Are you feeling the world closing in and getting crazier by the day? Is your faith being tried by all you see around you? Do you find yourself wondering what it all means and if there is a God in Heaven? THIS POST IS FOR YOU!
We are coming into the TIME of year known as the DAYS OF AWE. The most holy and sacred time on the calendar each year. THIS YEAR, it may be the biggest and most important time of OUR LIVES, as believers. I can’t tell you with certainty if the Holy Days are actually on Sept 6, 7 and 8 or if they are on Oct 6, 7, and 8. BUT, you should be ready at both of those times. Whether the MESSIAH is coming to Rapture the Body of Christ, or not… THERE WILL BE BIG CHANGES happening during those dates! We are coming to the closing of the TIMES OF THE GENTILES.
The AntiChrist is about to be revealed. War is about to explode. PEACE will be taken from the ENTIRE EARTH. There will be tribulation! Such as never seen before. Are you ready? Are you under the BLOOD of JESUS/YESHUA?
This post is not about the coming Apocalypse. This post is about THE LAND. You must know that the LAND is symbolic of YOUR LIFE. I am not talking about success as people consider success; being money, riches, fame. I am talking about life fulfilled through walking with GOD. A life where you find the TRUE TREASURE. Where you are fulfilled in every way, because you KNOW HIM and HE KNOWS you better than you know yourself. He promised to give you the desire of your heart. That is two fold. He puts the desire in you, and HE is the ONLY ONE who can fulfill it. YOUR PROMISED LAND is IN HIM!
THE LAND OF ISRAEL, and more importantly the CITY of JERUSALEM is IMPORTANT. It is important to GOD so it should be important to EVERY BELIEVER/FOLLOWER of the WORD. THE WORD which IS Jesus Christ/Yeshua HaMashiach. There is NO OTHER LAND that has so much significance. IT IS GOD’s LAND!! People forget that. They think of it as a piece of land “granted” to the Jews by men. NOT SO!! GOD is the one who declared that it belongs to Israel! HE is watching over it to fulfill HIS PROMISE.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I do not mean to say that the current government of Israel or ALL those who call themselves JEWS are God’s people. Just as not all those who call themselves Christians are true believers.
NONE of us truly understands EVERYTHING in the WORD or EVERYTHING in GOD’s plan. ONLY GOD knows all. He tells us:
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.” Isaiah 55:8
I don’t understand why God’s people Jew and gentile alike, must suffer. I know that this life is a time for us to seek out the things of GOD and learn to depend on HIM and TRUST HIM. To turn from our selfish, sinful ways and walk in TRUTH.
This post is not a lecture on walking with GOD either. This post was compiled to help you to see the Jewish people in a different light. To help you to relate to them as human beings just like you, who have suffered and born a great burden for OUR SAKE. Who are lost and blind, because GOD has kept them blind for OUR SAKE.
This post is also meant to build YOUR FAITH. To show you visibly that GOD is still in control. That His WILL will be done in the EARTH. To let you witness and hear the stories of HIS deliverance. To demonstrate for you tangibly that ISRAEL is GOD’s LAND and ISRAEL is GOD’s people. They are in the HOLY LAND, BECAUSE THE ALMIGHTY WANTS THEM THERE! They will prevail against their ENEMIES, because their enemies are GOD’s ENEMIES!
Forget about the men and nations that you see and the way that you THINK about the Land of Israel. Begin to see the ALMIGHTY HAND OF GOD, in EVERYTHING.
Enjoy all the miracles and keep them handy. Pull out this post whenever you need to renew your faith and courage!
Kusseima
To win the Six Day War, Israel needed to retake the Egyptians’ heavily fortified Kusseima outpost. The Egyptians were in control of powerful forces capable of a great counterattack, while the Israelis were weary from a full day of battle. As the Israeli Defence Forces drew near, they heard massive explosions. When they arrived they saw that the Egyptians had destroyed their equipment and abandoned the base, for no apparent reason! As the day continued, it became clear that the Egyptians were hastily abandoning many of their outposts and their supplies along with them. One mysterious report of the battle was from Egyptian soldiers who, when approaching the Israeli border, saw a gigantic hand come out from the sky. Immediately terrified, they turned around and ran the other way, unable to deny that they were witness to a supernatural event.
That was just one of MANY events in the struggles of ISRAEL, where GOD miraculously intervened. He continues to intervene to this day. On a daily basis. AND THAT, for a nation that does not even recognize the TRUE Messiah, or even honor GOD’s commands, but rather the ordinances and commandments of men. Men, who wittingly or unwittingly are following the dictates of demonic forces. YET GOD, continues to bless ISRAEL. WHY? BECAUSE HE MADE A COVENANT with them. A COVENANT THAT CANNOT and WILL NOT be broken. HE WILL FULFILL HIS WORD. GOD’s PLAN WILL BE COMPLETED!
Thank GOD, that he loves us, in spite of our shortcomings! Because we KNOW he will not change his mind or break his promise, we can believe and TRUST that HE will watch over us and keep us to the END!
