Children’s Health Defense Note: CHD has internal documents in which the FDA acknowledges that technology that allows for the creation of these new vaccines has outpaced their ability to predict adverse events. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has launched efforts to create a vaccine that would protect people from most flu strains, all at once, with a single shot. (They have NEVER been able to create a vaccine that is effective against ANY virus. Over the years, I’ve written many articles refuting claims that vaccines are safe and effective, but we’ll put all that aside for the moment and follow the bouncing ball.
Massachusetts Senator and big spender, Ed Markey, has introduced a bill that would shovel no less than a billion dollars toward the universal flu-vaccine project.
Here is a sentence from an NIAID press release that mentions one of several research approaches:
“NIAID Vaccine Research Center scientists have initiated Phase 1/2 studies of a universal flu vaccine strategy that includes an investigational DNA-based vaccine (called a DNA ‘prime’)…”
This is quite troubling, if you know what the phrase “DNA vaccine” means. It refers to what the experts are touting as the next generation of immunizations.
Instead of injecting a piece of a virus into a person, in order to stimulate the immune system, synthesized geneswould be shot into the body. This isn’t traditional vaccination anymore. It’s gene therapy.
In any such method, where genes are edited, deleted, added, no matter what the pros say, there are always “unintended consequences,” to use their polite phrase. The ripple effects scramble the genetic structure in numerous unknown ways.
This is genetic roulette with a loaded gun. Anyone and everyone on Earth injected with a DNA vaccinewill undergo permanent and unknown genetic changes…
Here is the inconvenient truth about DNA vaccines—
They will permanently alter your DNA.
The reference is the New York Times, 3/15/15, “Protection Without a Vaccine.” It describes the frontier of research—the use of synthetic genes to “protect against disease,” while changing the genetic makeup of humans. This is not science fiction:
“By delivering synthetic genes into the muscles of the [experimental] monkeys, the scientists are essentially re-engineering the animals to resist disease.”
“’The sky’s the limit,’ said Michael Farzan, an immunologist at Scripps and lead author of the new study.”
“The first human trial based on this strategy — called immunoprophylaxis by gene transfer, or I.G.T.— is underway, and several new ones are planned.” [That was three years ago.]
“I.G.T. is altogether different from traditional vaccination. It is instead a form of gene therapy (gene manipulation/gene modification/gene POLLUTION!). Scientists isolate the genes that produce powerful antibodies against certain diseases and then synthesize artificial versions.The (artificially created) genes are placed into viruses and injected into human tissue, usually muscle.”
Here is the punchline:
“The viruses invade human cells with their DNA payloads, and the synthetic gene is incorporated into the recipient’s own DNA. If all goes well, the new genes instruct the cells to begin manufacturing powerful antibodies.” (So, they are injecting you with a live virus that is made to change your DNA.)
Read that again: “the synthetic gene is incorporated into the recipient’s own DNA.”
Alteration of the human genetic makeup.
Not just a “visit.” Permanent residence. (permanent change to your DNA that cannot be reversed.) And once a person’s DNA is changed, he will live with that change—and all the ripple effects in his genetic makeup—for the rest of his life.
The Times article taps Dr. David Baltimore for an opinion:
“Still, Dr. Baltimore says that he envisions that some people might be leery of a vaccination strategy that means altering their own DNA, (Most certainly anyone with any sense will not be interested in allowing socialist eugenicists mess with their genes.) even if it prevents a potentially fatal disease.”

Much like our modern day mad-scientists, who don’t care if they accidentally blow up the world…they just have to test the boundaries, because they are curious.) combined with its mission-driven approach to managing projects is promising to pay off in the fight against COVID-19. (Since we see that DARPA is involved in the whole COVID 19 Pandemic and Race for the Vaccine…one must ask what is the mission driving them in this instance?)
DARPA was behind the creation of DNA and RNA vaccines,funding early R&D by Moderna Inc. and Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc. at a time when the technologies were considered speculative by many scientists and investors.
The military R&D agency believed nucleic acid-base vaccines could be developed much faster than conventional technologies. Its funding, project management and vote of confidence helped de-risk the scienceand attract investments and partnerships. (Boy that sentence was jam packed with info. So they not only funded the development of the DNA/RNA Vaccines but they are the project managers. With their UNLIMITED BUDGET, paid for by US citizens one way or another, they took the risk out of the project for the investors and partners. So, this is all once again, about MONEY for the ELITE.)

* Inovio is on track to start a Phase I trial of an DNA-based COVID-19 vaccine in early summer.
* AbCellera Biologics Inc., one of the first companies out of the starting blocks in the race to discover antibody therapies for COVID-19, is using technology created in response to a DARPA challenge. (and just what was that challenge?)
* Another fast-responder, Vir Biotechnology Inc.(NASDAQ:VIR), is deploying antibody discovery technology that can be traced to a company that received part of its funding from DARPA.

The eviction moratoriumexpiredlast Friday nearly four months after the US economy effectively shutdown due to the covid pandemic, and more than 12 million renters – all behind on rent payments because of the virus-induced recession – are now at imminent risk of getting booted to the curb.
This Friday, some 25 million Americans will no longer receive their weekly $600 federal unemployment checks,and the next round of government handouts, currently discussed by Republicans and Democrats, could see benefits slashed from $600 to $200 (or be nothing at allif no deal is reached in Congress). This would crush household finances across middle-class America, resulting in an even higher number of households unable to pay their rent bill in the months ahead.
That said, Trump’s top economic advisor Larry Kudlow, who has religiously pumped stocks with meaningless headlines any time the S&P is even barely in the red, recently said an extension for the eviction moratorium program could be seen. But what if there isn’t one?
In late July, more than 31 million Americans collected unemployment benefits of some form. The economic recovery reversed in late June, as the next crisis among households looms.
“It’s like nothing we’ve ever seen,” said John Pollock, coordinator of the National Coalition for a Civil Right to Counsel.
In 2016, there were 2.3 million evictions, Pollock said.
“There could be that many evictions in August,” he said.
On Sunday, food bank lines reemerged as people’s benefits ran out. The number of jobless Americans is staggering and downright, depressionary,suggesting no labor market recovery this year or next.
With a fiscal cliff unfolding, benefits set to run out, and a rebound in the economy reversing, Household Pulse Data from mid-July outlines an even gloomier rent crisis unfolding.
The analysis is based on Household Pulse Data from mid-July and it found that some states will be hit harder than others. For example, West Virginia is estimated to have the highest share of renter households facing eviction at close to 60%. Tennessee, Minnesota, Mississippi, Florida and Louisiana are all among the states set to be worst impacted with shares at 50% or higher. Elsewhere, Vermont is the state where renters will be at the lowest risk of eviction, though 22% of them will potentially lose their homes over the course of the crisis. – Forbes

The Trump administration doesn’t have the tools to solve the crisis – fiscal and monetary policy can only delay round two of the economic crash until after the elections. Meanwhile chaos and disagreement on Capitol Hill means that there is still no deal on a rent moratorium extension, which means that the coming weeks could see the largest ever US rent crisis, one which would make 2008 look like child’s play.
It is an absolute disgrace that the current Congress is behaving like a bunch of two year olds. That is a reflection on them and not the President. He not only does not get any support from Congress, he gets ridiculed, attacked and undermined at every turn. Congress needs to forget their personal feelings and remember that they are there to serve the people and work with the President. Whether they agree with him or not.

Research into pandemics and diseases sponsored by DARPA early in the last decadeis now paying off in the fight against the novel coronavirus, the leader of the agency said July 30.
“We have some examples here around COVID-19 where the investments that DARPA made 10, 15 years ago are ones now at the forefront of providing both interventions, treatments, diagnostics and other ways we’re going to get out of this mess,” Peter Highnam, acting director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, told reporters.
DARPA does not currently have any vaccine programs, (That is a bold faced lie, they are all invested in this pandemeic and the race for the cure.) but one that wrapped up around 2013(see below for details on this 2013 Vaccination program.)turned out to have a big impact on today’s efforts to defeat the pandemic, he said in a talk organized by George Washington University’s Project for Media and National Security.
Autonomous Diagnostics to Enable Prevention and Therapeutics, or ADEPT, focused on rapidly identifying pathogens, developing vaccines and quickly ramping up production.
“The nucleic acid vaccines that we see today being discussed certainly have strong roots in that work,” he said. Such vaccines inject genetic material such as RNA and DNA into live hosts. “We have been in this business and this type of research before with the specific goal of pandemic prevention,” he added. “It’s really good to see research paying off this way and to be so valuable.” (Trust me, they have been doing this research for a VERY LONG time. They have the cure/prevention long before they release these bioattacks on the public. The elite are well protected. You had better believe it. That is why they went nuts when Trump told us about hydroxychloroquine. They did not want us to know, they have all been on it well before the release.)
Meanwhile, the ongoing Pathogen Prevention program has sought the means to help warfighters heading to regions where there might be unknown pathogens.
“How do we protect those people health-wise before we go there?” he asked. “How do you rapidly give them something — either as a prophylaxis or something that’s a prevention mechanism? A vaccine, ideally, but those take as we know a long time to make sure they’re safe and efficacious.”
The answer being pursued by DARPA and other organizations is monoclonal antibodies, which are used to detect microorganisms that cause diseases.

