“Cyborg” is not the same thing as bionics, biorobotics, or androids; it applies to an organism that has restored function or, especially, enhanced abilities due to the integration of some artificial component or technology that relies on some sort of feedback, for example: prostheses, artificial organs, implants or, in some cases, wearable technology. (glasses or contact lenses, false teeth or impants, hearing aids) [3] Cyborg technologies may enable or support collective intelligence.[4] A related, possibly broader, term is the “augmented human“.[3][5][6] While cyborgs are commonly thought of as mammals, including humans, they might also conceivably be any kind of organism.

Its funny too, that they are kinda scared of Artificial Intelligence. They are in a Catch 22. They have built this infrastructure based on AI which enables them to rule with impunity. But, they are not really sure they can trust AI. Most if not all of them would have to admit, they are not even sure how AI WORKS! Some will even tell you that it is nothing but DEMONS.
So, they are trying to figure out how to keep it under their control. They don’t want too much control, and certainly no control in the hands of the people. They just want enough to keep it manageable.

Generative AI regulation dominates the conversation at Davos
Finding common language with China will be difficult, European Commission official says

DAVOS, Switzerland — Artificial intelligence, and how to regulate it, was overheard in more circles than ever before at this year’s annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, known to host hundreds of discussions and speeches on wide-ranging topics, from diplomacy to environment to the latest technologies.
“We have to take the unintended consequences of any new technology along with all the benefits, and think about them simultaneously as opposed to waiting for the unintended consequences to show up and then address them,” Microsoft Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella said during his appearance this week at the Davos meeting, which ended Friday. “Being proactive about managing risk is the right thing to do.”
Microsoft collaborates with OpenAI, the developer of the popular generative AI ChatGPT.
He added that he doesn’t want greater control over OpenAI as European and U.K. regulators consider probes of the deep ties between the two companies.
“What we just want is good stability,” he said in an interview at Bloomberg House in Davos, referring to AI regulations under consideration, such as the EU AI Act, the code of conduct established at the last year’s G7 summit in Hiroshima, and the United Nations AI Advisory Body established in October.
U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, during a speech at Davos, flagged risks that AI poses to human rights, personal privacy and societies, calling on the private sector to join a multi-stakeholder effort to develop a “networked and adaptive” governance model for AI.
“We need governments urgently to work with tech companies on risk management frameworks for current AI development, and on monitoring and mitigating future harms,” he said, adding the world needs to increase access to AI so developing economies can reap its enormous potential.
“We need to bridge the digital divide instead of deepening it,” he said.
The International Monetary Fund has said that almost 40% of employed people in the world are exposed to AI, which rises to 60% in advanced economies. Many governments realize there is a need for regulation.
In December, the European Union became the first to provisionally pass AI legislation. Countries around the world have been exploring regulation and governance around AI. Many sessions in Davos explored governance and regulations and why global leaders and tech companies should collaborate.
Vera Jourova, European Commission vice president for values and transparency, said during a panel discussion in Davos, that “legislation is much slower than the world of technologies, but that’s law.”
“We suddenly saw the generative AI at the foundation models of Chat GPT,” she continued. “And it moved us to draft, together with local legislators, the new chapter in the AI act. We tried to react on the new real reality. The result is there. The fine tuning is still ongoing, but I believe that the AI act will come into force.”
There are diverse approaches to regulating AI, but Brad Smith, Microsoft’s vice chair and president, told the panel he expects more convergence in the future. “We won’t have a world without divergence, but people actually care about a lot of the same things and actually have similar approaches to addressing them.”
He also pointed out, “It’s worth just recalling that there are a wide variety of laws in place around the world that were not necessarily written for AI but they absolutely apply to AI, privacy laws, cybersecurity rules, digital safety, child protection, consumer protection, competition law.”
Citing the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the G7 code of conduct, and the U.N. body, he said, “You see these things laddering in a way that makes a fair amount of sense.”
Smith continued, “People might say that with the GDPR it is Europe setting the rules for the world. But this time, the U.S. still hasn’t adopted a privacy law, and you have several countries that are talking with each other and learning from each other. And that’s good for the world.”
In the discussion, Josephine Teo, Singapore’s minister for communications and information, said there “must be international rules.”
China’s approach to AI also came up in the discussion, which highlighted its approach to privacy.
Jourova said there were similarities between Chinese guidelines and those in the West, though there was a “big but.”
“In China, they want to use AI to keep the society under control. In the AI act, in the horrible long and difficult negotiations, the main issue was how far to let the states go in using AI, especially in law enforcement sphere because we want to keep this philosophy of protecting the individual people and balance it with the national security measures. So here, we cannot have a common language with China.”
Smith ended the discussion, noting that “there are some areas that are universally shared values, even in a world that’s so divided. No government wants machines to start the next war. And every country wants humanity to remain in control of this technology.”
He added, “When you look at the AI act, and you look at the Chinese measures, you see on one, the voice of Aristotle, and on the other, the voice of Confucius, long different philosophical traditions that manifest itself on how governments manage societies.”

