Well, I was looking to find the date in May when CERN would be back online. To my surprise, the date was changed again. A lot like the WEF Reset Announcement/Davos Summit. The dates seem to be working along the same lines. Surprise, surprise.
CERN is still expected to come back online this year. At present, the date has been reset to Mid-September. Though they are not promising. They do leave open the possibility that it may not come online until 2022. However, they have already had crews onsite working since May 8, of this year.
There is a lot to this NEW WORLD ORDER. So many factors must work together to bring it all to pass they way that they desire. TIMING is everything and NUMBERS are so important in their Magick Workings. 5-G, CERN, The Economic Rest, the Economic Collapse, the food shortage and supply interruption, the take over of the water and the land, the implantation of the ID, the construction and activation of the towers and satellites, the construction of new digital money, the collection of everyone’s DNA, the supply of self driving vehicles and spying robots, the Internet of EVERYTHING that ties it all together. It is just like the attack of the FIRE ANTS, NO ONE attacks until all are in place.
I do not think they expected to run into as much resistance to their draconian Plandemic demands. I think that they really expected everyone to just roll over, take their shot, surrender their rights along with the guns and from then on it would be smooth sailing, after all, they would have full control at that point.
What do you think would happen if EVERYONE JUST SAID “NO”?
The following scriptures are make up the very first chapter of the WORD OF GOD. I pray that you read it, for it makes it very clear why all these things are happening. The DEVIL and his group HATE GOD, and everything GOD CREATED. Especially human beings, because in the mind of the Fallen Angels and thier progeny, mankind usurped them, took their place, and because of us, they are condemned to suffer forever in HELL!
If you have followed CERN at all, and have any cognitive thinking ability, than you can see that they are HELL BENT on the destruction of our world. They don’t care at all if the whole thing blows up or is sucked into a black hole. They claim they are seeking to understand creation, but really they are looking for the thing that holds it all together so that they can break it! DARK MATTER which they state makes up most of the universe, is the DARKNESS which is NOT GOOD. God created the LIGHT and SEPARATED US from the DARKNESS.
GENESIS: 1-31
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.
6 And God said, “Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water.” 7 So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the vault “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.
9 And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so. 10 God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.” And God saw that it was good.
11 Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. 12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 13 And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.
14 And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so. 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.17God set them in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.
20 And God said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.” 21 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.” 23 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day.
24 And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so. 25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a]and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
27 So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.
31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

Let’s take a look at what has been happening with CERN.
A gradual and safe restart plan for CERN’s on-site …
The CERN Director-General and Directorate presented the restart plan for on-site activities during an online meeting. Some 4100 people connected to the live webcast, during which 270 questions were submitted live, in addition to the 150 collected prior to the meeting.
CERN has been in safe mode since 20 March, with the majority of personnel working remotely. During this period, a maximum of about 600 people have come to CERN each day to ensure the safe maintenance of the sites and facilities. The rest of the CERN community has been making extensive use of teleworking tools, with a peak of almost 13 900 connections per day to the Vidyo remote conferencing tool.
On-site activities will resume gradually as of 18 May. “We have developed a preliminary plan for the gradual and safe restart of the activities and for bringing personnel back to work on the sites,” said Fabiola Gianotti, who emphasised the importance of individual responsibility in respecting the health and safety measures as a means to protect people’s health and achieve a successful restart.
Here is a summary of the plan that was laid out during the presentation, in the form of ten questions and answers. This plan will be re-evaluated as the COVID-19 situation evolves at CERN, in our Host States and beyond.
- What is the schedule for the restart of on-site activities?
The planned restart is divided into three phases. During phase 0, which will run until 18 May, safe mode is being maintained, with a maximum of 600 people per day allowed on the CERN sites. During this period, teams are preparing the restart plan by scheduling the priority activities and identifying the specific people needed on site. During phase 1, starting on 18 May, priority activities will resume gradually, starting with LS2 activities, accelerator and detector upgrades and urgent site and building work. Phase 1 is estimated to last 16 weeks, with up to an additional 500 people per week allowed on the CERN sites. The final stage, Phase 2,is planned to start from mid-September and will hopefully see the removal of all restrictions on the number of people on the sites. The plan, the progression of the phases and the precise number of people on the sites will be reviewed weekly by the Enlarged Directorate.