While these questions have been posed since the program kicked off nearly eight years ago,the research has pivoted to look specifically at COVID-19, he said. The research may help identify exposure to the virus earlier, he added. (I don’t know if you caught that dodge…but basically he is saying they don’t know if any of these monoclonal antibodies even work. If they can accomplish any of the things they theorize them to be able to do. Like “detect the appropriate antibodes” or once injected into you generate antibodies on deman or provide any level of protection or treatment. They DON’T KNOW! Yet they want freedom to inject you with these foreign DNA substances freely without question.)
As for the supply chain problem, DARPA’s Make-It program has looked into rapidly manufacturing medications solely from U.S.-based materials in order to mitigate dependence on foreign suppliers. That initiative is not specifically focused on COVID-19, but is looking at domestically making common antibiotics and other supplies used in intensive care units.
The DARPA Make-It program is automating small molecule discovery and synthesis to propel the field beyond conventional batch-based, intuition-driven capabilities. Make-It is developing artificial intelligence-based approaches to plan and optimize synthetic routes, coupled with methods for fully automated synthesis that include algorithms for automation and process control, interconnected fluidic modules for continuous synthesis, and in-line characterization and purification. Researchers are also working on methods to rapidly explore the vast parameter space associated with synthesis, which has only been minimally sampled by hand thus far. When DARPA launched its Pandemic Preparedness Platform (P3) program two years ago,the pandemic was theoretical. It seemed like a prudent idea to develop a quick response to emerging infectious diseases. Researchers working under the program sought ways to confer instant(but short-term) protection from a dangerous virus or bacteria.
Today, as the novel coronavirus causes a skyrocketing number of COVID-19 cases around the world, the researchers are racing to apply their experimental techniques to a true pandemicplaying out in real time. “Right now, they have one shot on goal,” says DARPA program manager Amy Jenkins. “We’re really hoping it works.”
The P3 program’s plan was to start with a new pathogen and to “develop technology to deliver medical countermeasures in under 60 days—which was crazy, unheard of,” says Jenkins. The teams have proven they can meet this ambitious timeline in previous trials using the influenza and Zika viruses. Now they’re being asked to pull off the same feat with the new coronavirus, which more formally goes by the name SARS-CoV-2 and causes the illness known as COVID-19. (That is ridiculous, the Corona Virus has been around for a very long time, they did not need COVID 19)
James Crowe, director of the Vanderbilt Vaccine Center at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, leads one of the four P3 teams. He spoke with IEEE Spectrum from Italy, where he and his wife are currently traveling—and currently recovering from a serious illness. “We both got pretty sick,” Crowe says, “we’re pretty sure we already had the coronavirus.” For his wife, he says, it was the worst illness she’s had in three decades. They’re trying to get tested for the virus.
Ironically, Crowe is quite likely harboring the raw material that his team and others need to do their work. The DAPRA approach called for employing antibodies, the proteins that our bodies naturally use to fight infectious diseases, which remain in our bodies after an infection.
In the P3 program, the 60-day clock begins when a blood sample is taken from a person who has fully recovered from the disease of interest. Then the researchers screen that sample to find all the protective antibodies the person’s body has made to fight off the virus or bacteria. They use modeling and bioinformatics to choose the antibody that seems most effective at neutralizing the pathogen, and then determine the genetic sequence that codes for the creation of that particular antibody. That snippet of genetic code can then be manufacturedquickly and at scale, and injected into people.
Jenkins says this approach is much faster than manufacturing the antibodies themselves. Once the genetic snippets are delivered by an injection, “your body becomes the bioreactor” that creates the antibodies, she says. The P3 program’s goal is to have protective levels of the antibodies circulating within 6 to 24 hours.
DARPA calls this a “firebreak” technology, because it can provide immediate immunity to medical personnel, first responders, and other vulnerable people. However, it wouldn’t create the permanent protection that vaccines provide.(Vaccines work by presenting the body with a safe form of the pathogen, thus giving the body a low-stakes opportunity to learn how to respond, which it remembers on future exposures.)
Robert Carnahan, who works with Crowe at the Vanderbilt Vaccine Center, explains that their method offers only temporary protection because the snippets of genetic code are messenger RNA, molecules that carry instructions for protein production. When the team’s specially designed mRNA is injected into the body, it’s taken up by cells (likely those in the liver) that churn out the needed antibodies. But eventually that RNA degrades, as do the antibodies that circulate through the blood stream. (Well there you go. If you want to make money, you must sell something that is not longlasting. It must be required/needed on a regular recurring basis. That is the way business is done today. Don’t make ANYTHING that lasts. If they gave you a TRUE VACCINE, once you had it, you would remain immune forever. You can’t make money that way… So they create a vaccine for a virus they created, and they make it only a temporary fix. NOT A TRUE VACCINE AT ALL!)
“We haven’t taught the body how to make the antibody,” Carnahan says, so the protection isn’t permanent. To put it in terms of a folksy aphorism: “We haven’t taught the body to fish, we’ve just given it a fish.” (With a TRUE VACCINE, your body develops the antibodies and it gives you permanent immunity with one exposure.)
Carnahan says the team has been scrambling for weeks to build the tools that enable them to screen for the protective antibodies; since very little is known about this new coronavirus, “the toolkit is being built on the fly.” They were also waiting for a blood sample from a fully recovered U.S. patient. Now they have their first sample, and are hoping for more in the coming weeks, so the real work is beginning. “We are doggedly pursuing neutralizing antibodies,” he says. “Right now we have active pursuit going on.”
Jenkins says that all of the P3 groups (the others are Greg Semposki’s lab at Duke University, a small Vancouver company called AbCellera, and the big pharma company AstraZeneca) have made great strides in technologies that rapidly identify promising antibodies. In their earlier trials, the longer part of the process was manufacturing the mRNA and preparing for safety studies in animals. If the mRNA is intended for human use, the manufacturing and testing processes will be much slower because there will be many more regulatory hoops to jump through.
Crowe and Carnahan’s team has seen another project through to human trials; last year the lab worked with the biotech company Moderna to make mRNA that coded for antibodies that protected against the Chikungunya virus. “We showed it can be done,” Crowe says.
Moderna was involved in a related DARPA program known as ADEPT that has since ended. The company’s work on mRNA-based therapies has led it in another interesting direction—last week, the company made news with its announcement that it was testing an mRNA-based vaccine for the coronavirus. That vaccine works by delivering mRNA that instructs the body to make the “spike” protein that’s present on the surface of the coronavirus, thus provoking an immune response that the body will remember if it encounters the whole virus.
I looked up the DARPA ADEPT Program and found this interesting little tidbit. Keep it in mind when we look at the 5G Roll Out and the part it plays in this “Pandemic”

While Crowe’s team isn’t pursuing a vaccine, they are hedging their bets by considering both the manufacture of mRNA to code for the protective antibodies, and manufacturing the antibodies themselves. Crowe says that the latter process is typically slower (perhaps 18 to 24 months), but he’s talking with companies that are working on ways to speed it up. The direct injection of antibodies is a standard type of immunotherapy.
Crowe’s convalescence in Italy isn’t particularly relaxing. He’s working long days, trying to facilitate the shipment of samples to his lab from Asia, Europe, and the United States, and he’s talking to pharmaceutical companies that could manufacture whatever his lab comes up with. “We have to figure out a cooperative agreement for something we haven’t made yet,” he says, “but I expect that this week we’ll have agreements in place.”
Manufacturing agreements aren’t the end of the story, however. Even if everything goes perfectly for Crowe’s team and they have a potent antibody or mRNA ready for manufacture by the end of April, they’d have to get approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. To get a therapy approved for human use typically takes years of studies on toxicity, stability, and efficacy. Crowe says that one possible shortcut is the FDA’scompassionate use program,which allows people to use unapproved drugs in certain life-threatening situations. (Now we see the reason for the “Pandemic”. They had to raise a global threat to justify the override of our normal drug approval process. Which is obviously already inadequate judging by the number of drugs that are approved and found later to be dangerous, harmful and often deadly.)
Gregory Poland, director of the Mayo Clinic Vaccine Research Group, says that mRNA-based prophylactics and vaccines are an important and interesting idea. But he notes that all talk of these possibilities should be considered “very forward-looking statements.” He has seen too many promising candidates fail after years of clinicaltrials to get excited about a new bright idea, he says. (That is certain, it takes YEARS for the true effects of drugs to be detected and longer to be proven.)
Poland also says the compassionate use shortcut would likely only be relevant “if we’re facing a situation where something like Wuhan is happening in a major city in the U.S., and we have reason to believe that a new therapy would be efficacious and safe. Then that’s a possibility, but we’re not there yet,” he says. “We’d be looking for an unknown benefit and accepting an unknown risk.”
Yet the looming regulatory hurdles haven’t stopped the P3 researchers from sprinting. AbCellera, the Vancouver-based biotech company, tells IEEE Spectrum that its researchers have spent the last month looking at antibodies against the related SARS virus that emerged in 2002, and that they’re now beginning to study the coronavirus directly. “Our main discovery effort from a COVID-19 convalescent donor is about to be underway, and we will unleash our full discovery capabilities there,” a representative wrote in an email.
At Crowe’s lab, Carnahan notes that the present outbreak is the first one to benefit from new technologies that enable a rapid response. Carnahan points to the lab’s earlier work on the Zika virus: “In 78 days we went from a sample to a validated antibody that was highly protective. Will we be able to hit 78 days with the coronavirus? I don’t know, but that’s what we’re gunning for,” he says. “It’s possible in weeks and months, not years.”