Artificial Intelligence, the Transhumanism Catalyst?

During my eMBA class on Business Ethics, I’ve had the opportunity to present the topic of transhumanism and how this movement can be a great opportunity as well as a relatively big concern. But before I start sharing some of my thoughts on this topic,
let’s first define what “transhumanism” is
Transhumanism is a class of philosophies of life that seek the continuation and acceleration of the evolution of intelligent life beyond its currently human form and human limitations by means of science and technology, guided by life-promoting principles and values. (Max More, 1990)
In other words, transhumanism relates to using technology to enhance humans, away from their biological limitations. We could argue we are already all transhumans, in some sense, as we already use forms of technologies to correct or remove portions of our biological or physiological limitations, whether it is about wearing glasses or contact lenses to see better, using a smartphone to communicate with people on the other side of the world or using specific drugs to improve our health or increase our mental performance.
Below picture shows a bit of the technology evolution with regards to transhumanism, which has already progressed in just a few month since this graph was created.
It is obviously not an extensive and detailed listing of the past, present and future technologies, but rather an overview of areas where technology is growing. Below are a few examples:
- Biological: Cryogenic technologies, existing since the late 1960s ; Calico, a biotech company founded by Google focused on “killing death”; and the first ever head transplant that Dr. Sergio Canavero will execute end of this year in December.
- Technological: Pacemakers, RFID implants which recently can be used to purchase train tickets in Sweden, Virtual Reality or even Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) which are growing trends.
- And there are obviously areas where biology meets technology with cybernetics.
But where does AI fits in all this? Research and new technologies which are seen above bring us to two dominant areas of transhumanism: super longevity and super intelligence.
Becoming super intelligent
Every year, as described by Moore’s law, computers become more and more powerful, and the time it takes for a computer power to double is also getting shorter over time. A direct consequence of this law concerns the rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence, supported by many initiatives such as the Human Brain Project, or the Allen Institute for Brain Science, which are putting lots of effort (and money) to understand how the brain works to artificially reproduce it. This could potentially reproduce the human conscientiousness and give a robot the understanding of what it feels to be a machine (cf leTemps, in french). According to both Ray Kurzweil, director of engineering at Google, and Vernor Vinge, a well-known computer scientist, “human level AI” (also called the point of singularity) will be reached by 2030.
So how can we keep up with an AI that will exponentially increase over the years and be far more intelligent that humans? Elon Musk acquired Neuralink to suggest a solution: build a direct integration layer between our cortex (in the brain) and an AI, and make the Artificial Intelligence, our own intelligence. Now, this feels a bit science fiction, but let’s assume for a minute that it becomes real: All we currently do with our voice or hands will be done using our brain, through thoughts! Send messages, speak to our AI, even make private phone-calls using thoughts! (wouldn’t this be what we call telepathy?) Obviously, this interface allows us to control our PC as well, removing keyboard and mouse. As in a near future, the Internet of Things will be everywhere, we could control any object with our mind … wouldn’t that make us telekinetic?
But how to guarantee full security and control? Could we then hack someone’s brain or thoughts? The Cambridge Analytica scandal showed how we could “influence” people and votes by knowing their data, so imagine exactly knowing who people are intrinsically. This would also be a highly problematic data privacy issue for users and a gold mine for marketers!
Education or the labor market would also radically change if we all have the answers in our heads and have access to the same knowledge. Some argue the solution would be a universal revenue to allow people to focus on what matters in their lives. Why learn to paddle if you have a motor? Is it in the end really a gain in intelligence if we need to ask a greater intelligence for the answer? The challenge will certainly be great, from a technological, ethical and sociological point of view. As suggested in HBR article by Ed Hess, AI will support many tasks, but Humans will need to “focus on the hard work of taking our cognitive and emotional skills to a much higher level“.
Longevity: Life without death
The purpose of Calico is to kill death, and from what Google CEO Larry Page recently said :