- Which activities will be resumed first?
The first priority is to restart the LS2 activities, accelerator and detector upgrades and urgent site and building work. There are still some 2000 tasks in the accelerator sector to be completed in LS2, two-thirds of which relate to the LHC. A special LS2 committee meeting will be held on 8 May to determine which Phase 1 activities should be given priority. The LS2 and Run 3 schedules will be reviewed in June and, again, during a workshop in September.
- How many people will work on the CERN sites?
Before the safe mode began, an average of 8000 people were on site each day, including CERN personnel and contractors. During safe mode, this number was reduced to 600. As of 18 May, an additional 500 people per week will be able to access the CERN sites, including members of the personnel and contractors, starting with those working on the above-mentioned priority activities. From mid-June, the rest of the personnelis expected to gradually come back to work.
- What is the procedure for returning to the CERN sites?
Members of the personnel will be called back to the site by their supervisor. The request will include the days for which on-site access is granted. Presence on site will be limited to the time required to carry out approved activities. Contractors’ personnel will be allowed to come on site only at the request of their management, as agreed with the CERN technical officer in charge of the contract.
People over 65 should continue to work remotely. Their access may be exceptionally authorised by department heads or experiment spokespersons for activities considered to be essential for strategic or operational reasons. People under 65 with vulnerabilities should continue to work remotely and must inform their supervisor.
All members of personnel and contractors will have to pass a compulsory COVID-19 health and safety training course in order to access the CERN sites. This course will be available as from 12 May from the Learning Hub.
- What are the hygiene measures in place on the CERN sites?
CERN has developed strict health and safety measures following guidelines from our Host States, and in some cases these measures are stricter than those in place in France and Switzerland. Detailed safety and hygiene measures can be found here. Doris Forkel-Wirth, Head of the Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Protection Unit, emphasised that it is “the responsibility of each one of us to respect hygiene and safety measures, in order to protect each other”.
The slides and recording of the information meeting are available on the Indico page.

Proposed 100km circular tunnel would be four times as big and six times as powerful as LHC
As the largest scientific instrument on the planet enters its twilight years, Cern scientists have been facing the question of what next after the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Following extensive debate, they appear to have landed on an answer: go bigger or go home.
Cern’s council is expected to announce its backing on Friday for a proposed new collider with a 100km circular tunnel, four times the size and six times as powerful as the LHC. A formal vote on the plan is due to go ahead on Friday.
The proposed particle-smashing machine, referred to as the Future Circular Collider (FCC), would allow scientists to hunt for particles and other new phenomena at higher energies, study the Higgs boson with greater precision, and may offer insights into dark matter.
Speaking before Cern’s council meeting, Prof Jon Butterworth, of University College London, said a scaled-up collider would allow scientists to make unprecedented measurements of nature at the subatomic scale. “It’s probing nature at the shortest distances and looking for the smallest things we can see … it’s a real exploratory mission,” he said. “Everyone agrees that’s what we need to do. The question has been: what’s the best machine to do it?”
But some question whether the scientific promise of the gigantic machine justifies the anticipated €20bn price tag for construction.
If approved in Friday’s vote, Cern is expected to assess the technical and financial feasibility of the FCC, with initial efforts going into a geological survey to check there are no underground lakes or other show-stopping features beneath Geneva that would require the plan to be reconsidered. Research and development efforts into high-field superconducting magnets and other technologies required for the proposed collider will also be ramped up.
There is no guarantee the machine will be built. Capital investment from EU member states and other Cern participants such as the UK will be required for construction to go ahead – and a commitment to continue funding operations into the 2050s. If the financial backing is secured, construction could begin within a decade and it would take 10 years to build, meaning it would not be operational until the 2040s.
The FCC proposal won out against alternative visions of what to do when the LHC winds down around a decade from now. Competing plans included a large linear collider, which some viewed as a safer option because it could have been extended in stages, whereas the size of a circular collider must be decided at the outset. A circular collider has the advantage of being able to house more experiments along the same tunnel.
The planned machine would be built up in stages. For the first phase, the FCC would collide electrons and their positive counterparts, positrons. Then it would collide electrons with much heavier nuclei of lead atoms. By the 2050s, it could be smashing protons together with an energy of 100 teraelectronvolts (TeV), around six times higher than the LHC’s maximum capability.