A familiar news topic during the flu season is the difficulties that the authorities face in producing enough flu vaccine fast enough to control the outbreak. That’s a serious enough problem, but when the influenza outbreak turns out to be the start of a global pandemic, then hundreds of millions of lives could be at risk. To combat this, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has developed a new way of making vaccines that has turned out 10 million doses of H1N1 influenza vaccine in a month, in a recent test run.
A globalized world means a world increasingly at risk from pandemic diseases. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 20 to 50 percent of the world’s population is at risk from a pandemic outbreak such as that seen in the influenza epidemic of 1918. US military forces are particularly vulnerable because the nature of military life is perfect for the spread of disease, unless countermeasures such as cleanliness and vaccinations are constantly employed.

The problem is, vaccines for new diseases can’t be produced quickly. According to WHO, it can take up to nine months to develop and put a vaccine into production. Worse, egg-based and other conventional vaccine production techniques may not be able to scale up sufficiently to meet the demand – especially for diseases where two doses per person are required for adequate protection.
DARPA’s approach to solving this is the Blue Angel program.Started in response to the 2009 H1N1 swine flu pandemic, its purpose is to quickly develop practical countermeasures to disease outbreaksdue to either natural causes or biowarfare attack. The program has a number of aspects, such as finding ways to identify people who are infected before symptoms show, but one major facet is the Accelerated Manufacture of Pharmaceuticals (AMP) project.

Working with Medicago Inc., AMP uses tobacco plants instead of eggs to produce recombinant proteins that are key to vaccines.

I hope you caught that. In, 2009, DARPA developed a method of speeding up the process of producing vaccines by using hybrid human/mammilian cloned proteins made from CLONED DNA sequences. So, not only will this stuff change your DNA, but it will change your DNA using CHIMERA DNA. Part animal/Part human which are grown in tobacco plants…so you will be getting plant DNA as well.
According to the company, introducing viral genes into tobacco has a number advantages: the full-grown plants can be used because the protein is produced in the leaves; it avoids the need to procure eggs in huge quantities; and, there’s no danger of the virus killing the egg embryo. Medicago said that the tobacco process can generate the proteins within 14 days of the gene sequence of the virus being identified, with vaccine-grade proteins generated within four weeks. (and that is exactly the timeframe in which they supposedly produced this new vaccine.)In the DARPA tests, 10 million doses of H1N1 influenza vaccine were produced in one month, as defined by an animal model.
According to DARPA, third party testing confirmed that a single dose in an animal model produced hemagglutinin antibodies at a protective strength. However, only clinical trials can determine how effective it would be on humans,and the entire process still needs FDA approval. (And there you have the reason for this Pandemic…to give them an excuse to bypass FDA Approval. To save the world.)
A Pentagon agency is working to produce an antibody treatment to combat the novel coronavirusuntil a vaccine is ready.
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), a research and funding branch of the Defense Department known for its out-of-the-box innovations, aims to “make pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security.” Its inventions include the internet, Siri, GPS, videoconferencing and even self-driving cars. (I have problems with all of those developments. The internet is the end of humanity, SIRI is a spy in you home, GPS enables 24 hour surveillance for the police state and video conferencing is what empowered them to enforce the lockdown.)
Now, DARPA is racing against time as experts warn of a likely second wave of the coronavirus this fall.

The program, which launched in 2018, works with outside researchers to develop a quick response to emerging infectious diseases with a goal of delivering medical countermeasures in 60 days. P3 is currently working with two universities, Duke and Vanderbilt, and two pharmaceutical companies, AbCellera and AstraZeneca, on a COVID-19 response.

Their primary focus is to create an antibody therapeutic, which Dr. Jenkins called a kind of “temporary vaccine” to prevent infection if individuals are exposed to COVID-19. Unlike a regular vaccine,which creates permanent immunity,this therapy would create immunity for several months. The intention is to utilize this treatment as a bridge until a vaccine is developed. The antibody therapeutic would be immediately effective because the body starts producing antibodies within hours, as opposed to a traditional vaccine, which can take weeks.
“In vaccines, you’re literally teaching the body to fish, so to speak. You’re teaching it how to make the antibodies (NO, you are not teaching the body. God created the body with an amazing immune system, with each cell knowing exactly what it is designed to do and how to perform its function. The body, will automatically respond to infection or invasion.) that would be protective against the pathogen of interest,” said Dr. Robert Carnahan, Associate Director of the Vanderbilt Vaccine Center, one of the teams working with DARPA on this effort. “We’re not doing that here. We’re not teaching the body,what we’re doing is literally jumping to the end of that, and giving them the final product which is the antibody itself. …We’re literally giving them the fish.” (NO, they are injecting your body with a totally foreign, manmade concoction made up of cloned cells of human and animal DNA. DESIGNED TO CHANGE your DNA.)
Dr. Jenkins stressed that this would not replace a vaccine, but would be meant as a firebreak. (IF it worked, at it’s very best it could only be a temporary fix, that comes with EXTREMELY HIGH CONSEQUENCES AS WELL AS OTHER UNKNOWN RISKS!)
“We’re trying to put the ring around the people who are the most affected by this to stop the potential future spread of it,” Dr. Jenkins told CBS News. They intend for this therapeutic to be administered in a targeted manner — to give temporary protection to front-line health care workers and first responders in hot spots that may develop in specific communities. (NO, They intend to force it on the entire population!)
Using the blood from several recovered coronavirus patients, including Washington One, the first known infected patient in the United States, the P3 researchers have been searching through thousands of antibodies for the top three most potent ones that have the greatest capability to fight the coronavirus. Dr. Jenkins likened this to “finding a needle in a haystack.”
Up until about five years ago, that process alone could have taken several years, but DARPA has invested in technology that enabled researchers to find those antibodies in a matter of weeks, according to Dr. Jenkins.
Once those antibodies are identified, there are two paths forward in producing this “firebreak” treatment. The first is the more traditional method — to manufacture these antibodies in large quantities for widespread distribution. Dr. Jenkins said that process will begin within the next two weeks.
The pharmaceutical companies AbCellera, in partnership with Eli Lilly, and AstraZeneca, will grow the antibodies in giant steel tanks that resemble beer fermenters, called bioreactors. The manufactured material would then be purified, tested and injected into patients for temporary immunization.Traditionally, the manufacturing process can take several years, but DARPA is aiming for a much shorter turnaroundin this case.
“We want to trim that timeline from two-to-five years down to 60 days. And people say that’s impossible. You can’t do it. Well, that’s what we’re here to do,” said Dr. Jenkins. “We’re meant to be pushing that scientific and technological bar to the point that we potentially can get there.” She adds that even if DARPA accomplishes this task in 90 to 120 days, it will still revolutionize this field. DARPA has decided not to just focus on these bioreactor-grown antibodies, but to push the envelope even further by investing in technology that enables them to turn patients’ own bodies into bioreactors. (So, that is the bottom line. They have learned how to use our own bodies against us. Changing us from humans to machines. Manufacturing on demand.)
Dr. Carnahan told CBS News that in this second method, researchers will extract the antibodies’ genetic code, which they will then replicate and inject into patients so their bodies produce new antibodies. According to Dr. Carnahan, “What’s immunized in that case is the blueprint for the antibody, and then the cells take up the blueprint and they’re able to produce the antibodies themselves.” (The body has ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO PRODUCE ANTIBODIES, they want to CONTROL the production of the antibodies, and they want YOUR body to REPRODUCE THE FOREIGN ANTIBODIES THEY MANUFACTURED USING CLONED DNA FROM ANIMALS, PLANTS and OTHER HUMANS.)
The P3 teams are working on the bioreactor-based and the gene-encoded antibody approaches simultaneously. They plan to begin clinical trials by this summer, and to deploy the treatments by this fall or early 2021.
Dr. Jenkins called this technology a “game-changer” in how we can respond to future pandemics or infectious disease threats. SO THIS IS THEIR NEW MEDICAL PLAN.
“We had a leg up this time, to be honest,” said Dr. Jenkins. “We had a little bit of a leg up in that this is quite similar to SARS, at least from a structural standpoint. It looks a lot like SARS. Its sequence is somewhat similar to SARS and that did allow us to move a little bit faster on some of the things that we needed to get this in place. But the goal of our program here actually is to be able to respond this quickly, no matter what the threat.” SO THEY INTEND TO DO AWAY WITH THE REGULATORY STEPS THAT WERE PUT IN PLACE TO PROTECT US. THEY INTEND TO MAKE THAT PERMANENT! COVID-19 Coronavirus Vaccine distribution will be ‘joint venture’ between CDC and Pentagon

