and that is why they are called ‘sounding rockets’.

They will spew particularly lithium from their combustion chambers on their way up, and those nanoparticles of that lithium and whatever else is being spewed will eventually rest in that ring, a ring very similar to that around Saturn. What I try to point out as the book progresses is how that ring is about the lockdown. 

… … …It can hold information, it is essential to communications over the horizon from the ionizing going on in our atmosphere, thanks to the ionospheric heaters zapping the ionosphere. It would also have to do with vessels and exotic propulsion craft going out into the solar system. To me, the space fence is primarily about holding us between that ring and our dome of ultra-low frequency in our ionized atmosphere. We’re really in it now. It’s not a matter of the future; we are in it now.

There is recently out an article about how this ULF buffer has formed around the Earth. Well, that has to do with the ring forming around our planet, all the way down to the ground installations. In a way, we are held in the vise grip of this Tesla communication dome. You could think of it as a Faraday cage as well, except that we are kind-of trapped inside of it. That is my conception of the space fence. It is far more than counting debris in space and protecting our satellites; it is actually a means to have full-spectrum dominance over Planet Earth before setting out for the rest of the solar system. 

… … …Blazer: So we have kind of made the planet into a wireless network.

Freeland: Yes. You mentioned ‘prison planet’. I think of the C. S.Lewis science fiction book, Out of the Silent Planet, and I’ve been spooked many times while writing the second book. It just sounds so much like what he described where we are cut off from the cosmos. We cannot hear the cosmos, and the cosmos cannot hear us. This is dire. We can’t see the stars at night. 

During the day we are doing without 22% of our sunlight. We have 18% less oxygen in our bodies. We are, in a way, becoming the Silent Planet.

In the 1960’s, we knew that John Kennedy had been assassinated from inside and that Oswald had nothing to do with it. Then, of course, as you know, Martin Luther King was killed just a few years after that. Then just a few months after him, Robert Kennedy was killed. These were our three heroes, and my generation went into a very turbulent time in which they became subject to the CIA and FBI’s COINTELPRO interference with our youth. Our rock stars were killed if they were political. All sorts of things were going on.

We are living in strange, science fiction times…

…not the least of which is how issues upon which the future welfare of the Earth and its peoples hinge are marginalized, and scientists and doctors who step forward to tell the truth are discredited, ostracized, or killed. High-tech research, whether at university, corporate, or government labs, is funded by the military and its myriad contractors while compartmentalization, need-to-know security clearance, and non-disclosure agreements signed in blood keep the secrets as the patent office and ‘good old boy’ peer review system play gatekeeper. ‘Divide and hide’ is the name of the national security game.

Isis, Osiris & Geoenginering

Like the Egyptian myth of Isis and Osiris that Freemasons are so fond of, the body parts of an ancient globalist dream to which we are all subject lie scattered around us, awaiting our ability to piece it all together and interpret what is being hidden from we the people. Our school conditioning was to keep issues compartmentalized and separate from each other – geoengineering, GMOs, genetics, WiFi, 5G, Morgellons, Transhumanism, vaccinations, electromagnetic targeting of individuals and populations, mind control, etc. – when the truth is they are all connected by a common globalist intent, just as CERN, ionospheric heaters, fracking wells and wind turbines are all calibrated to work together for Space Fence control.

Separate battles in a vast, ongoing spiritual war

The issues confronting us are separate battles in a vast, ongoing spiritual war for the future of humanity and definition of life itself. Extreme weather, water quality, immune system degeneration, creature extinctions, acid oceans and alkalinized soil – all is occurring in tandem with the moral degeneration of society, death of the middle class dream, rise of Agenda 2030 and its artificial intelligence, optogenetics and neuroscience.

All are scenes grown large and wireless from the elite Luciferian dream known yesterday as internationalism and today as globalism. The Earth and its atmosphere are being geoengineered, and it is not just about weather, wireless communication, drones and directed energy weapons. It is about aiding in the breakdown of the biosphere so all of life can be genetically altered and controlled.

… … … I was very interested because of the files that I was keeping for the SubRosa America series that I was writing, and I had one on chemtrails and one on HAARP. It was through Clifford that I began to realize that the two were really very integrally set up together to produce a certain kind of atmosphere.

Clifford collected my blood and my saliva, and I looked under his microscope and saw the Morgellons creature that he had really discovered and was trying to analyze and test in various Petri dishes. It was sucking the iron out of my red blood cells. You can imagine how wakeful that experience was! When I eventually returned to the Pacific Northwest, Adam Parfrey at Feral House asked if I could write a book on chemtrails. I had done some work for Adam while I was in England. I think that he was trying to give me a chance to publish a little broader.

Blazer: So in addition to the lithium that is being disbursed, obviously aluminum and barium – nanoscale – have been major
components. The other thing that Clifford has told us is that there are biologics being dispersed as well.

Freeland: Yes, along with the sensors that are also nanoscale and the microprocessors, which are tiny computers on the nanoscale. We have inhaled all of these. With the biologicals, the Morgellons is probably only one of the biologicals that is being prototyped.

When you’re talking about planetary control, you’re going to have to have more than a lab – or even 100 labs – to experiment with. You’re going to have to have open field experiments. That is kind-of what I see going on now.