The new machine would act as a “Higgs factory”, allowing scientists to target the production of large numbers of Higgs bosons and study more precisely how they decay, which has not been possible with the LHC. Some theories suggest the Higgs particle may decay into dark matter particles, the nature of which remains one of the central mysteries in modern physics. “If there’s any missing, you know there’s something weird going on,” said Butterworth.
Moving to higher energy regimes could also uncover new phenomena yet to be predicted. However, there is not the same guaranteed win that the LHC offered before it was built, when scientists knew the collider would sweep through the predicted energy range for the Higgs and either confirm its existence or prove that theoretical physics needed a complete overhaul.
“With the LHC, we knew we’d either find the Higgs or break the Standard Model, and that’s a very luxurious position to be in,” said Butterworth. “There is no equivalent scenario now, it’s much more exploratory. It’s definitely higher risk.”
The LHC itself has highlighted the uncertain nature of progress. Many hoped that after finding the Higgs, further questions in fundamental physics would be resolved, such as a hypothesis called supersymmetry, which predicts that subatomic particles that make up normal matter possess mirror, or supersymmetrical, versions of themselves. However, the LHC is yet to observe any supersymmetric entities, or any dark matter particles, which had also been in scientists’ sights.
Sabine Hossenfelder, a theoretical physicist at the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies in Germany, said open-ended exploration and the refining of existing knowledge was not enough to justify the enormous cost of the proposed machine. “On some level I find it irresponsible,” she said. “Why don’t we put the money into an international centre for climate models or pandemic models?”
The LHC is currently being upgraded and is due to restart in May 2021 and run until the end of 2024, with a final run expected to begin at the end of 2027.

CERN particle collider to reopen in 2021
May 8, 2021
November 27, 2020
GENEVA — The world’s biggest atom smasher will restart in September 2021, a half year later than planned, and will operate for an extended run until the end of 2024, the European Organization for Nuclear Research said on Friday.
Managers at the international organization, known by its French acronym CERN, agreed to the new operating calendar with the approval of a governing council of 23 member nations. The council also was responsible for reappointing Fabiola Gianotti, an Italian physicist, to a second five-year term as CERN’s director-general starting in January 2021.
CERN completed a major milestone by connecting several tunnels 100 meters underground between the LHC and its successor, the High-Luminosity LHC. A second connection between the new tunnels and the LHC tunnel also was completed. The underground structures are due to be fully completed by mid-2021, CERN said, while the surface buildings are scheduled to be finished by mid-2022.
The LHC has a limited life-span and is sometimes shut down for repairs or upgrades. Since 2018 the collider has been going through a major upgrade that is referred to as LS2. Its purpose is to increase the number of proton collisions for experiments, which boosts the probability of more discoveries about the universe’s fundamental properties.
The upgrade initially was due to be completed by early 2021 but “the schedule has had to be modified due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” CERN said in a statement.
It is now expected to operate in a high-luminosity mode by the start of 2028. Luminosity refers to the number of collisions among sub-atomic particles. The higher the luminosity, the more data become available. The upgrades will increase the number of proton collisions for experiments.
“At the end of May, after the first lockdown, activities were able to gradually restart on the CERN sites, albeit with an extra challenge: to carry out the extensive work involved in LS2 while scrupulously respecting the health and safety measures put in place to combat COVID-19,” said José Miguel Jiménez, head of CERN’s technology department.

More data, better detectors
The LHC uses more than 50 types of electromagnets to send particles along complex paths without losing speed. Main dipoles generate powerful 8.3 tesla magnetic fields, which are 100,000 times more powerful than Earth’s magnetic field. The electromagnets use a current of 11,080 amperes to produce the field. A superconducting coil allows high currents to flow without losing energy to electrical resistance.
It is now in what CERN refers to as a “cooldown phase,” and the entire machine should be “cold” by spring 2021. Afterwards, scientists will begin doing electrical quality tests, powering tests and quench training for the electromagnets to reach a nominal magnetic field. After the injectors are gradually started up, experiments can start taking data. A third long shutdown and upgrade, termed LS3, is due in 2025.
