This past week there was an Earthquake near the NEW MADRID Faultline. It was a very unusual earthquake according to witnesses. It was a decent size, according to the geologissts. Details confirmed by U.S. Geological Survey and according to Arkansas Division of Emergency Management, no one was injured and no damage was reported.
Most of us are aware that they have been predicting a major Quake on the New Madrid for some time. They predict it will be a major quake that could possibly divide the nation in half.
The Bible tells us that Earthquakes are just one of the many signs of the end and we are not to be afraid. For the end is not yet. Revelation depicts apocalyptic earthquakes during the tribulation itself of a greater magnitude than anything the world has ever seen. This is in line with everything about the Tribulation period. The Bible tells us that this will be a time like none that has come before or will ever come again. Evil will reach its fullness and darkness will be its darkest. There will be wars, and famines and persecutions. Men will wax worse and worse. But, GOD’s children have nothing to fear. GOD is in CONTROL! He promises to walk with us through whatever we have to face. He is our provider, protector, savior and redeemer. He is our deliverer That battle is not ours but the Lord’s.
No matter what the world tries to scare you with, slough it off. Whether it be aliens, or comets, or rogue planets, or floods, or famines, or invasions, or bombs, or EARTHQUAKES. God has got you. Never fear.
As for this particular Earthquake, if found some very interesting and peculiar things which I have noted. Remember there are clues in everything. All the little clues add to the image that is being revealed. So, note them and keep them in the back of your mind. God does not waste anything, and NOTHING happens but accident.

The earthquake occurred shortly before noon near the town of Etowah, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The rural town, which has a population of about 250 people, is located about 50 miles (80 kilometers) north of Memphis, Tennessee.
The Arkansas Division of Emergency Management said there were no reports from county officials of damage or injuries.
Etowah is near the New Madrid fault line, which has been responsible for numerous small and large earthquakes. Beginning in late 1811, a series of powerful earthquakes occurred along the fault line, including one with an estimated magnitude of 7.7.
Jeremy Brown, who lives near Etowah, told The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that he “thought an 18 wheeler struck the house for a second.”
Some people reported feeling the quake in western Tennessee.
Shianna Wallace of Drummonds, Tennessee, told WREG that she was sitting on her reclining chair when she began to feel a swaying sensation.
“It was just like movement. Maybe like a wave and you’re on a raft and it was a wave. It was just kind of weird,” she told the station.

In my research, I discovered that there are a number of places named ETOWAH. Such at strange name to hold onto. I understand that the Indians were here and probably named a lot of these places, but you would think that when they were being given a post office and/or a train stop, or when they had becoming a booming town or grown to be a City…they would have come up with a better name.

I found this one when trying to uncover how ETOWAH got its name. I thought I had found the answer for ETOWAH Arkansas… but no, it was ETOWAH North Carolina’s story I was reading. It had so many interesting factors, I thought I would include it here.

Now, about the actual Saint Louis.
King Louis IX was born on April 24, 1214 and was the king of France from 1226 to 1270.
During his reign, Louis IX led the seventh crusade and became one of the most popular kings in French history. He also championed many peaceful and administrative reforms across Europe, according to the Encyclopedia Britannica and was beloved by the people of France.
Upon his death, Louis IX became the only king of France to ever be canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church.
“To many people of Jewish heritage, he is known as someone who persecuted the Jewish people of France, confiscated and burned the Talmud, and 665 years before Adolf Hitler became chancellor of Germany he required Jewish people to wear an identification badge in public,” architectural historian Michael Allen with Washington University said.
There’s currently a petition to get the statue of Louis IX taken down, and plans for a grassroots movement to change the city’s name in the future. SOURCE