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ Philippians 1:6
There is a lot to see in this post. I am certain you cannot digest it all in one sitting. Take your time. Enjoy the ride and allow yourself to really see and hear what is presented here. Open your heart and allow GOD to speak to you as you view it all. Let HIM fill you with FAITH and EMPOWER you with HIS HOLY SPIRIT. We are coming into a time when you MUST be assured in your Heart of Hearts, that THE ALMIGHTY FATHER is in CONTROL and that HE WATCHES OVER YOU.
It is my fondest hope that in this HOLY SEASON, you will find great comfort and blessing in these stories.

24God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; 26And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 27That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: 28For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. Acts 17:24-28

The Personal Experiences of Gershon Salomon During the 1967 Six Day War
[This is the personal experience of Gershon Salomon, as told by him, during the 1967 Six Day War on the Temple Mount when the G‑d of Israel called and anointed him to build the end-time holy Temple.]
Before the 1967 Six Day War I was terribly injured as a young Israeli officer in a battle when the Syrian Arabs attacked my unit. G‑d miraculously saved my life when He appeared in the field of battle with His Angels and called and anointed me to build His Holy Temple on Mount Moriah — the location of the First and Second Temples — in Jerusalem.
After one year in the hospital, I rejoined my army unit, still walking with two crutches. It was during the Six Day War in 1967 when the Arab countries attacked Israel from all sides. On the third day of the war, after a heavy battle, Israeli paratroopers entered biblical Jerusalem through the Eastern Gate and we went immediately to the Temple Mount through the Tribes Gate. It is not an accident that the Israeli forces entered the Old City of Jerusalem through the Eastern Gates because tradition tells us that the Messiah will come through the Eastern Gate to the Temple Mount. Tears of joy and excitement filled our eyes when we stood in front of the Holy of Holies on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. As we stood there, I once again heard the call of G‑d: “For this moment and most holy place I saved your life. Build My house so I will again dwell among My people Israel and among all my creation.” This was the moment I had prepared myself for all of my life. We felt the presence of G‑d so strongly amongst us. We felt like we were in heaven in front of the Throne of the Holy One of Israel, the King of Kings, the G‑d of our forefathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. When we heard General Mota Gur stating, “The Temple Mount is again in our hands”, life stopped in the streets of Israel and in the battlefields. Israelis cried together with the soldiers because of the great joy and excitement. A hundred generations of destruction and exile were over! In six days the General and Commander of the Israeli Army, together with His soldiers, had defeated all of the Arab forces.
We walked with great excitement from place to place on the Temple Mount, looking at the remains of the holy Temple. Suddenly a civilian appeared and presented himself as a tour guide. He was not dressed as an Arab and did not speak Arabic, but English. He asked us to allow him to guide us on the Temple Mount. When we asked him why he wanted to do this he told us that G‑d sent him to show us the location of the Jewish Temple and to tell us that the G‑d of Israel had returned the Temple Mount to his children Israel. He took us to the Dome of the Rock, showed us the rock, and said that this is the location of the Holy of Holies. Then he took us to the Eastern Gate and said the Messiah, the seed of David, will come from here. He said that even in the Koran it is written that G‑d will redeem His chosen people Israel and will return them to their place on the Temple Mount. He said: “You can see with your own eyes that the time has come and I am sure that Israel will soon rebuild the Temple.” As we walked from place to place he suddenly disappeared and we did not see him anymore. He was no longer on the Temple Mount. Each of us was sure that he was an angel sent by the G‑d of Israel to share with us and all the people of Israel the godly significance of this godly moment. He appeared as a human being as in the biblical times but we were so sure that he was an angel of G‑d. It seemed like a dream but we were awake and we knew it was reality. The holy Tanach was opened at this exciting moment and the Word of G‑d was prayed and was heard all over the Temple Mount:
“A Song of Maalot. When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion, we were like men who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing; then they said among the nations, The Lord has done great things for us and we are glad.” (Psalm 126)
Left to right: Gershon in front of the Western Wall a few moments after the liberation lifting his eyes to heaven; Gershon, along with several Israeli soldiers, in front of the Dome of the Rock in the first moments after the liberation of the Temple Mount; Gershon [right] on the Temple Mount immediately after its liberation; Gershon [left] in front of the Dome of the Rock a few minutes after the liberation of the Temple Mount lifting his eyes to heaven with prayers of thanks to G-d for the great moment and privilege He gave him.