In 2012, CERN hailed the discovery of a “missing cornerstone of physics” when it detected a new subatomic particle, the Higgs boson, that helps explain why all matter has mass. Its existence was predicted nearly a half-century earlier. But over the past several years CERN has been working on extensive upgrades to its accelerator complex and experiments in preparation for the next run of its LHC.
Major work is being carried out on all the machines and infrastructures, the international organization said, with the particle accelerator chain undergoing thorough renovations and other new equipment being installed where the upgrades continue. But to be able to handle all the extra data that the atom smasher will generate, CERN’s data detectors are being improved, too.
“The High-Luminosity LHC will generate many more collisions than the LHC, accumulating 10 times more data than its predecessor throughout its operation,” CERN said in a statement. “This groundbreaking machine will thus be able to detect extremely rare phenomena and improve the precision of measurements of the infinitesimally small.”

There is much more going on than they are telling you. Calling these things “TELESCOPES” is a HUGE DECEPTION. You conjure up an image of the funny tool that magnifies the stars so you can feel closer to them. These things are transmitters. Transmitting signals, sounds, vibrations, light, and to what end? They don’t even talk about what is going on with them. They are not just looking at the sky or even measuring… they are CHANGING or trying to change our atmosphere. They are opening doors/portals that WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLOSE! What is coming through them will cause men’s hearts to FAIL THEM FOR FEAR!.

25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

CERN proposes “space elevator” accelerator
CERN, check out this recent update: https://home.cern/news/press-release/experiments/alpha-cools-antimatter-using-laser-light-first-time, and read all about the Antiproton Decelerator: https://home.cern/science/accelerators/antiproton-decelerator.
“Do antimatter apples fall up?” is a question that is certain to aggravate physicists working on a new vertical accelerator proposed for CERN. The true question, they say, is whether antimatter apples fall down differently. If a difference were spotted, it would spell the end of “CPT invariance” – a principle that has underpinned every theory of physics since the invention of quantum mechanics.
“The Standard Model of particle physics has been very successful, but it can’t explain the 95% of the universe which is ‘dark’, and neither Einstein nor any physicist since has been able to cook up a working theory of quantum gravity,” says theorist Flora Oilp. “It’s time to challenge its most fundamental principle head-on.”
The way forward, according to Oilp and her colleagues, is to build a vertical accelerator that will put gravity to the test directly. Every previous particle accelerator has been horizontal. A combination of high speeds and frequent course corrections using focusing magnets has always meant that the effect of gravity can be neglected. But by utilising a range of new, revolutionary techniques, including accelerating particles upwards inside a vacuum vessel, and timing how long they take to fall back down to Earth, physicists can study the elusive fourth force directly. Furthermore, by comparing results with protons and antiprotons, they can watch for signs of “CPT violation”. Such behaviour cannot be explained using conventional theories, which rely on this principle to ensure the conservation of probability.
The accelerator would be built in two stages. Stage one proposes a 500 m vertical accelerator, starting from the base of the LHC shafts. An exciting collaboration with NASA may come to fruition by utilising detectors on the International Space Station (ISS) to detect beams of particles fired by the accelerator every time the ISS is overhead. This “reverse cosmic-ray” experiment would allow the measurement of Earth’s gravity on particle trajectories at unprecedented levels. Stage one will seek to match the roughly 1% precision on measurements of the gravitational constant “g”, which is currently being targeted in parallel by experiments with antihydrogen at the Laboratory’s Antimatter Factory. This moderate build will also allow engineers and physicists to understand the intricacies of running a vertical accelerator in preparation for stage two – the space elevator.
First proposed by Russian scientist Konstantin Tsiolkovsky in 1895, a true space elevator would rise from the equator to a height of 35 786 km – the altitude of a geostationary orbit. CERN’s proposed structure is far more modest, rising a mere 2.5 km above the Swiss countryside. If built, however, this advanced particle accelerator would nevertheless be three times taller than the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which has been the tallest structure in the world since 2009. Each bunch of protons and antiprotons would need to be sent into a so-called “radial elliptic orbit” so that they return to the same point from which they were launched, calling for minute transverse focusing along the way.
Though the technological challenges are formidable, links to industrial and medical applications are promising, and the physics reach of such a machine is compelling. While appearing somewhat outlandish at first sight, the key advantage of the design is that its sensitivity would scale rapidly with its height. With the project eventually being ramped up to 2.5 km – the maximum height thought to be structurally sound, the CPT invariance could be tested with exquisite precision, approaching 0.005%.