Death has been the greatest fear of humans from the moment they became conscious of their own lives, mainly because it cannot be controlled or avoided. What if it could be possible? Progress made in science and medicine doubled our life expectancy in just one century, and it probably will not slow down. Big Data and AI are obviously a great support. According to the University of Ottawa, there are over 2.5 million new scientific publications every year, so a bit less than 7’000 per day. A highly intelligent and skilled scientist or professor could maybe read and understand 5 publications per day while keeping his main activity. This basically makes him an ignorant compared to what’s really out there! This is where AIs such as IBM’s Watson enter in action. In Health Care, Watson can read through and understand almost all the publications available and make a personalized report to a doctor based on given symptoms and patient data. This is an amazing help for scientific research to have the support of an AI able to dig, filter, analyze a huge amount of data, and faster than it would humanly be possible. This is an immense help to find cures to all our illnesses, resuscitate the currently frozen bodies, combat cellular degeneration, stop aging and potentially one day live forever (we could still get hit by a car though or murdered).
The other alternative for eternal life is to digitize our minds, like in ‘Altered Carbon’. Copy our brain and possibly our consciousness into the cloud like the Black Mirror episode “San Junipero” (S03E04). We are able to monitor a visualize the brain activity at all time with radioactive IRM, active neurons light up, when inactive ones stay shut… this could be translated into 0s and 1s… binary code. But would it still be us? Or just a copy of us like in Black Mirror’s “White Christmas” (S02E04).

However, the Old Testament also teaches that death is not the end. In the book of Isaiah, the prophet envisions a future where there will be no more death, sorrow, or pain (Isaiah 25:8). This vision is fulfilled in the New Testament, where Jesus Christ defeats death and brings eternal life to those who believe in him (John 11:25-26).
Ultimately, the Bible teaches that death is not the end, but a transition to a new and better life with God. Source
Keeping our hands on the wheel
AI will bring us very far in how we will evolve as beings, society, and civilization. The key driver to avoid a Skynet end of the world scenario will be to ensure all risks are under control and that we do not let technology slip out of hands. Some AIs have already managed to create their own languages to communicate with each other, yes this is cool and exciting from a technology point of view, but also scary.

As the world’s business leaders gather in Davos, there’s a critical issue missing from the agenda. That issue is lethal humidity.
Lethal humidity is one of the greatest existential threats facing humanity, but most people have never heard of it. It has been undercounted and underreported globally, yet its impact is undeniable.
It is not just an environmental concern but a catalyst for an economic crisis. It is not just a future threat but a present reality.
We know that climate change is here and accelerating. We have already surpassed the 1.5˚C threshold established in the Paris Agreement. Now, scientists have confirmed, the past year (2023) was the hottest year on record by a substantial margin and likely the warmest in the last 100,000 years (Reuters 2024).
Science shows us that extreme humidity is also becoming more severe, frequent and widespread as a result of climate change. Humidity is the amount of water vapour present in the air. For every 1°C the planet warms, humidity rises by about 7 per cent as water evaporates from our oceans and waterways.
In a dry environment with low humidity, when temperatures rise, humans sweat to cool down. In these conditions, the upper limit to human survival is reached at around 54˚C.
However, with high humidity, this can happen at temperatures as low as 31-35˚C.
That’s because with high humidity and heat, our ability to regulate our body temperature becomes ineffective and we “cook” from the inside.
Without intervention, these conditions can lead to a rapid increase in core body temperature, triggering catastrophic health events such as heart attacks, strokes and even death.
Business leaders must take heed. When lethal humidity events occur, economic activity will fall markedly. The productivity loss, combined with the health crisis, will likely dwarf the death rates and economic impacts of geopolitical conflicts.
The responsibility to address lethal humidity is immense. The solution lies in global dialogue, cooperation and climate leadership.
The Lethal Humidity Global Council recently published an open letter to world leaders calling for urgent action.
It highlighted how the Positive Power plan could incentivise the swift and efficient creation of green energy supply chains to enable a permanent move away from fossil fuels. This, in turn, would tackle the threat of lethal humidity while driving manufacturing, economic growth, innovation and employment.
The world’s largest economies – the US, China, and India – are well placed to lead this charge. They can use their influence, technological capabilities and financial resources to drive innovation, invest in infrastructure, set standards and shape a sustainable future for all. Lethal humidity transcends borders and sectors, so it demands a unified response. As the world’s attention turns to Davos, the message is clear: the time for decisive action is now. The future of our planet and economies depend on it.