As a child I was told that in the heavens, above the Temple Mount, there is a gate from where in the biblical times G‑d reflected His glory and spoke His Word to His children Israel. After the destruction of the Second Temple this gate was closed and will be reopened when the end-time Temple is built. I lifted my eyes to heaven and could see that the sky was glorified by the Spirit of G‑d. I was sure that He was crying like us with joy. Then I could see, written like with letters of fire, the Word of G‑d to His prophets Isaiah and Micah to our generation:
“But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow to it. And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths; for Torah shall go forth from Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. And he shall judge between many peoples, and shall decide concerning far away strong nations; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, nor shall they learn war any more. But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid; for the mouth of the Lord of hosts has spoken it.” (Micah 4:1-4 and Isaiah 2:1-4)
These godly moments are the highlights of my life. When I stood in front of the Holy of Holies, I swore before the G‑d of Israel that I would not be silent or rest until the Temple of G‑d is rebuilt. I dedicated my entire life to G‑d and for this most holy cause. At this exciting moment, we could hear Messiah ben David, the Messenger of the G‑d of Israel, knocking on the Eastern Gate of the Temple Mount calling to Israel: “Open the gate. I am here.” However, the Israeli leadership did not listen to this call. Twelve hours later in a moment of terrible weakness the Defense Minister of Israel, General Moshe Dyan, took down the Israeli flag from the top of the Dome of the Rock and gave the Arabs back the keys to the Temple Mount. It was a terrible sinful act resulting from spiritual weakness. He was afraid that if he removed the mosques and rebuilt the Temple, as G‑d expected Israel to do when He returned His holy Temple Mount to them, then one and a half billion Muslims would come against Israel to destroy her. He did not listen to the call or trust the promises of the G‑d of Israel.
When this happened I knew what my task was and I immediately called Israelis who were faithful to the G‑d of Israel and formed the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement. For 44 years, we have been carrying the following call of G‑d to His people Israel and to the entire world:
“Thus speaks the Lord of hosts, saying, This people say that the time has not yet come, the time that the Lord’s house should be built. Is it time for you, yourselves, to dwell in your well-timbered houses, while this house lies in ruins? Thus says the Lord of hosts; “Consider your ways. Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, says the Lord.” (Haggai 1:2, 4,7-8)
Day and night, we carry this message to Israel and to the world. We feel His blessings, encouragement, and presence in our holy work. There is a great awakening in Israel and many wonderful people from all over the world have joined us in this work. We know that we soon shall stand together with all our Faithful friends from Israel and all over the world in His rebuilt house and we shall give Him thanks for the great privilege that He has given us to be builders of the house of G‑d and to open the Eastern Gate of the Temple Mount for Messiah ben David, sent by the G‑d of Israel to lead His chosen people Israel and all the world in righteousness.

In the Almighty G‑d of Israel We Trust!
In the Almighty G‑D of Israel We Trust!
The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement continues her historical work even more intensively. Everyone in Israel and the entire world is called to take part and to help us spiritually, morally, and practically. This is a key time in our work that needs your urgent monetary help. Please help us with monthly donations as we have many expenses currently when we are so close to the top of the Holy Mountain. The call of the end-time prophet Malachi is much more actual ‘now’ than any time in the past. We, along with the crucial preparations for the building of the Third Holy Temple, urgently need your help:
“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, so that there may be food in my house, and put me to the test with that, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven, and pour out for you blessing immeasurable” (Malachi 3:10)

Miracles in the Six-Day War: Eyewitness Accounts
Eyewitnesses tell the stories of the miraculous battles and events of the Six-Day War.
The Conquest of Shechem
The town of Shechem [AKA Nablus] is one of the largest in all of Judea and Samaria. IDF analysts surmized that the conquest of the tens of thousands of Shechem’s inhabitants would likely be one of the most difficult and bloody battles of the 6-Day War.
As background to the following eyewitness account, it is important to understand that one of the largest crossings of the Jordan River leads from Jordan in the east to the Tirza riverbed, which contains a good road through the Samarian mountains right into Shechem. This is the crossing and entrance to Israel that the biblical Abraham, who was coming from the area of Iraq, used as it is written in Genesis 12, “And Abraham traversed the land until Shechem, until Elon Moreh.”
Assuming that the IDF would advance towards Shechem from Israel’s coastal plain, the Jordanian army placed its heavy artillery and tanks on the other side of Shechem, in the hilly terrain overlooking the roads leading to Shechem from the west. The IDF decided therefore to outflank the enemy by fighting first to the north and west and coming back down to enter Shechem from the east, “the back door.”
Colonel Uri Banari tells his eyewitness account of the conquest of Shechem:
“At the entrance to Shechem stood thousands of Arabs who waved white handkerchiefs and clapped their hands. In our naivete, we returned greetings and smiles. We entered the town and wondered: We are advancing and there is no disorder, no panic, the local armed guards stand by with rifles in their hands keeping order, and the crowds are cheering.”
“Suddenly something happened which changed the entire picture in a moment. One of our officers wanted to disarm an Arab guard. When the latter refused, our officer fired a shot in the air. At that moment, all the crowds disappeared and streets emptied out. The Arabs began sniper fire.”
“I didn’t comprehend what had transpired. Only later, did I understand. The residents of Shechem thought that we were the Iraqi forces who were due to arrive from the direction of Jordan. The numerous enemy tanks were situated on the west side of Shechem. They woke up to their error very late.”