“The sky’s the limit!” says CERN’s Pilar Olof, who was recently elected spokesperson of the new Elevator-Inspired Fast-Fermion Endwise Linac collaboration (EIFFEL). “Recent years have seen debates over whether the next accelerator should be linear or circular, but a consensus is now building that it should be vertical. We can’t wait for the world to see the EIFFEL.”

Cern experiment hints at EIFFEL | Large …
The standard model of particle physics describes the particles and forces that govern the subatomic world. Constructed over the past half century, it defines how elementary particles called quarks build protons and neutrons inside atomic nuclei, and how these, usually combined with electrons, make up all known matter. The model also explains three of the four fundamental forces of nature: electromagnetism; the strong force, which holds atomic nuclei together; and the weak force which causes nuclear reactions in the sun.
But the standard model does not describe everything. It does not explain the fourth force, gravity, and perhaps more strikingly, says nothing about the 95% of the universe that physicists believe is not constructed from normal matter.
Much of the cosmos, they believe, consists of dark energy, a force that appears to be driving the expansion of the universe, and dark matter, a mysterious substance that seems to hold the cosmic web of matter in place like an invisible skeleton.
“If it turns out, with extra analysis of additional processes, that we were able to confirm this, it would be extremely exciting,” Parkes said. It would mean there is something wrong with the standard model and that we require something extra in our fundamental theory of particle physics to explain how this would happen.”

Interview with Rhodri Jones, CERN
2021 should see the re-opening of the Large Hadron Collider. This enormous particle accelerator, the largest ever built, was designed to test leading theories in particle physics; and after a recent three year shutdown it will soon be starting its third operational run. Rhodri Jones is head of the beams department at CERN, the organisation that runs the collider. He gave Phil Sansom, as well as special guest Giles Yeo, the details…
Rhodri – We’ve been shut down for the past two years. In fact, we’re coming to the end of a two year shutdown period at the moment to upgrade and consolidate a lot of our equipment. One of the major upgrades that we’ve undergone is in the physics experiments themselves, where they’ve upgraded their detectors basically to better detect the particles that actually come out of these collisions. The other major upgrade is an upgrade of the injector complex: what we call the chain of machines that’s used to accelerate particles from the hydrogen gas bottle, which is where we get all our protons from, up to nearly the speed of light by the time they come into the LHC. And then in the LHC itself, we’ve undergone a consolidation of our superconducting magnets; so we have around 12,000 of these big superconducting magnets, which are used basically to bend the protons in this large circle that we have, allowing them to come round and round and round again and again, to provide us with collisions for a very long time.
Phil – What’s the outcome of all this? What amazing physics are you going to get once you reopen, because of this?
Rhodri – Well, the hope is that when we restart – which will now probably be in early 2022, in fact, for actual physics-taking – that we’ll then have the third physics run of the LHC, which is expected to last for another three years. Now up to now we’ve been colliding at what we call a 13 tera electron volts. This is quite high energy, and we’re hoping to push this a bit further because the LHC was, in fact, nominally designed to collide at 14 tera electron volts; so this means two proton beams of seven tera electron volts hitting each other. If we manage to reach this energy, this will be the highest energy that we’ve ever reached with a particle accelerator on the planet. And the hope is that by doing this we can understand physics processes to a higher degree. And if we’re very lucky, we may start to see very rare events, slight changes from what we expect, which could indicate new physics. And of course this is what’s driving a lot of the research that we’re doing. (So they have no clue what will happen, and no basis for predicting it.)
Phil – Teams using the Large Hadron Collider have managed to find the Higgs Boson, which was one of the aims I think of the project. So what’s the next step? Are you analysing it or are you doing other work?