THE PLAN BREAKS WITH THE LONGSTANDING PRECEDENT THAT CDC DISTRIBUTES VACCINES DURING MAJOR OUTBREAKS — SUCH AS BAD FLU SEASONS — THROUGH A CENTRALIZED ORDERING SYSTEM FOR STATE AND LOCAL HEALTH OFFICIALS.
“WE BELIEVE WE’VE ACTUALLY COMBINED THE BEST OF BOTH,” THE OFFICIAL SAID. A SECOND SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICIAL STRESSED THE AGENCIES WOULD BE WORKING AS “ONE TEAM” TO DISTRIBUTE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOSESIF ANY OF THE VACCINES IN DEVELOPMENT ARE APPROVED IN THE COMING MONTHS.
Private companies are also likely to join the effort. The first official said the government is bringing in people to integrate CDC IT capabilities with “some new applications that we’re going to need that the CDC never had.”
The background: The Pentagon will be guiding not just distribution logistics but also manufacturing and “kitting,” the process of safely packaging a vaccine with its necessary equipment such as syringes and needles.
“THE DOD IS HANDLING ALL OF THOSE LOGISTICS — THAT IS WHERE THEIR COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGE IS,” SAID THE FIRST SENIOR OFFICIAL. “AND THE CDC, SOME OF THEIR IT SYSTEMS, RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE STATES FOLLOWING POST-VACCINATION WILL BELONG TO THEM.”
Pentagon chief spokesperson Jonathan Hoffman told reporters earlier in the day that distribution would be “a collaborative process” between the private sector and the military.
Operation Warp Speed, the government’s coronavirus vaccine and drug accelerator, is examining “how do we take advantage of the commercial capability of the private sector to handle things like distribution, and where will either DoD step in to help manage that process, or if necessary, will DoD be required to step in and actually physically deliver items itself,” Hoffman said.
The debate: The comments come just one day after McClatchy reported that neither the White House nor Warp Speed officials had formally asked the Pentagon to help with vaccine distribution. While the White House said Defense is ready to assist, an HHS official told McClatchy Wednesday that their involvement would be the exception, not the norm.
State and local government groups have already raised concerns about Pentagon involvement and using new methods in coronavirus vaccine distribution. The CDC “already leads and maintains a highly effective system of vaccine ordering and distribution,” groups including the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials wrote in June. “With time of the essence we strongly recommend against designing new and untested systems of vaccine distribution.”
The state and local officials also questioned whether military involvement in vaccine administration would undermine already shaky public confidence in vaccines.
What’s next: Senior health officials told reporters that they are in constant discussion about first-priority populations for receiving possible coronavirus vaccines, including the elderly and medically vulnerable, but that those plans will depend on which candidates are ready first.
Two vaccines entered the final stage of human trials this month and several more are readying for the sweeping phase three stage. Results are expected later this year or early 2021. A Canadian company says that it has produced a COVID-19 vaccine just 20 days after receiving the coronavirus’s genetic sequence, using a unique technology that they soon hope to submit for FDA approval.
Medicago CEO Bruce Clark said his company could produce as many as 10 million doses a month.If regulatory hurdles can be cleared, he said in a Thursday interview, the vaccine could start to become available in November 2021.
An Israeli research lab has also claimed to have created a vaccine. But Clark says his company’s technique, which has already been proven effective in producing vaccines for seasonal flu, is more reliable and easier to scale.
“There are a couple of others who are claiming that they have — well, we will call them vaccine[s]” for COVID-19, he said. “But they’re different technologies. Some are RNA- or DNA-based vaccines that have not yet been proven in any indication yet, let alone this one. Hopefully, they’ll be successful.”
How did Clark’s team create one so quickly,? They use plants, not chicken eggs, as a bioreactor for growing vaccine proteins.
Traditional vaccine production requires eggs, a lot of them. Vaccine manufacturers inject the virus into the eggs, where it propagates. But using eggs is expensive, takes a long time, and is far from perfect. Mutations can yield vaccines that don’t match up to the virus they aim to shut down, Clark said
So Medicago doesn’t work with a live virus. Instead, it uses plants, a relatively new approach that has seen much advancement in the past decade. It inserts a genetic sequence into agrobacterium, a soil bacteria, which is taken up by plants — in this case, a close cousin to tobacco. The plant begins to produce the protein that can then be used as a vaccine. (This is misleading because as we have established this is not a traditional vaccine, it is only a temporary aid. It does not establish immunity.) If the virus begins to mutate, as is expected for COVID-19, they can just update the production using new plants.
“That’s the difference between us” and egg-based methods, he said, “we go directly to producing the vaccine or the antibody without having to propagate the virus.”
Using plants and genetically engineered agrobacteria works faster than eggs also makes the vaccine much easier to produce at scale, which, in part, is why the U.S. military has invested in the company.
In 2010, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, put together a $100 million program dubbed Blue Angel to look into new forms of vaccine discovery and production. A big chunk of that money went to Medicagoto build a facility in North Carolina, where they showed that they could find a vaccine in just 20 days, then rapidly scale up production.
Clark says that once they get the green light, they will be able to produce 10 million vaccine doses a month.
He said the only obstacles at this point are regulatory. The company’s technique isn’t yet FDA-approved and would need to go through clinical trials.
“Our basic plan is to be in human studies, phase one, by the July time frame; and then, it would depend, quite extensively, on the decisions the regulators make in terms of the hurdles they want us to have in the normal course of development,” he said.
Clark says that he understands that cutting corners in drug development invites risk. But, he says, “There’s a lot of room for negotiation with the regulators. I won’t put words in their mouths…I will say our intention, taking a very standard approach, is that by November [of 2021] we will have completed phase III,” in clinical trials — allowing the vaccine to be made widely available to the public.
Also on Thursday, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease at the National Institutes of Health, told the U.S. House Oversight and Reform Committee that human trials for a vaccine (he did not specify the manufacturer) would be possible “within a few weeks.”However, he said that a vaccine would not be available to the broader public for another 12 to 18 months.cast:

The company’s billionaire CEO has secured huge grants on the promise of a new class of mRNA vaccines, but nobody really knows if they will work.
From the moment the first case of what would later be called COVID-19 was announced,Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel started keeping an eye on the virus. He circulated a Wall Street Journal article about the new disease to his staff in early January, telling them to watch it closely. When the genomic sequence of the virus was released online by Chinese scientists on January 11, 2020, the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Moderna team had a vaccine design ready within 48 hours.It shipped a batch of its first vaccine candidate to the National Institutes of Health for a phase one study just 42 days after that. In early March, Moderna’s mRNA vaccine, which represents an entirely new way to provide immunity to disease, was injected into humans for the first time.
That’s lightning fast. Vaccines typically take years (or in some cases, decades) to develop, but it’s not fast enough for Bancel. “Every day we’re losing lives; we really believe that every day matters,” he says.
The speed is made possible by a new technology: mRNA vaccines, which have the potential to fix many of the pitfalls of traditional vaccines,which take a long time to manufacture, aren’t 100% effective and, if they are made with a live virus, have an outside chance of making you sick. mRNA vaccines work kind of like a computer program: After the mRNA “code” is injected into the body, it instructs the machinery in your cells to produce particular proteins. Your body then becomes a vaccine factory, producing parts of the virus that trigger the immune system. (That is a lie. It does not produce a vaccine nor does it produce the virus. It produces/replicates the cloned and manufactured cells of the DNA RNA artificially produced in labs.) In theory, this makes them safer and quicker to develop and manufacture, which is why Moderna has thrown all its weight behind this new COVID-19 vaccine, pausing enrollment of several of its other clinical trials in the meantime. (IT is cheaper and easier for the manufacturer. Not safer for the patient.)
It’s a big bet for the ten-year-old company, which currently has 24 products in its pipeline—but nothing yet on the market. The biotech sports a huge market cap of $17.5 billion,but it posted a net loss of$514 million on revenues of just $60 million last year. And most of that incoming cash came from government grants and research collaborations with big pharmaceutical companies.