“The Arabs were surprised; the fear of the Jews fell upon them. In Hevron, and in Shechem, in Jenin and in Jericho the Arabs were heavily armed. There was not even one small Arab village without arms. With great haste, the Arabs, however, hid their weapons and didn’t consider using them. They raised their hands up, and flew white flags of surrender from every edifice. The fear of G-d fell upon hundreds of thousands of proud Arabs, who were filled with hatred and loathing for Israel. Only yesterday, they had sworn to fight until their last drop of blood.” [From HaTekufa HaGedola, Rabbi Menachem Kasher, Chap. Sichu B’chol Niflaotav, p. 452, 5761 edition]
A Direct Hit on an Ammunitions Pile
In the late hours of the night, an IDF truck loaded with arms and shells parked next to a Jerusalem building. Its mission was to bring a fresh supply of ammunition to the front line outposts. The element of danger was great in that were the truck to be hit by enemy fire, the subsequent explosions of all the ammo would bring down all the buildings in the area on their inhabitants. Suddenly the whistling of an approaching enemy shell was heard, and the shell, indeed, scored a direct hit on the vehicle.
But the Arab shell did not explode. It remained perched atop the pile of Israeli shells in the truck.
[ibid, p. 456]
18 Egyptians Against Two IDF Soldiers
Yisrael, a cab driver who was drafted to fight in the 6-Day War as part of the paratroop unit assigned with conquering the Straits of Tiran, told the following upon his return:
“The Israeli soldiers didn’t have to parachute out of the Nord airplanes which took them to the Tiran Straits. They landed like spoiled tourists in the airport, because the Egyptian regiment which was on guard there fled before the Israeli trips were visible on the horizon. After landing, I was sent with another reserves soldier, an electrician, to patrol the area. When we had distanced ourselves two kilometers, an Egyptian half track appeared before us filled with soldiers and mounted with machine guns on every side. We had only light weapons with a few bullets that couldn’t stop the half track for a second. We couldn’t turn back, so we stood there in despair, waited for the first shot, and for lack of a better idea, aimed our guns at them.
But the shots didn’t come.
The half track came to a halt, and we decided to cautiously approach it. We found 18 armed soldiers inside sitting with guns in hand, with a petrified look on their faces. They looked at us with great fear as though begging for mercy. I shouted ‘Hands up!’ As we were marching them and I had returned to a state of calm, I asked the Egyptian sergeant next to me, ‘Tell me, why didn’t you shoot at us?’ He answered, ‘I don’t know. My arms froze – they became paralyzed. My whole body was paralyzed, and I don’t know why.’
It turned out that these soldiers didn’t know that the Straits of Tiran were already in Israeli hands; why didn’t they elminiate us? I don’t have an answer. How can one say that G-d didn’t help us.”
The Finger of G-d
IDF Director of Operations Maj. Gen. Ezer Weizmann was asked by Mr. Levanon, the father of a fallen pilot, how he explains the fact that for 3 straight hours, Israel Air Force planes flew from one Egyptian airstrip to another destroying the enemy planes, yet the Egyptians did not radio ahead to inform their own forces of the oncoming Israeli attack?
Ezer Weizmann, later who later served as President of the State of Israel, was silent. He then lifted his head and exclaimed, “The finger of G-d.”
[ibid, p. 445]
Haaretz Newspaper’s Bottom Line
Following his blow-by-blow analysis, the military correspondent for the secular Haaretz Newspaper summed up the 6-Day War with the admission: “Even a non-religious person must admit this war was fought with help from heaven.” [ibid, p. 445]
A German Viewpoint
A German journalist summarized: “Nothing like this has happened in history. A force including a 1000 tanks, hundreds of artillery cannons, many rockets and fighter jets, and a hundred thousand soldiers armed from head to toe was destroyed in two days in an area covering hundreds of kilometers filled with reinforced outposts and installations. And this victory was carried out by a force that lost many soldiers and much equipment, positions, and vehicles. No military logic or natural cause can explain this monumental occurrence.” [ibid, p. 446.]

Dt 12:5,11,21
5 But to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose out of all your tribes, to put his name there, even to his habitation you shall seek, and there you shall come;
11 then it shall happen that to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the wave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to Yahweh.
21 If the place which Yahweh your God shall choose, to put his name there, is too far from you, then you shall kill of your herd and of your flock, which Yahweh has given you, as I have commanded you; and you may eat within your gates, after all the desire of your soul.
Dt 16:2,11
You shall sacrifice the Passover to Yahweh your God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which Yahweh shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there.
11 and you shall rejoice before Yahweh your God, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your male servant, and your female servant, and the Levite who is within your gates, and the foreigner, and the fatherless, and the widow, who are in the midst of you, in the place which Yahweh your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there.
1Kg 8:29

1Kg 14:21
Rehoboam the son of Solomon reigned in Judah. Rehoboam was forty-one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which Yahweh had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, to put his name there: and his mother’s name was Naamah the Ammonitess.