I find it amusing that the very people who destroyed our economies want us to believe that they care about our jobs and our financial security. The only financial security they care about is their own.

As key world leaders gather in Davos, there’s a critical issue missing from the agenda. Lethal humidity is one of the greatest existential threats facing humanity.
Hmmm. I wonder why they are not talking about it at Davos? At least, where we can hear/see. Is it because the fallout might uncover their guilt in producing too much rain/clouds/humidity via geo-engineering, weather modification and cloud seeding?
This means that of all the dangerous impacts of the climate crisis, humid heatwaves are one of the nearest dangers we face according to major scientific consensus.
According to The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), for every degree the planet warms, humidity rises by about 7 per cent, because warmer air holds more water vapour. On this basis, it is likely that humidity has risen roughly 10 per cent since the 1850s. Increasing temperatures combined with high humidity can be lethal for humans. As our oceans warm from rising temperatures, more water evaporates, further increasing humidity in the air. This drives energy into the atmosphere and stirs up violent and frequent weather events like storms and hurricanes.
We are all at extreme risk from the combined threat of lethal humidity and heat.

OPEN LETTER
Lethal humidity and heat are already upon us. Our actions today will determine how many millions of people die or are forced to migrate.
World Leaders,
We, the undersigned, come from the world’s leading research and academic institutions, and consist of a diverse range of climate scientists, public health experts, policy makers and industrialists.
There is scientific consensus that rising humidity and heat pose a serious and growing threat to humanity. At temperatures as low as 30˚C, under conditions of high humidity, the human body struggles to cool down by sweating. Death can result.
As temperatures increase, so does the potential for episodes of high temperature and high humidity beyond what humans and many mammals – including livestock, an important source of protein globally – can endure for more than a few hours.
These impacts will not be equitable. Society’s most vulnerable, such as the elderly, young children and the poor, will suffer the most. At population scale, this is called Lethal Humidity and its impacts will be felt globally, especially in tropical and sub-tropical regions.
Some of the most populous regions on Earth are at risk, including parts of India, China, the United States, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mexico, Northern Australia and many other countries across Africa, Asia, South America and Europe
Rising humidity is also driving some of the most violent weather the world has seen and the threat will only grow as the world gets hotter. We must prepare for abrupt environmental and social change.
Positive power
World Leaders, we must move beyond all policies that inhibit the development and deployment of renewable technology in order to achieve the defossilisation of our economy.
At least four key policy shifts are urgently required:
- Complete replacement (phasing out) of fossil fuel with renewable energy
- Removal of barriers to green industry, including transition of fossil fuel subsidies to new green energy generation, before 2030
- Matching of incentives and disincentives to risk with carbon pricing
- Economic stimulants to encourage green growth and transformation
The direct impacts of lethal humidity with heat on human mortality will be widespread, as will the indirect effects associated with loss of labour, migration and geopolitical destabilisation.
As leaders, we must immediately address both – but never one at the expense of the other.
We can still create a world fit for our children and future generations if we act now. We call on you to endorse the Positive Power Plan.

“What spirit governs Davos?”
DAVOS, where CHRIST/Messiah IS BANNED but Pagan Rituals are a mainstay. Take a good look at the evil ritual performed at the completion of this year’s event. It was initiated and fully embraced by, and with the full participation of the DAVOS panel and the audience.

Hmmm, all representatives of MAMMON!

These people don’t need to do a ritual at the event. They spill so much blood on a regular basis. When their demons require large quantities, they simply create a war or False Flag event. They can easily produce numbers of dead at a moments notice. These people are bathed in blood, and not the blood of CHRIST/MESSIAH. They are not yet so arrogant as to perform human sacrifice where they are fully exposed. Deniability is crucial to their game at this point.

You can talk to the AI yourself via OpenAI, or watch similar AI interviews on channels like Dr Alan Thompson (who advises governments), and I’ve posted the AI chat records below (I never change the AI’s words). To avoid any doubt, the link now also includes a video of the chat and a copy of the code. It feels like when Boston Dynamics introduced their robots and people thought they were CGI. AI’s moving at an incredible pace and AI safety needs to catch up. Please don’t feel anxious about this – the AI in this video obviously isn’t dangerous (GPT-3 isn’t conscious). Some experts use scary videos like ‘slaughterbots’ to try and get the message across. Others stick to academic discussion and tend to be ignored. I’m never sure of the right balance.