The prospect that Moderna may have the technology to compress years into a few months and take on a virus that has crippled the global economy has investors salivating. The company’s stock price has jumped from $19.23 on January 2, 2020, to a recent $53.19.That’s made Bancel, who owns roughly 9% of Moderna’s stock, a new billionaire, with a net worth of$1.6 billion.
“If it works, we might have the best vaccine (again, it is NOT A VACCINE, it does not create immunity.) technology in the world,” Bancel says.
But that’s a big “if.” NomRNA vaccine currently exists on the market, and nobody knows for sure if the technology will work,much less against this virus. To date,nobody’s been able to make a vaccine that works against a human coronavirus.
Bancel, 47, himself wasn’t always a believer in the technology. When he first was approached with the idea of building a company around mRNA, he balked. “[I] had a lot of learning to do on the molecule. How do you make it stable? How do you make it not immunogenic? How do you make it pure enough so that you can inject a human safely?” he recalls.
Born in Marseille, France, Bancel was getting his master’s degree in chemical engineering at the University of Minnesota, when he first learned about mRNA inthe mid-1990s. mRNA (the “m” stands for “messenger”)transports genetic information from your DNA to ribosomes, the factories in your cell that make the proteins that keep your body working. It’s also highly unstable and quickly degrades within the human body. That notion of mRNA being fragile and difficult to work with stuck with him.
By 2010, Bancel, who also has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, was CEO of French biotech company bioMérieux when a venture capitalist namedNoubar Afeyan approached him with a plan to create a company that used mRNA to create new disease treatments and vaccines. Bancel was skeptical at first, but Afeyan won him over. “If this is real, this could be a new class of medicine,” Bancel remembers thinking. Bancel joined Afeyan and a team of scientists from MIT and Harvard to start Moderna later that year.
Since then the company has faced a series ofsetbacks and skepticism. In its early years, Moderna was criticized for being secretive about its data, prompting an editorial in Nature Biotechnology. Several years ago it dropped one of its most-touted drugs it was developing in partnership with pharmaceutical company Alexion, ALXN 1540, a treatment forCrigler-Najjar syndrome, a rare genetic blood disorder, from its pipeline indefinitely. And while some of the vaccines in its pipeline now show promise, that hasn’t always been the case.
“The first Zika vaccine that Moderna was working on had poor efficacy,” says Justin Richner, a microbiologist at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, “but then they were able to retool that vaccine and have a better response.”
Bancel is clear that Moderna needs more data before the company can declare its coronavirus vaccine effective. But he thinks that the nine vaccine candidates that Moderna has already tested in early clinical trials have shown evidence that its platform is solid. “I’m not a betting person, but I’m cautiously optimistic,” he says.
Bancel isn’t the only optimist. In the past 20 years,there’s been an explosion of companies developing mRNA vaccines for a large swathe of diseases, and many have turned their attention towards the COVID-19 pandemic. German company BioNTech is working withPfizer to develop an mRNA vaccine. Human trials have already begun. Another German company, CureVac,is backed by the Gates Foundation and is expected to begin vaccine trials this summer. Lexington, Massachusetts-based Translate Bio has partnered with French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi to develop its mRNA vaccine, with human trials expected to start later this year.
The federal government is backing mRNA vaccines with serious cash– it’s pledged nearly $500 million to Moderna alone for its COVID-19 vaccine.
All of them are banking on the idea that mRNA vaccines can overturn the way vaccines have been produced for centuries: using weakened or inactive versions of the virus to train your body to produce antibodies, providing immunity against disease. Traditional vaccines have some big drawbacks. One is that there’s a small chance you can get sick from the vaccine if a live virus is used. (Though they have sworn repeatedly that it is impossible to get sick from the vaccines.) The second is that making them takes a long time.A seasonal flu vaccine, for example, takes a minimum of six months to produce by growing viruses in chicken eggs. They also aren’t 100% effective—a typical flu shot uses an inactive form of the virus to stimulate your immune system, but is only about 40% to 60% effective.
mRNA vaccines promise to solve both problems. Once the genome of a virus is known, a vaccine (again, not a vaccine, does not produce immunity ever)can be designed in a matter of days. Because they don’t use a live virus, there’s no risk of them making anyone sick. (though it may not transmit the virus, they CANNOT guarantee it will not make you sick, and there are many more reasons why these Monoclonal antibodies can have adverse affects on your body, not the least of which being that they change your DNA permanently.)
But it is still all theoretical—there aren’t any mRNA vaccines on the market for any diseases yet. When asked how we know mRNA vaccines will work,Drew Weissman, a researcher at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine who has spent 13 years studying the technology, answered bluntly: “We don’t.” There have been only a handful of human trials for any mRNA infectious disease vaccine, all of which have been focused on safety. There’s yet to be a trial showing mRNA vaccines are effective and long-lasting (they know that the effects will not last more than a few months at the most.) at preventing an infectious disease.
Scientists also don’t know how fast this coronavirus will mutate, which could affect how often a new vaccine will need to be created. If the virus mutates quickly, Weissman says, “We might have to make a new coronavirus vaccine every year or every couple of years.”
Moderna’s partnered with Swissmanufacturing firm Lonza to produce up to 1 billion doses of the new coronavirus vaccine per year.
Nevertheless, the federal government is backing mRNA vaccines with serious cash. It has pledged to give nearly $500 millionto Moderna alone for its COVID-19 vaccine. To speed development, the FDA has authorized both Moderna and BioNTechto begin vaccine trials in humans before safety-testing in animals was finished. (This product has not even been tested on animals to see what could go wrong or if it is affective.)
Moderna is no stranger to working with the government. For the past two years, the company has been working with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, the organization headed by the government’s COVID-19 quarterback Dr. Anthony Fauci, on a vaccine for another coronavirus that causes MERS(Middle East respiratory syndrome). (so, they have been working for 2 years on the MERS vaccine and what were the results? Was testing completed? Was this with the approval of the FDA?)
Moderna’s phase three clinical trial is expected to start early this summer, but Bancel is already preparing to scale up.On May 1, 2020, the company announced a new partnership with Swiss manufacturing company Lonza to produce up to 1 billion doses of the new coronavirus vaccine per year. Manufacturing is supposed to start in July, well before any vaccine would be approved by the FDA, which probably won’t happen until sometime next year.
The time frame may sound ambitious or even foolhardy to the uninitiated. Ten years ago, when the idea for mRNA vaccines was first pitched to him, Bancel felt the same way. “It was a pitch-black, cold February night. I walked across a bridge in Cambridge, and my head was literally spinning,” he recalls. “I ended up thinking, ‘Geez, this is crazy. Most likely it won’t work,but if it does it will change the lives of so many people. I have to do it.’” (That is truly an understatement.)

After all, 5G is not just the next generation of mobile connectivity after 4G; it is a radical and entirely new type of technology – a military technology used on the battlefield that is now being ‘deployed’ (military term) in the civilian realm. It is phased array weaponry being sold and disguised as primarily a communications system when the frequency bands it uses (24GHz – 100+GHz including MMW [millimeter waves]) are the very same ones used in Active Denial Systems, i.e. crowd control. Remember, directed energy weapons (DEW) are behind the fall of the Twin Towers on 9/11 and the fake Californian ‘wildfires’.

If you listen to Mark Steele and Barrie Trower, you’ll get an idea of the horrifying effects of 5G. In this interview, Trower echoes the above quote by stating how 5G damages the immune system of trees and kills insects. He reveals how in 1977, 5G was tested on animals in hopes of finding a weapon. The results were severe demyelination – stripping the protective sheath of nerve cells. Some nations are now noticing a 90% loss of insects (including pollinating insects like bees) which congregate around lamp-posts where 5G is installed.
Wuhan Military Games and Event 201 Simulation
If you dig deep enough, some disturbing connections arise between 5G and the men who have developed or are developing vaccines for novel viruses like ebola, zika and the new coronavirus COVID-19. In a fantastic piece of research, an author under the pen name of Annie Logical wrote the article Corona Virus Fakery And The Link To 5G Testing that lays out the coronavirus 5G connection. There is a ton of information, so I will break it all down to make it more understandable.From October 18-27th 2019, Wuhan hosted the Military World Games and specifically used 5G (for the first time ever) for the event. Also on October 18th, 2019 in New York, the Johns Hopkins Center in partnership with World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201 – “A Global Pandemic Exercise” which is a simulation of a pandemic. Guess what virus they happen to choose for their ‘simulation’? A coronavirus! Guess what animal cells they use? Pig cells! (COVID-19 was initially reported to be derived from a seafood market, and the fish there are known to be fed on pig waste). Event 201 includes the UN (since the WEF now has a partnership agreement with UN), Big Pharma (Johnson and Johnson), Bill Gates (key figure in pushing vaccines, human microchipping and Agenda 2030) and both China and America’s CDC. Participants in Event 201 recommended that governments force social media companies to stop the spread of ‘fake news’ and that ultimately the only way to control the information would be for the WHO (World Health Organization, part of the UN) to be the sole central purveyor of information during a pandemic.
Inovio, Electroporation and 5G
As reported on January 24th, 2020, US biotech and pharmaceutical company Inovio received a $9 million grant to develop a vaccine for the coronavirus. Inovio got the money grant from the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), however they already have an existing partnership with CEPI; in April 2018 they got up to $56 million to develop vaccines for Lassa Fever and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS). CEPI was founded in Davos by the governments of Norway and India, the Wellcome Trust … and the participants of Event 201: the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the WEF. CEPI’s CEO is the former director of BARDA (US Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority) which is part of the HHS. Inovio claimed they developed a coronavirus vaccine in 2 hours! On the face of it such a claim is absurd; what is more likely is that they are lying or that they already had the vaccine because they had the foreknowledge that the coronavirus was coming and was about to be unleashed.
So who owns and runs Inovio? Two key men are David Weiner and Dr. Joseph Kim. Weiner was once Kim’s university professor. Weiner was involved with developing a vaccine for HIV and zika (you can read my articles about zika here and here where I exposed some of the lies surrounding that epidemic). Kim was funded by Merck (a large Big Pharma company) and produced something called Porcine Circovirus (PCV 1 and PCV 2). As mentioned above, there is a link between pig vaccines/pig DNA and the coronavirus; Annie Logical notes that it “has long been established that seafood in the area is fed on pig waste.” Kim served a 5-year tenure as a member of the WEF’s Global Agenda Council – yet another organ pushing the New World Order One World Government under the banner of Agenda 2030 Global Governance.
Weiner is an employee and advisor to the FDA, is considered a DNA technology expert and pioneered a new DNA transference method called electroporation – a microbiology technique which uses an electrical pulse to create temporary pores in cell membranes through which substances like chemicals, drugs or DNA can be introduced into the cell. This technique can be used to administer DNA vaccines, which inject foreign DNA into a host’s cells that changes the host’s DNA. This means if you take a DNA vaccine, you are allowing your DNA to be changed! As if vaccines weren’t already horrific enough … but here’s the kicker: electroporation uses pulsed waves. Guess what else uses pulsed waves? 5G! This is either a startling coincidence or evidence or a sinister coronavirus 5G-connection. Annie writes:
“[T]HE SAME ACTION THAT 5G TECHNOLOGY USES IN PULSED WAVES AND THE CORONAVIRUS WAS REPORTED TO HAVE STARTED IN AN AREA IN CHINA THAT HAD ROLLED OUT 5G TECHNOLOGY! SO WE CAN SEE HOW GENETICISTS USING SCIENTISTS ARE TAMPERING WITH THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF OUR EXISTENCE AND WHAT IS DISTURBING IS THAT PROF WIENER IS A HIV PIONEER AND WE KNOW THAT SOON AFTER THE POLIO VACCINES WERE GIVEN TO MILLIONS IN AFRICA THAT HIV EMERGED.THEY HAVE PERFECTED THE ART OF INJECTING ANIMAL OR BIRD DNA INTO HUMAN CHROMOSOMES WHICH ALTERS OUR DNA AND CAUSES THINGS LIKE HAEMORRHAGING, FEVER, CANCERS AND EVEN DEATH.”
Speaking of HIV (which is not the same things as AIDS, but that is another story), remember also that a group of Indian scientists put out their researchthat the virus was manmade and had HIV inserts. They found that 4 separate HIV genes were randomly embedded within the coronavirus. These genes somehow converged to create receptor sites on the virus that were identical to HIV, which was a surprise due to their random placement. They also specifically stated that this was not likely to happen naturally (“unlikely to be fortuitous in nature”). In yet another example of egregious censorship, these scientists were pressured to withdraw their work.
5G and Electroporation DNA Vaccines – Both Producing Pulsed EMF Waves
Consider the implications of this for a moment. The technology exists to use EMFs to open your very skin pores and inject foreign DNA into your bloodstream and cells. This is an extreme violation of your bodily sovereignty, and it can have long-term effects, because of genetic mutation – changing your very DNA which is the biological blueprint and physical essence of who you are.
What if 5G mimics electroporation? What if 5G can do on a large scale what electroporation does on a small scale? We already know that 5G has the potential to be mutagenic (DNA-damaging). The frequencies that 5G uses, especially 75-100GHz, interact with the geometrical structure of our skin and sweat ducts, acting upon them like a transmission reaching an antenna, and fundamentally affecting us and our mood.
What if 5G is being used to open up the skin of those in Wuhan so as to allow the new bioweapon coronavirus to infiltrate more easily?
Mandatory Vaccines, Depopulation and Transhumanism
So, what’s at the bottom of the coronavirus-5G connection rabbit hole? I would suggest we find mandatory vaccine agenda, the depopulationagenda and transhumanist agenda (via DNA vaccines). The key figures and groups who appear to have planned this already have the vaccine in place, just as they did for the other epidemics that fizzled out (SARS, ebola and zika). Weiner even has links to HIV/AIDS, and if you dive into that as Jon Rappoport did, you find gaping holes in that story.
It’s the same epidemic/pandemic game played out every 2-3 years. There’s a couple of versions. In the first version, you invent a virus, hype it up, get people scared, do ineffectual and inconclusive tests (e.g. like the PCR test which measures if a viral fragment is present but doesn’t tell you the quantities of whether it would actually causing the disease), inflate the body count, justify quarantine/martial law and brainwash people into thinking they have to buy the (toxic) vaccine and introduce mandatory vaccination. You don’t even need a real virus or pathogen for the version. In the second version, you create a virus as a bioweapon, release it as a test, pretend it was a natural mutation, watch how many people it kills (which helps with the eugenics and depopulation agendas), again justify martial law, again justify the need for mandatory vaccines and even pose as the savior with the vaccine that stops it. As a variation on this second version, you can even develop a race-specific bioweapon so as to reduce the population of rival nations or enemy races as a geopolitical strategy. This article suggests that the coronavirus targets Chinese people/Asians more than others, and certainly the official death count attests to that, although it’s always hard to trust governmental statistics. Annie Logical gives her take:

DNA vaccines are a disturbing new advancement for transhumanism. After all, the objective of the transhumanist agenda is to merge man with machine, and in doing so, wipe out what fundamentally makes us human, so we can be controlled and overtaken by a deeply sinister and negative force. It’s all about changing us at the fundamental level, or attacking human sovereignty itself. Finally, I will finish with another coronavirus-5G connection. The word coronavirus itself refers to many kinds of viruses by that name, not just COVID-19. Guess who owns a patent for a coronavirus strain that can be used to develop a vaccine? The Pirbright Institute. And guess who partially owns them? Bill Gates! As yoiu can read here Pirbright is being supported in their vaccine developement endeavors by a British company Innovate UK … who also funds and supports the rollout of 5G. Innovate UK ran a competition in 2018 with a £15 million share out to any small business that could produce vaccines for ‘epidemic’ potential.
The Motivation to Hype and the Motivation to Downplay
History has shown that in cases of epidemics (or fake epidemics) there is almost always a morass of conflicting reports and contradictory information. In such situations, it can be very difficult to get to the bottom of the matter and find the truth. The conflict stems from the different motivations of nations, governments and other interested groups. Essentially, there are 2 main motivations: the motivation to hype (exaggerate and use fear to grab attention, sell something, make a group look bad/incompetent, make people scared, make the public accept mandatory vaccination and martial law) and the motivation to downplay (cover up and hide the true extent of the damage, morbidity or mortality so as to appear competent and in control, to lessen possible anger, backlash or disorder). Sometimes, these 2 motivations may drive the behavior of the same group, e.g. in the case of the Chinese Government, it has the motivation to hype (to get people afraid so they easily follow its draconian quarantine rules) and the motivation to downplay (so as to appear in the eyes of its people and the rest of the entire world to have the situation under control, to ensure saving face, credibility and a good reputation).
Final Thoughts on the Coronavirus 5G Connection
Governments around the world have experimented with bioweapons both on their own citizens and foreign citizens, and even sold that research to other governments for their own benefit (e.g. Japan’s notorious Unit 731 which developed bioweapons in China, only to hand over that research to the US after losing World War 2). WUHAN, Oct. 31, 2019 (Xinhua) — The branches of Chinese major telecom operators in central China’s Hubei Province announced Thursday the launch of commercial 5G applications in the province.
Wuhan City, the capital of Hubei, is expected to have 10,000 5G base stations by the end of 2019, said Song Qizhu, head of Hubei Provincial Communication Administration.
China Telecom has established a 5G network covering airports, railway stations and other areas in the city, which will also help boost the digital and intelligent transformation of the industries with 5G technologies, said Li Hongbo, general manager of the company’s Hubei branch.
China Mobile Hubei Branch has activated 1,580 5G base stations in the city as of mid-October, achieving the 5G coverage of universities, transportation hubs and other densely populated areas, according to the branch.
Claro Ecuador has begun testing 5G technology in the city of Guayaquil.
The news comes three weeks after Daniel Hajj, CEO of Claro’s parent company América Móvil, announced a US$450mn investment in the country over the next three years, following a meeting with Ecuador’s President Lenín Moreno.
The company has opened a week-long exhibition of 5G applicationsincluding video calls, virtual reality, internet of things, and a user case of process automation at a shrimp farm, according to local daily El Universal.
As part of a revamped digital connectivity plan, Ecuador’s ICT minister Andrés Michelena said in Julythat the ministry (Mintel) would award spectrum in the 700MHz and 2.5GHz bands in November for 4G, and next year in the 3.5GHz band for 5G.

The coronavirus pandemic is exhausting Ecuador’s medical resources, with at least 220 dead and more than 4,000 cases. Iran’s telecoms minister says 5G network will kick off in the country in the next Persian calendar year.
Iran’s telecoms minister has said that the country will kick off the fifth generation of internet communications, known as 5G, in the next Persian calendar year starting late March.
Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi said on Thursday that Iran had carried out all preparations needed for launching the 5G network.
“The regulatory is introducing the rules … we hope we could implement a first version of the 5G network in Iran next year and start offering services,” said Jahromi.
The minister said super-fast internet services powered by the 5G technology is a need for businesses in Iran. He added that his ministry had issued a call on experts for contributing to the quicker implementation of the new network in Iran.
Despite facing a harsh regime of American economic sanctions, Iran has made huge strides in expanding the coverage of the fourth-generation of fast internet services, known as 4G, to almost all cities, towns and villages across the country.
Current government data shows nearly 70 million people, including the population in 1,242 Iranian cities as well as 80 percent of villages with over 20 households, have access to broadband services offered by three mobile operators.
That figure was about 300,000 in 2013 when the current administrative government led by President Hassan Rouhani came to office, said Jahromi on Thursday.
The announcement on Iran’s progress in internet communications come nearly a week after authorities reported a major cyber attack affecting services across the country.
Users experienced disruptions to the services last week as a result of the powerful distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack that began midday on February 8 and continued for hours.
Irancell, the second largest mobile network operator in Iran tests its 5G networks with the help of Ericsson. In testing, the download speed for Irancell’s 5G network peaked at 23.9 Gbps.
The first 3G network was brought by Rightel in 2012. The company was founded in 2011 and it had exclusivity on 3G network until the end of April 2013, which was extended until the end of September 2014. This exclusivity kept the country from developing 3G networks by the other mobile network operators such as MCI and Irancell for nearly 3 to 4 years. But this time no exclusivity is involved.
Irancell singed a contract with Ericsson to develop 5G
In May 2017,Irancell signed a contract with Ericsson to get help for developing its 5G network. This time Irancell plans to launch the 5G network simultaneously with the rest of the world. “We are aiming to keep the pace with the international operators. Iran will not be left behind again,” said Irancell’s CEO, Alireza Dezfouli during the event at Irancell HQ in Tehran. Director of Ericsson for Iran and Turkey, Ralf Pichler, was also present at the event. He mentioned that 5G technology will be available by 2020 and it would become globally accessible a year later, according to Financial Tribune.
Leading companies in developing 5G technology
Talking about 5G, currently the key players in the 5G technology market include Cisco (U.S.), Ericsson (Sweden), SK Telecom (South Korea), Korea Telecom (South Korea), Nokia Networks (Finland), Samsung (South Korea), Qualcomm (U.S.), Intel (U.S.), NEC Corporation (Japan), Huawei (China), Verizon (U.S.), AT&T (U.S.), T-Mobile USA, Inc., LG (South Korea), and China Mobile (China). The 5G market will grow to $1.23 trillion by 2026, according to a new report by Ericsson. And the networking standard is poised to benefit industries including energy utilities, manufacturing, and healthcare the most.
Don’t forget about the EU
Even the EU has invested heavily in R&D to ensure that Europe takes a leading role in deploying the new generation of the mobile broadband technology. For example, 5G Infrastructure Public Private Partnership (5G PPP) has been initiated by the EU Commission and industry manufacturers, telecommunications operators, service providers, SMEs, and researchers. SHOCKING footage has emerged showing Iranians collapsed in the street as activists say the coronavirus struck the country months before officials admit.
A number of disturbing images have been posted on social media from across Iran which show people who activists claim have Covid-19 lying in streets as passersby give them a wide berth.