2Ch 6:6
but I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there; and have chosen David to be over my people Israel.
2Ch 7:16
For now have I chosen and made this house holy, that my name may be there forever; and my eyes and my heart shall be there perpetually.
2Ch 33:7
He set the engraved image of the idol, which he had made, in the house of God, of which God said to David and to Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, will I put my name forever:
Ezr 6:12
and the God who has caused his name to dwell there overthrow all kings and peoples who shall put forth their hand to alter the same, to destroy this house of God which is at Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with all diligence.
Is 18:7
In that time, a present will be brought to Yahweh of Armies from a people tall and smooth, even from a people awesome from their beginning onward, a nation that measures out and treads down, whose land the rivers divide, to the place of the name of Yahweh of Armies, Mount Zion.

I Will Put My Name-Part 2
Continuing from the previous post
http://www.minimannamoments.com/i-will-put-my-name-here/
and keeping the Hebrew letter Shin
at an old map…
we’ll follow through to an amazing conclusion.
In the old biblical map of Jerusalem.
There are three significant valleys that make up this city.
Two that flank its outskirts and one that runs near the middle of the old city they are called Kidron, Hinnon and Tyropean.
Some significance has been applied to the fact that there are three valleys that comprise the city of Jerusalem’s geography:
The Valley of Ben Hinnom, Tyropoeon Valley, and Kidron Valley, and these valleys converge to form the shape of the letter shin, and the Temple in Jerusalem is located where the dagesh, (horizontal line) is.
This is seen as a fulfillment of passages such as Deuteronomy 16:2 that instructs Jews to celebrate the Pasach at “the place the LORD will choose as a dwelling for his Name” (NIV).
You can see a remarkable geological phenomena as these 3 valleys converge to also form the shape of the letter shin, and where the Temple in Jerusalem is located.
The map below identifies the geography of ancient Jerusalem during the times that the scriptures reference above.
Three valleys surround Jerusalem, the Kidron Valley on the east, The Refaiim Valley, just east of the City of Zion, and the Hinom Valley south and west of the City of Zion.
There are three mountains in Jerusalem
from base to top are Mt. Ophel, Mt. Zion, and Mt. Moriah.
Mt. Ophel is where the pool of Siloam was.
This symbolizes cleansing.(2 Chron 27:3).
Also where Jesus/Yeshua healed the blind man.
John 9:7-11
Mt. Zion is where David’s tabernacle sat.
This symbolises deliverance (Ps 2:6, Oba 1:17).
Mt. Moriah is where the temple sat.
This symbolises God’s Glory (2 Chron 3:1, 7:1-4).
These three mountains represent salvation, separation unto God (worship), and the power of Holy Ghost/Ruach HaKodesh.
Kidron Valley (Valley of the Shadow of Death)
During the Feast of Tabernacles at night, four enormous oil lamps burned in the Temple courtyard.
Each lamp had four large bowls of oil on tall stands, with wicks made from worn-out garments of the priests.
It is written in a Hebrew commentary, that “there was not a courtyard in Jerusalem that did not reflect the light” (Mishnah, Sukkoth 5:3).
The lights could be seen throughout Jerusalem; however due to the depth and angle, the Kidron Valley remained in shadow.
The Kidron Valley has many burial sites, since many believe that the resurrection will begin there.
For these reasons, it is said that the Kidron Valley was called the “Valley of the Shadow of Death,” as in Psalm 23:4.
David likely wrote Psalm 23 when fleeing from his son, Absalom (a type of the False Messiah), across the Kidron Valley – 2 Samuel 15.
Psalm 23 is likely a prophetic reference to the Messiah, Yeshua, who was arrested at the Garden of Gethsemane, then brought to Jerusalem across the Kidron Valley.
Tyropoeon Valley
The rugged Tyropoeon Valley separates Mount Moriah from Mount Zion and was spanned by bridges, most notably Zion Bridge, connecting the royal palace on Mount Zion to the Temple.
A fragment of an arch of this bridge, called “Robinson’s Arch”, was discovered by historian Edward Robinson in 1838.
Hinnom Valley
Gehenna became associated with eternal torment (the lake of fire) because detestable infant sacrifices to Molech took place there.
Gehenna is translated “hell” in the KJV (Matthew 5:22, 29).
Gehenna is the valley of slaughter that will be used in the future (end times) as a place of slaughter, flames, and punishment for the wicked:
“Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter.” – Jeremiah 19:6.
Amos 4:12-13 He who forms the mountains, creates the wind, and reveals his thoughts to man, he who turns dawn to darkness, and treads the high places of the earth – the LORD God Almighty is his name.
It is only El-Shaddai, God Almighty, who can do such amazing wonders. He is an almighty, all powerful, unlimited-authority, omnipotent God. No words come close to describing His infinite wonder.