When I say that the atmosphere is ionized, I’m talking about plasma. We have a fourth state of matter now completely in our atmosphere. We’re not breathing the same air that we were breathing years ago. This is heated because the atmosphere is electric-ready all the time, especially with the heavy metals that are falling slowly – lofting down. Nano more than micron-scale offers a better loft and therefore drift rate down from the stratosphere where the jets are laying these, and also the rockets.

It’s an open lab in the sky. I’m on Facebook a lot and on the internet, and I see that people are discovering these things but have no scientific context. So of course they think that what they are seeing are UFOs or aliens or whatever. But a lot of plasma research is going on in our skies, and any time that you see something that is luminous and is zipping across the sky, they will tell you that it’s a meteor or an asteroid in the newspaper, but this is just information to cover over the national security status of all of this that is going on. It is all under wraps. That’s why it’s important to return to our perception and believe, “I’m seeing something, but I don’t have the right context. I need to study. I need to read something.”

Blazer: “Plasma: An ionized gas consisting of positive ions and free electrons in proportions resulting in more or less no overall electric charge, typically at low pressures (as in the upper atmosphere and in fluorescent lamps) or at very high temperatures (as in stars and nuclear fusion reactors).”

So plasma is real. It’s even recognized by science, although it’s a little hard to get scientists to recognize scalar waves unless you look in the right places. They’ve been dealing with it for decades.

Freeland: They call ‘scalar waves’ gravitation or ‘gravity waves’ and that is okay because in a way scalar waves are like that.

The important thing is that we are witnessing scalar technology, and scalar waves are different from electromagnetic waves, but each can be converted into the other. That is going on as well. For that I always recommend that people read someone who really knows a lot about it, and that would be Tom Bearden, and in Europe it would be Konstantin Meyl, considered by many to be the next Tesla.

Blazer: Hopefully this has served as a potent enough introduction to get people interested in getting your book, looking at some of the presentations we are going to have on the link, and then I want to follow up.

Let me just make two quick comments. I spent a lot of time in the woods in Montana, and I love to hike. I’ve been doing it since 1969. What I will tell you is that there is a qualitative difference in the experience between then and now. Two of the things that I can say is that the sky is no longer blue, and the trees are no longer really healthy.

When dead trees fall and come across my road, I have to cut them up and take them away. In studying them, they are lighter (in weight); they don’t have as much substance (mass, density). They have internal porosity that wasn’t there before. People blame it on the beetles and droughts and this type of thing, but the beetles are there because of all of the damn aluminum that has been bombarding our ecosphere.

The question is: How the hell could this be going on in front of our face for decades now, and you can’t get one government official or one national government or anybody to come clean about what is going on? You get bits and pieces here and there, and of course you look for documentation. Your book has put it all together. Then you can see, “Of course it’s going on.”

Who has the power on this planet to make this happen? Maybe that also explains about these $21 trillion of undocumented  adjustments in the DOD and the HUD budget that Catherine Austin Fitts has been talking about for ages. Who has this kind of power? I think that question, in a way, has to be answered. Otherwise, people will say, “This could never happen. How could you get everybody to just never say anything about it?”

Freeland: It’s an easy answer for me. I spent so much time when writing Sub Rosa America. I spent so much time trying to walk in the shoes of the global elites and what they were like. I was fortunate to have a couple of clients when I was ghostwriting who are from those families, so I was able to learn from them about pretty horrendous childhoods in preparation for wielding the power that they would have to wield as members of these dynastic families. So I would have to begin with dynastic families. The ones who I always think of are the ones who walked away from World War II richer than they had ever been, and that would be the big pharma families of Europe.

Next would be organizations formed by the dynastic families and vast international corporations which dominate all of the major industries that leech off of the poor primarily. They all form the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission.

The fascinating thing is that like the ‘chemtrails’ term that became a tinfoil hat term that was really a term that belonged to the military, the same thing happened with the dynastic families – the Rockefellers and all of the usual suspects. They become the subjects of theories, and yet these theories were often as close to the truth as you can get, but they were used to discredit people. There is some very sly capability in these people who are able to continue from generation to generation and maintain and double the wealth of their family or their corporation or however you look at it.

These are the people running things. They are running the military. I constantly try to use the term ‘Military-Industrial-Intelligence Complex’ because there are a lot of good people in the military. There are a lot of good people in the intelligence apparatus. There are a lot of good people in any of these, but as a conglomerate and a top-down hierarchic structuring (these organizations are problematic).

… … … It’s just that ‘we the people’ have been slow to come to this knowledge, particularly in the United States, because we were bought off for decades by convenience and toys and two cars in every garage, etc. in the capitalist dream. We are slow on the uptake, and it is only now that we are going to begin to suffer that people are finally interested.

Blazer: I am feeling safer and safer because, after all, our progressive youth and progressive z, x, and millennial generations are out there telling us that the real enemy is the NRA and that we should give up our assault rifles.

Freeland: Or that our real enemy is the Russians. They are bringing that one back.

Blazer: Right. Elana, this has been an effective introduction. I want to circle around and come back to you so we can go into much more depth. Hopefully this initial interview will encourage folks to get your book, study your book, and study some of the links that we have given because I don’t know of a more important subject than this. I also don’t know of anything that connects the dots more than your book.