Sun Online hasn’t been able to independently verify the claims or the footage.
According to some, the pandemic originated in the Chinese embassy in Tehran three weeks before the first official case was recorded.
Currently distrust of the government’s reporting of the pandemic is growing with some saying there is a cover-up of the real death toll which could be five times higher than the official figures.
Ambulance records, seen by the MailOnline, indicated that three Iranian employees of the Chinese embassy in Tehran were hospitalised with suspected Covid-19 symptomson January 28.
The files were supplied by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) which works as a network for anti-regime activists.
Iran recorded its first coronavirus patient, a merchant in Qom, on February 19.
The Iranian leadership has been accused of keeping the earlier cases quiet over fears it could embarrass the Chinese.
Iran is currently heavily dependent on China’s support as US sanctions grip the country.
However, Iran has hit back at the accusations saying that while the embassy workers did have high fevers and severe coughs they did not have the coronavirus and have since been discharged from hospital.
BODIES LYING IN THE STREET
The NCRI estimates deaths from the virus in Iran exceed 43,800 people across 320 towns.
The Iranian government claims that only 7,417 citizens have died from the virus so far.
The embassy patients included a 37-year-old woman and two 33-year-old men, one of whom had recently visited China.
One of the reports said: “[The patient is] 33-years-old, with severe coughing, symptoms of cold.
“He says he was in China for the past 12 days, and in the first three days after arriving in Tehran, he had high fever, diarrhoea, and severe coughing.
“He says he works at the Chinese Embassy (in Tehran), and his colleagues have had symptoms of coronavirus. He is hospitalised.”
Other ambulance records show that a 33-year-old woman was taken to hospital with symptoms of covid-19 on January 31,after leading a tour of Chinese nationals.
She had fallen ill at Imam Khomeini Airport in Tehran.
A spokesman for the Iranian government said: “The patients seem to have left the hospital later, as it was proved that the cases were not coronavirus. There are no other records. Statements by patients at the admission stage, before tests, may not be used as proof for any disease.”
Since the beginning of this crisis, Iran has been very reluctant to tell truth to its own citizens. David Patrikarakos, Fellow at the School of Iranian Studies at the University of St Andrews, told MailOnline: “Iran is incredibly reliant on China, especially since the re-imposition of US sanctions.
“So the regime would not do anything to embarrass the Chinese government.
“Admitting that there was coronavirus within the Chinese embassy in January would have done just that, so it would be no surprise if Iran covered it up.”
He added: “Since the beginning of this crisis, Iran has been very reluctant to tell truth to its own citizens. That is because the regime has some culpability because it was so slow to respond.”
Shahin Gobadi, an NCRI spokesman, said: “The Iranian regime is engaged in a massive cover-up regarding the spread of the coronavirus.
“They have been extremely under-reporting the death toll, because the staggering figures would demonstrate their incompetence, ineptitude, mismanagement, and negligence both in terms of disseminating the relevant information in a timely manner and in providing medical care and treatment to those in need of help.”
The Iranian government claims it has been honest and transparent in reporting the coronavirus pandemic.
A spokesman said: “There are lot of conspiracy theories around the source of covid-19, including some in Britain about 5G.
“It is unfortunate that some have engaged in blame game to advance certain political aims, when nations should work together to combat and eradicate such a vicious virus.

In the video, the man can be seen lying motionlessly on his back in the middle of the street. The footage was filmed in northeastern Iran. Despite the man looking unwell, no members of the public approach him in the video as coronavirus fears have spiked in the country during the last week.
Iran currently has the fourth-highest amount of coronavirus cases in the world.
There have been more than 2,300 cases within the country.
77 people have died in Iran as a result of the virus.
While more than 400 people have recovered from being infected with COVID-19.
The company plans to test 5G speeds in Barcelona’s streets during Mobile World Congress next week
Vodafone claimed to be the world’s first operator to connect 5G smartphones to its live 5G network in the Spanish cities of Madrid and Barcelona, the carrier said in a statement.
As it paves the way to launch 5G technology in a number of European cities during the second half of 2019, Vodafone said it has completed trials over a four-week period in the two cities with three 5G smartphones that will be launched in 2019.
Vodafone reported that it was able to make a 4K video call on its network during the trial, using 5G download speeds.
Vodafone said that both the smartphones and its 5G network were fully compliant with the latest version of the industry standard for Non-Standalone 5G — 3GPP’s Release 15 — which was approved in December 2018.
Vodafone has already rolled out a 5G network in the city center of Barcelona. During Mobile World Congress, which starts on Monday (February 25, 2019), the carrier said that a car will drive around the city streets, measuring and reporting the 1.5 Gbps speeds that the network is already delivering.
Vodafone has invested in single Radio Access Network (RAN) technology across 98% of its European 4G footprint. The operator said that the investment will allow it to add 5G on top of its existing 4G network in the future. Additionally, Vodafone has been participating in 5G spectrum auctions in its European operating markets. More than two-thirds of Vodafone’s single RAN sites within major European cities already have sufficient backhaul to support 5G network speeds, the telco said.
“Vodafone’s networks are increasingly ready for 5G, which will enable us to deliver significant benefits over time for consumers, businesses and society. Our focus now is on optimizing the customer experience before we launch 5G in some European cities later this year,” said Johan Wibergh, CTO of Vodafone Group.
Vodafone’s other 5G network trials include an investment of 90 million euros ($102 million) in Milan, Italy, to build a 5G network covering over 80% of the city. It has launched 31 5G use cases to date working with 38 industrial and public sector partners. The use cases cover the fields of health, security and surveillance; smart energy and smart cities; mobility and transport; manufacturing and industry 4.0; education; entertainment; and the digital divide. Also, Vodafone UK is trialling 5G in seven cities and successfully completed the country’s first holographic call in September 2018.
Vodafone Spain, which completed what it claimed to be the world’s first 5G call at Mobile World Congress in 2018, has 5G cell sites across six cities.
As the number of coronavirus deaths in Italy soar, all eyes have turned to another European country that’s quickly become a virus hot spot.
Spain’s military, deployed across the coronavirus-ravaged country to disinfect nursing homes, have discovered residents dead in their beds, abandoned by ill or absent staff.
In the capital of Madrid, funeral homes have been ordered to suspend the collection of bodies due to a lack of protective equipment.
There’s also no room in the city’s morgues and local authorities have commandeered an ice-skating rink to provide urgent storage.
Spain has now passed China with the world’s second-highest death toll, with 738 more fatalities on Wednesday alone bringing the tally to 3434.
The union for nurses said Madrid’s hospitals are “on the verge of collapse”.
That almost unfathomable situation has unfolded just four weeks on from the first detections of coronavirus in Barcelona and Madrid on February 26.
Now, the country is in lockdown, hospitals are overflowing and authorities at all levels are only able to wait and pray that social distancing measures work.
“We are aware of just how hard it is to prolong this situation, but it is absolutely imperative that we keep fighting the virus in order to win this battle,” Maria Jesus Montero, a government spokesperson, said at a press conference.
The crisis is “testing Spanish society in the most unimaginable way”, Ms Montero said.

Across the country, police officers are patrolling streets and drones are whizzing through the air to find people breaking strict restrictions on free movement.
There’s a mood of solidarity among Spaniards, who now take to their balconies each evening at 8pm to clap and cheer for doctors, nurses and paramedics.
But the mood generally remains sombre.
Hospitals are at breaking point and those on the frontline of the health crisis are now falling victim in large numbers, due to a shortage of protective equipment.
“The virus doesn’t kill people … what’s killing people is the system,” Rafael Aguilera, mayor of Alcala del Valle in the country’s northeast, said at a media conference this week.
“We need oxygen, ambulances and hospitals.”