An Olive Tree near Jerusalem shaped like a letter SHIN
Together with the Temple Mount and Jerusalem in their midst, they form the Hebrew letter Shin (high-lighted in red).
Could it be that God constructed the geography of the region to fulfill the verses above and actually, and physically, put His name on Jerusalem?
Is the fingerprint of God on Jerusalem for all to see? Maybe. Just an unusual occurrence.. perhaps, perhaps not, but it is something quite remarkable to meditate on.
God chose this little mark, out of all the letters in the Hebrew alphabet, to be used in a mighty way God also decided to use the Shin ש, this small humble marking, to carve His name into His chosen city, Jerusalem.
1 Kings 11:36 I will give one tribe to his son so that David my servant may always have a lamp before me in Jerusalem, the city where I chose to put my Name.
Maybe this scripture is not figuratively speaking but literal.
Look on the map below, follow the valleys, shaded in grey, to see God’s signature upon Jerusalem:
It is interesting to remember, when King David had conquered this area and settled it as his capital city, he would have had no way of knowing that the city was seated on top of the name of God.
Yet it was the place that God took him and told him,”This is the place where I have put my name” ( I Kings 11:56).
In a way, the city sits on the top of the name of God.
The standing geographical significance does not end with the sign of the sheen.
As the city is also made of three mountains hills Moriah, Ophel and Zion.
It actually sits on the top of the mountain called Zion which is why it is sometimes called Zion or the city of Zion
But it has three heads the upper most head is called Moriah, the centre one is called Ophel and the bottom head of the mountain is called Zion. Zion refers to the whole range.
There is one mountain out of the 7 that surround Jerusalem, it has three different heads or hills, it sounds very like our reference to One God and the similarity does not end there. The three heads have three significant names, these significances could not have been known by the Hebrews, who gave them their names originally. This in light of the fact that the full revelation of Jesus Christ the Messiah, Yeshua Ha Mashiach and the new Testament had not yet been given.
Consider These Names
Ophel – in Hebrew 0-fel
My Fortress, tower stronghold. Our Stronghold. The word opel in Hebrew means “a hill, to build a wall, to keep.” It refers to the hill to the east of Zion which was surrounded and fortified by a separate wall.
All of them are names for Yahweh God, Our Father God.
Zion – in Hebrew tsee-yoon it means The mark.
The sign the waymark the guiding pillar
Ephesians 1:13
Marked with a seal the promised holy spirit that means our father God the Holy Spirit.
Zion refers to the whole range, but it also refers to a specific area.
It means “stronghold, fortress.”
It also means “to show the way, to be white and to be pure.”
Moriah – to see God to be seen of God mo-ree-yaw
The first mountain that we will consider is Moriah. Already noted that it was in this area that the first and the second temples were built however, there are some other interesting things.
Jewish scholars say that Moriah was the first land to appear during creation.
It is further taught that it was from the red dirt of Moriah that Adam was created.
Moriah was the top of the range known as Zion.
Rabbinical legend also states that Moriah was in the center of the Garden of Eden and that this exact center of Eden was the location of the future Holy of Holies.
It is also taught that Moriah was the place where Adam was buried.
Moriah, from the root marah, was the place of God’s presence.
Where Abraham was asked to sacrifice his only son Isaac, thousands of years later, the temple was constructed there on Moriah. It was also within a stone’s throw of the place that Jesus was crucified. So God provided a lamb once again on Moriah.
It is in Jesus Christ / YeshuaHa Mashiach, that we saw God, (If you have seen Me you have seen the Father), and it was in Him, that we were seeing God face to face.
Ophel –
Our Fortress, Our Stronghold Yahweh, Our Father God
Moriah –
To see God or to be seen of God. It is Jesus Christ, God the Son.
Zion –
The mark that means our Father God the Holy Spirit.
Here is something worth a look..
It appears that1 Kings 11:36
the city where I chose to put my Name,
may be more literal than simply a reference. The amazing photograph (below) taken from high above Israel, seemed worthy of further inspection. Maybe just a trick of the light on the mountain terrain but nonetheless curious and fascinating, simply because until recently in the modern era of satellites no one had been able to see it.
This satellite picture shows some Hebrew letters formed from the shadow of mountains on top of Israel.
The shadow looks exactly like Hebrew letters in an order as a sentence.
The letters spell this sentence “Because of Bethel the Lord God have made me fruitful.” The word ‘fruitful’ is ‘Ephraim’. These words appeared right in the area where the tribe of Ephraim was.
This is related to Ps 108:8-9 and Ps 60:8.
Gilgal is the place where the Israelites camped before they entered the Promised Land.
The shape is formed by five structures.
It is also where they were circumcised – Jos 4:19-22.
‘Gilgal’ means ‘to awheel’ or ‘to recircle’.
More pictures of the ‘Name’, in the mountains.
Many people believe the gate will be opened again when Messiah comes. Moslems see it as standing upon the threshold of heaven and hell. By being buried there they wanted to be first in line for resurrection.
When God said Jerusalem was where he put His Name He meant it literally.