Rhodri – It’s a combination of both. So yes, the Large Hadron Collider, one of its main aims was to see whether this Higgs Boson was there or not. We’ve managed to find it. Now what we’re doing is basically refining our picture of the Higgs Boson, so trying to really understand it. And this is the study that’s ongoing, and this is why we need these vast amounts of data to actually be able to see how the Higgs Boson interacts and the various different scenarios and conditions. And then the other thing that we’re trying to do, like I said, was really look at something new or something different, and this is being done in parallel. So we’re looking to see whether there are slight deviations from what we expect the physics to be at this energy, or to see whether there are rare events taking place, where we need a lot of data, and suddenly we’ll see something completely unexpected. And this is of course the other thing which would then show that something is out there. We don’t understand everything as it is at the moment; I think we’ve got this standard model of particle physics, which explains everything very, very well, but not all of it. (Ha! It does not explain anything. Infact, by their own admission, it did not even behave as the were convinced it would.)
Phil – Back when it first opened, people were saying, “oh, they’re going to open a black hole. They’re going to open a parallel universe.” Do people still ask you that?
Rhodri – They do every now and again, like you’ve done! I think the reply often to this is that nature actually creates big bangs that are much, much, much larger than we do with the Large Hadron Collider. I mean, in the atmosphere all the time, we’re getting these very high energy cosmic rays coming through, which have energies much, much higher than the LHC. I think the advantage of the LHC is that we managed to localise these collisions to a very small area. So it means that we can really analyse them, which is difficult to do when we’re not sure when they’re going to come or where they are going to come. So this is what we’ve done: we’ve created the lab itself to allow us to analyse these high energy collisions in an area that we can actually manage.
Phil – Giles?
Giles – How about this whole story that we got a little while back that’s for a brief moment in time, neutrinos can go faster than the speed of light; what was all that about?
Rhodri – Yeah, that in the end came down to timing. Basically we created them here at CERN and they were sent down to Italy and you detect them there. And of course they’re traveling at the speed of light, so it’s very difficult then to actually time this in. And in the end, it was found that there was an issue with the experiment – in fact, on the Italian side – with the timing not being quite as precise as we thought it would be, which when you did the maths actually came out that the neutrinos traveled faster than the speed of light. But in the end, no. Einstein is still there, and everything fits with the speed of light. (What kind of mumbo jumbo is that?)

As pointed out by Dr. Thomas Horn and “Into the Multiverse” host Josh Peck in the internationally-acclaimed books Abaddon Ascending, when the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) first started up on September 10, 2008, director for research and scientific computing at CERN, Sergio Bertolucci, provoked a whirlwind of speculation with his enigmatic remark that the LHC might open a door to another dimension. During a regular briefing at CERN headquarters, he told reporters, “Out of this door might come something, or we might send something through it.”[i] The notion of higher dimensional beings traversing such doorways conjures up the denizens of legend, orcs, ogres, elves, fairies, dwarves, and giants. A British military analyst later quipped:
We’re looking here at an imminent visit from a race of carnivorous dinosaur-men, the superhuman clone hive-legions of some evil genetic queen-empress, infinite polypantheons of dark mega-deities imprisoned for aeons and hungering to feast upon human souls, a parallel-history victorious Nazi globo-Reich or something of that type.[ii]
While that was amusing, more serious researchers like Richard Bullivant had already connected the dots:
The most plausible explanation the next time Bigfoot or a lizard man or a flying dragon is sighted—or perhaps even a UFO ascending into the earth and disappearing into the side of a hill—surely has to be that it is evidence that portals to parallel worlds are serving as doorways where strange beings, vehicles and entities occasionally stumble into our universe—and sometimes we in turn stumble into theirs.[iii]
It did not help that the LHC was named after the Hindu destroyer of worlds “Shiva”, a fact that prompted a teenage girl in India, Madhya Pradesh, to commit suicide.[iv] Whether the scientists responsible for the name believe it or not, wormhole portals are studied very seriously.
Now, it is recycling in the news again that researchers at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider are confident they will soon “make contact with a parallel universe.” They have since opening hoped to actually open a door into another reality with the astoundingly complex LHC “atom-smasher” at CERN, as it is fired up to its maximum energy levels in an endeavor to identify—or perhaps generate—tiny black holes that will serve as doorways.
Mir Faizal, one of the three-strong group of physicists behind this experiment, said a while back: “Just as many parallel sheets of paper, which are two-dimensional objects [breadth and length] can exist during a dimension [height], parallel universes can even exist in higher dimensions […]
“If successful a very new universe is going to be exposed—modifying completely not only the physics books but the philosophy books too.