Italian operators kicked off comercial 5G offerings in parts of the country’s main cities during the second half of 2019 and have already announced plans to rapidly expand coverage during 2020.
Vodafone was the first operator to offer commercial 5G services in Italy. The telco, owned by UK telecommunications group Vodafone Group, launched the technology in five cities across the country in June 2019.
Initially, the 5G service was available in Milan, Turin, Bologna, Rome and Naples. The company used equipment from Nokia and Huawei for the deployment of commercial 5G.
At the time of the launch, Vodafone Italy said it expects to add around 45 to 50 cities to 5G coverage during 2020. Aldo Bisio, Vodafone Italy’s CEO said that the telco’s 5G technology will reach more than 100 Italian cities by 2021.
Rival operator Telecom Italia (TIM) had previously announced that it expects to provide 5G technology in at least 120 cities and 200 tourist destinations across Italy by 2021.
By that year, TIM also plans to provide 5G coverage for 245 industrial districts and 200 specific projects for big businesses.
The carrier initially launched 5G services in parts of Turin, Rome and Naples in July 2019.TIM’s 5G offering was also expected to cover Milan, Bologna, Verona, Florence, Matera and Bari by the end of 2019. The telco also announced plans to cover 30 tourist destinations throughout Italy, 50 industrial districts and complete 30 dedicated 5G projects for large companies by December 2019.
The operator said that the speed of the 5G service will be increasing progressively up to 10 Gbps by 2021. TIM previously said that its 5G services will be offered through spectrum in the 700 MHz, 3.6-3.8 GHz and 26.5-27.5 GHz bands.
In this initial phase TIM is deploying Ericsson’s 3GPP standards-based Non-Standalone 5G portfolio from Ericsson Radio System, supported through a software upgrade of their existing 5G Core network.
In June 2019, local operators Wind Tre and Fastweb announced a strategic agreement leveraging on the operators’ respective assets in order to accelerate the rollout of a nationwide 5G network.
The agreement will lead to the rapid deployment of a shared 5G radio access and back-hauling network in Italy that will support the delivery of next-generation mobile services for Fastweb and Wind Tre customers.
The shared 5G network will include Wind Tre and Fastweb macro and small cells, connected through dark fiber from Fastweb, to be deployed nationwide, with a targeted coverage of 90% of the population by 2026. Under the terms of the deal, Wind Tre will manage the 5G network, while both operators will remain independent in the commercial and operational use of the shared infrastructure
In 2018, Italy’s Ministry of Economic Development announced the completion of the national 5G spectrum tender, in which the government raised a total of EUR 6.55 billion (currently $7.36 billion).
In the process, local carriers Telecom Italia, Wind Tre, Vodafone Italia, Fastweb and Iliad secured spectrum in the 694-790 MHz, 26.5-27.5 GHz and 3.6-3.8 GHz bands.
TIM paid EUR 2.4 billion for 80 megahertz in the 3.7 GHz band MHz, 200 megahertz in the 26 GHz band and 20 megahertz in 700 MHz band.
Rival operator Vodafone Italia also paid EUR 2.4 billion for a similar amount of spectrum in the same frequency bands.
Newcomer Iliad Italia spent EUR 1.2 billion to acquire 5G spectrum, while Wind Tre acquired licenses at a value of EUR 517 million. Iliad won 200 megahertz in the 26 GHz band, alongside its 20 megahertz of 3.7GHz and 10 megahertz in the 700 MHz band. Wind Tre acquired 20 megahertz of 3.7 GHz and 200 megahertz in the 26 GHz band.
5G licenses are valid for 19 years, with the exception of the licenses in the 700 MHz band, which will not be released until 2022 and will be valid for 15 and a half years.
Italy is recording one Covid-19 death every two minutes as its death toll hits 5,476 – with 1,444 losing their lives over the weekend alone

Italian paramedics have been pictured rushing to the side of a man collapsed at a bus stop as the country’s coronavirus death toll rises again.
The medics came to the man’s aid after he collapsed in the streets of Rome last night.
Paramedics could be seen rushing to attend to the man, who was wearing a face mask and appeared to be unconscious, before loading him on a stretcher into an ambulance and taking him away.
It is not known whether the man had been struck by the vast Covid-19 outbreak in Italy.

Another 651 people died from the virus in Italy on Sunday alone, bringing the weekend death toll alone to a devastating 1,444.
Italy has become a Covid-19 world epicentre, after it surpassed China’s death toll.
Italy was one of the first country’s in Europe to impose a full, dramatic lockdown as citizens are ordered indoors while authorities rush to contain the outbreak.
What are the symptoms of coronavirus?
The most common symptoms of the coronavirus are:
a dry, persistent cough
a fever
If you experience these symptoms, you should immediately self-isolate yourself for seven days.
It is not necessary to call NHS 111 unless your symptoms get more severe.
Some patients have reported fatigue, headaches, shortness of breath and aches and pains. Sneezing is not a symptom of the coronavirus.
Official figures showed 793 people lost their lives to Covid-19 in Italy on Saturday – equating to an average of 33 deaths per hour.
This marked the biggest increase in fatalities yet over a single 24-hour period, as Italy’s death toll races past China, where the virus originated in the city of Wuhan.

It comes as Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned that Britain is only “two or three” weeks behind Italy on the spread of Covid-19.
He has told Brits that a full lockdown like Italy’s could be just hours away if the public does not follow social distancing guidelines.

Mr Johnson warned in the daily Downing Street press conference yesterday that if Brits can not follow health experts’ advice to stay home, and two metres away from one another when in public, stricter measures will be considered “within the next 24 hours.”
The UK’s first 5G consumer mobile network is launching tomorrow (May 30, 2019) in six cities.
Mobile network operator EE will switch on the next-gen cellular connectivity in select locations in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Belfast, Birmingham and Manchester — promising “increased speeds, reliability and connectivity”. Though of course consumers will also need to have a 5G handset and 5G price plan, as well as being in the right location, to see any of the touted benefits.
EE says it expects customers to experience an increase in speeds of around 100-150Mbps when using the 5G network — “even in the busiest areas” where network coverage extends.
“Some customers will break the one gigabit-per-second milestone on their 5G smartphones,” it adds.
Ten other UK cities are set to get a taste of EE’s 5G later by the end of this year, also in select, busier parts — namely Glasgow, Newcastle, Liverpool, Leeds, Hull, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Coventry and Bristol — with more cities planned to come on stream in 2020.
While rival mobile operator Vodafone has said it will began its own rollout of a 5G network in July (2019).
Among the advantages for 5G that EE is pushing on its website to try to persuade users to upgrade are better connections in busy places (such as festivals or stadiums); faster download speeds to support movie downloads and higher quality video streaming; and a gamer-friendly lack of lag — which it bills as “almost instant Internet connection”.
Whether those additions will convince masses of mobile users to shell out for an EE 5G device plan — which start at £53 per month — remains to be seen.
Earlier this month the network operator, which is owned by BT, launched its first 5G Sim-only handset plans, and began ranging 5G handsets — from the likes of Samsung, LG, OnePlus and Oppo.
Though not from Huawei. Last week it told the BBC it would pause on offering any 5G smartphones made by Chinese device maker Huawei — saying it wanted to “make sure we can carry out the right level of testing and quality assurance” for its customers.
Huawei remains subject to a US executive order intended to dissuade US companies from doing business with it on national security grounds. And Google has been reported to have taken a decision to withdrawn some Android-related services from Huawei — raising question-marks about the future quality of its smartphones. (The Chinese company’s involvement in building out core UK 5G networks is also subject to restriction, with the government reportedly intending to impose limits.)
EE says the 5G network it’s launching tomorrow is an additional layer on top of its existing 4G network — dubbing it “phase 1”. So this switch on is really a toe in the water. Or, well, a marketing opportunity to claim a 5G first.
It describes it as a “non-standalone” deployment, saying it’s combining 4G and 5G to “give customers the fastest, most reliable mobile broadband experience they’ve ever had” — saying it’s planning to upgrade more than 100 cell sites to 5G per month, as it builds out 5G coverage.
It will also expand its 4G coverage into rural areas and add more capacity to 4G sites — as 4G will remain the fall-back option for years to come (if not indefinitely).
Phase 2 of EE’s 5G rollout, from 2022, will introduce the “full next generation 5G core network, enhanced device chipset capabilities, and increased availability of 5G-ready spectrum”.
“Higher bandwidth and lower latency, coupled with expansive and growing 5G coverage, will enable a more responsive network, enabling truly immersive mobile augmented reality, real-time health monitoring, and mobile cloud gaming,” EE adds.
A third phase of the 5G rollout, from 2023, is slated to bring Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communications, Network Slicing and multi-gigabit-per-second speeds.
“This phase of 5G will enable critical applications like real-time traffic management of fleets of autonomous vehicles, massive sensor networks with millions of devices measuring air quality across the entire country, and the ‘tactile internet’, where a sense of touch can be added to remote real-time interactions,” EE suggests.
As we’ve said before, there’s little call for consumers to rush to upgrade to a 5G handset, with network coverage the exception not the rule, even as building out the touted benefits of so-called ‘intelligent connectivity’ will be a work of years.

Disturbing footage has emerged of a man collapsing onto the floor after a coughing fit in a London shopping centre.
The video shows the man taking off his jacket and throwing it to the floor as he attempts to cover his mouth in the atrium area of Jubilee Place in Canary Wharf.
The worrying clip was filmed a day before a Chevron worker in the same area of east London reported flu-like symptoms, resulting in all employees being sent home as a precaution.
However, a Canary Wharf spokesperson stressed there is nothing to suggest the coughing incident is related to coronavirus.
The man falls to his knees and then onto his side outside Starbucks, gesturing for water before continuing to cough violently on the floor, but eventually struggles back onto his feet.

A witness told the Daily Star: “I was sitting at Caffe Nero and all of a sudden a man started coughing really loud.
“He sounded really sick and you can hear from all those chesty coughs, people walking past him literally ran away.”
The scary incident happened at around 6.20pm on Monday, a day before US oil giant Chevron announced it had sent 300 workers home for precautions of coronavirus.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 5.55pm on Monday (24 February) to reports of a person unwell near the South Colonnade at Canary Wharf shopping centre.
“We dispatched an ambulance crew, however we were then informed that the ambulance was no longer required.”
A Canary Wharf spokesperson said: “We do not have any evidence to suggest this is related to Coronavirus.
“There has not yet been any confirmed Coronavirus case on the Canary Wharf estate.
“Nonetheless we are carefully monitoring the situation and taking precautionary steps where possible, for example, we have positioned additional hand sanitisers across our public spaces and retail malls.”

It came after a worker was reportedly suffering flu-like symptoms and is awaiting test results.
The staff at the Westferry Circus office in Canary Wharf will continue to work from home “for the time being”, pending tests on the employee.
Chevron said: “Chevron continues to monitor the situation very closely, utilising the guidance of international and local health authorities.
“Our primary concern is the health and safety of our employees and we are taking precautionary measures to reduce their risk of exposure.
“Consequently, we have requested that our colleagues, based at our Westferry Circus office in London, work from home for the time being. It is our policy to not provide details of our employees.”