The very valleys declare His Name and the mountains that the city sits upon calls out His Name.
This could be very well what Jesus meant when He said as He entered the city through the eastern gate, recorded in Luke 19:37-40
‘And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen; Saying, Blessed [be] the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest. And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.’
‘And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.’
He could not have spoken more literally or more truly.
How much more can we be assured that He cares for each of us who have His Name written on our hearts as He repeatedly touches Israel, Jerusalem and His children saying, “Mine, mine, mine.”
What is much more wonderful is that we can say we are His, His, His!

HaShem’s Name engraved on the Mountains of Ephraim (Israel) North of Jerusalem
“G-d engraved His Name and the Tribe of “Ephraim’s” Name in 3-D upon the Mountains North of Jerusalem”
Nestled in the Biblical Heartland of Israel, where all the ancient Patriarchs lived and flourished, is the central highlands called the “mountains of Israel” by the Prophet Ezekiel. This region extends to an even larger area called “Judea and Samaria” in which the land of Judea should be the legal inheritance of the Jewish people, but the rest of the world thinks otherwise.
The facts are that the Native American Indians lived in Continental United States for thousands of years before any footsteps of “White Man” stepped upon its shores. Yet, nowhere is there a cry to demolish an American home whenever any descendant of the American Indian comes and claims that certain land to be their homeland.
Yet, the Palestinian people think that this land in the center of Israel should be given to them, even without negotiation. The absurdity of the claims of the Palestinians goes to even greater depths. They desire to have a created homeland given to them, not just any land but especially land that the League of Nations approved and was later ratified by the United Nations for a homeland for the Jewish people.
The Israelis have allowed Palestinians to buy and legally own land in Israel, and even become citizens of the State of Israel, with only one proviso, they accept the legal status of the State of Israel. This is a privilege that not even a non-Jewish American or a non-Jewish European is able to do. Americans and Europeans who claim ancestry to the Lost Ten Tribes of the House of Israel today cannot buy land in the Land of Israel to live in the lands of their forefathers, called the Northern Kingdom of Israel.
Yet, the Palestinians want their own homeland even though the Islamic descendants of Ishmael were given 74% of the land in the British Mandate that was dedicated for a homeland for the Jewish people. In other words, the Jewish people were only given 26% of the original land promised in the British Mandate. Why? It was partitioned off for “oil” in order to create the nations of Jordan and Iraq as “client states” for the imperialist western globalists.
Yet the Palestinians now want the entire region called the “West Bank” in what the Jewish people and people who believe in the Jewish Bible called the “Old Testament” know is the biblical heartland of the forefathers for both the Jewish people in the Southern Kingdom of Judah and the Lost Ten Tribes of the Northern Kingdom of Israel.
The Palestinian leaders want this entire region to be “Jewish free” which is no different than what the Nazis wanted in Germany; to be “Judenfrei”. To get their way, they will do anything; terrorist attacks, suicide bombing, and even slaughter Jewish people sleeping in their own homes. This is not what we in America consider to be “good neighbors”.
The truth is that less than a hundred years ago, all of Israel and Jordan were given to the Jews to settle. The Palestinians said they wanted their own homeland and so, because Britain controlled the area at that time, they created the country of Jordan for the Palestinian Arabs. That is true!
The Nation of Jordan was created to be the nation for the Palestinian people, but the King of Jordan cannot become very wealthy with just Palestinians living as their predominate population.
The Land of Jordan is the designated homeland for the Palestinian people, but there is one problem. The Nation of Jordan does not want the Palestinian people living in their land. Neither do the Saudi Arabians, the Iraqis, the Syrian, the Iranians, the Kuwaitis, and all the Islamic nations surrounding Israel.
The Palestinian people are a pawn by the Islamic nations to eventually destroy the entire State of Israel. Is it not incredible that we, living in the western world, have bought a “pot of oil” in order that we might be the perpetrators of genocide someday upon the Jewish people?
The Name of Ephraim engraved on the Mountains of Israel North of Jerusalem
I think that the G-d of Israel has a different idea. In fact, G-d engraved His own Name, next to the name of “Ephraim”, the son of Joseph to show that this land will never be given away. We, as Americans have to be careful, for we are trading off our legitimacy as the “Land of the free and the Home of the brave”. A majority of Americans are descendants from the Northern Nations of Europe and are known to be the host nations for the Lost Ten Tribes of the House of Israel.
Yes, by trading off the region of Shomron and Judea in the heartland of Israel, we are also trading away our “spiritual birthright” and our “literal land inheritance” given to the Northern Ten Tribes of the Kingdom of Israel by the G-d of Israel. This is no different than Esau who traded away his birthright for a “pot of porridge”.
If you are skeptical of these facts that none of the Islamic nations in the Middle East want the Palestinian people who are propagandizing international wars, consider how the Iranian Shi’ites consider that America is the “Big Satan” and Israel is the “Little Satan”. These are images in which they may someday start a nuclear war over. Let us listen to thisfollowing video:

“G-d engraved the Tribe of “Ephraim’s” Name in 3-D upon the Mountains North of Jerusalem”
************
The prophecies are clear that the G-d of Israel will fulfill what He has promised to fulfill so that peace can restored to all the earth. Part of that prophecy is the restoration of All Israel. This is not a conditional prophesy and neither is it a Jewish prophesy, but we will be restored back into brotherhood and fellowship with our cousins, the Jews of the House of Judah. (Ezekiel 37)
This Biblical portrayal includes Prophecies that the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel are about to return to the Land of their Biblical Inheritance. This is Divine Destiny in living reality as the 10 Lost Tribes of Israel return to their Homelands first in Shomron (Samaria), Israel. If you want to learn more, Contact “Kol Ha Tor Vision”, the Voice of the Turtledove.
Here is a joint Orthodox Jewish and 10-Triber Mission to bring awareness of the imminent fulfillment of the Biblical Prophecies regarding the Redemption of all Israel (12 Tribes Re-conciled and Re-United). This super Event of all Times will entail Establishing the Shomron (the Ancient Bible Heartland of the Patriarchs) and the Judean Wilderness as part of the Land of Israel, and preparing the “Land” for the Return of the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel and then the Redemption of All Israel (Ezekiel 36).

Do you remember when you were a child, and somebody would take something from you? Sometimes, you would say, “Hey, that’s not yours!” Then the reply would come: “It doesn’t have your name on it!” This is often a battle between siblings when both want the same thing, but there isn’t enough to go around. At least I’ve heard that a few times in my household! 🙂
In Deuteronomy, when the Israelites were nearing the time of coming into the Promised Land, Moses was instructing them. Many instructions had been given by God in previous books, and Deuteronomy is basically Moses ‘going back over’ these things before the people journeyed forth into the land God gave them.
In the 12th chapter of Deuteronomy, there are several references to the place that God would require them to meet with Him, bringing their sacrifices and offerings:
Deut 12:11 Then to the place the Lord your God will choose as a dwelling for his Name—there you are to bring everything I command you: your burnt offerings and sacrifices, your tithes and special gifts, and all the choice possessions you have vowed to the Lord.
Deut 12:21 If the place where the Lord your God chooses to put his Name is too far away from you, you may slaughter animals from the herds and flocks the Lord has given you, as I commanded you, and in your own towns you may eat as much of them as you want.
Jerusalem was the place to come and offer their gifts and sacrifices. This is where the tabernacle was, (and the temple came to be later) where sacrifices and offerings were made daily. There is great significance to this place. God was known by Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as El Shaddai. Shaddai means ‘almighty’. To them, God was called the ‘Almighty God’. (It means the ALL SUFFICIENT ONE, HE WHO IS EVERYTHING WE NEED, THE PROVIDER OF ALL THINGS)
The first letter of ‘Shaddai’ in Hebrew is the letter shin (pronounced ‘sheen’). It looks like this:
The photo shows what shin looks like in book type. Just as in English, some of the Hebrew letters look different handwritten than they do in book type. To see a good representation of the letter shin in handwritten form, hold up 3 fingers just like you’re trying to show someone the number 3. This gives a better picture of how it would have been written.
Below is a map of ancient Jerusalem. It shows many areas of Jerusalem as they were added through time. Jerusalem sits on a mountain that is surrounded by taller mountains. There are three valleys that come together at the base of Mount Moriah. They are the Kidron Valley on the right, the Central Valley in the middle, and the Hinnom Valley on the left. They aren’t easy to see on this one because of the colors on top of the valleys.
Here is the same map (although a bit smaller) with the valleys blacked in so you can see them clearly:
This is what’s exciting to me. This is the place where God literally chose to write His name! The valleys here form the first letter of Shaddai…God Almighty!
There has been much conflict over the nation of Israel for many years. Many nations want to take over the land and control it for their own purposes. They continue to try, and continue to fail. God has in essence said to them, “You can’t have it, because my Name is written on it!”
There is one other place God has chosen to write His Name:
Follow the curve going under the right and left ventricles, and the ‘finger’ going up in the middle. Once again, the letter shin…the first letter of Shaddai. God’s Name is not only written in the land of Israel, but physically on our hearts! Humanity has the undeniable mark of being God’s creation. Each of us have to choose whether to give our hearts totally to Him or not. But, when we do, and the enemy comes against us, God can also tell him, “You can’t have them, because my Name is written there!”

There is a battle going on today! A battle for the LAND! The Land of ISRAEL, and the Land that is YOU! The battle for the GATE to your heart is equally important to the battle for the GATE in Israel. EVERYTHING in the world today is focused on JERUSALEM. Because the enemies of GOD, what to take GOD down and replace HIM. That same battle is going on inside you. FOR YOUR VERY HEART and SOUL. THE FORCES OF EVIL want to wrestle you away from the ALMIGHTY.