“It is even probable that gravity from our own universe may ‘transfer’ into this parallel universe…
“If we do detect mini black holes at this energy, then we are going to know that… additional dimensions are correct.”[v]
In 1935, Albert Einstein and his student, Nathan Rosen, proposed that connecting two black holes would form a tube-like gateway between two regions. This passageway is called an Einstein-Rosen Bridge. The math works. Traversable wormholes provide a valid solution to field equations of general relativity.[vi] According to theory, one could enter a black hole and exit a white hole in another universe. A white hole is a region of space-time that cannot be entered from the outside, but from which matter and light may escape. Thus, a black hole serves as the entry portal and a white hole marks the exit portal. Yet, prior to the discovery of spinning Kerr black holes, traversing the magic sphere meant being obliterated down to the atomic level by the enormous gravitational force. Consequently, during Einstein’s day, no one took the possibility of traveling through such a gate very seriously.
But what’s really behind CERN’s interest in making contact with a parallel universe?
Hold onto your hat.
The laboratory we know as CERN was born in 1952, not long after World War II and the emergence of the nuclear bomb. Since that time, some of the research at CERN has entered the public lexicon and nearly become a household word. This European facility began as a post-war physics project and blossomed into an international cabal searching for nothing less than God.
CERN is a French acronym based on the name of the working committee that imagined the possibilities for a physics laboratory governed by another emerging body, the Common Market, which would eventually rise as the revived Roman Empire, the European Union. The name for the committee was the Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire (European Council for Nuclear Research). Just two years later, in 1954, the working committee disbanded, the formal organization commenced work, and the official name was changed to Organisation Européenn pour la Recherche Nucléaire (European Organization for Nuclear Research).[vii] Oddly enough, when the official name changed, the acronym should have changed as well—after all, the earlier “committee” had been a temporary entity that had helped birth a major research laboratory; the CERN acronym and the French designation Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire hadn’t yet propagated enough that renaming it would have proven problematic. So why didn’t the founders change the acronym along with the name?
Enter Werner Karl Heisenberg, a renowned German Nobel laureate physicist who is often called “the founder of quantum mechanics.” He served as head of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute during World War II, heading up the Nazi push to create an atomic weapon. Many in the West say that the Allies owed much to Heisenberg, for it is believed that he actually stalled and intentionally misled the Nazis, hoping the Allies would win the race to “find the bomb.” Lew Kowarski, one of Heisenberg’s colleagues, claims that Heisenberg had inexplicably insisted that the original acronym CERN remain in effect.
Werner Heisenberg understood quite well what quantum physics implied for humanity. Inherent within this theoretical realm, populated by obtuse equations and pipe-smoking scientists, lies what I call the “Babylon Potential.” This is the “secret knowledge”—the scientific imperative, informed and driven by spiritual advisers—that the Bible cites as the key to opening a gateway for the “gods.” It is Entemenanki, Baba-alu, the opening of the Abzu, the doorway to Hell.
How is the Babylon Potential related to a simple acronym—CERN? Here’s the answer: CERN is an abbreviated title for the ancient god worshipped by the Celts: Cernnunos. The name means “horned one,” and his stern image appears in various forms, usually wearing “stag’s horns” upon his head, and he is oftentimes accompanied by a ram-headed serpent. His worshippers celebrated Cernunnos’ birth in December during the winter solstice. As the Celtic god of the underworld, he parallels Hades and Pluto. Cernunnos controls the shadows, and he is a dying/rising god after the order of Osiris and Horus who was so elaborately summoned by CERN occultists during the June 1, 2016 Gotthard Rail Tunnel Opening Ceremony. Cernunnos alternates control of the world with the moon goddess Danu (another form of Diana/Isis/Semiramis). This intertwined and sometimes antagonistic relationship is similar to that of Shiva and Kali—an important point to make because it is Shiva’s statue that welcomes visitors to CERN’s headquarters in Geneva.

WATCH TOM HORN & JOSH PECK DESCRIBE WHAT’S HAPPENING AT CERN CONNECTED TO OCCULT RITUALS MEANT TO OPEN END-TIMES GATEWAYS!
Part Two: Tom Horn, Josh Peck, Abaddon Ascending
spacerThe Shiva statue depicts the Hindu god in his “nataraja” position, a cosmic dance that destroys the old universe in favor of a new creation.[viii] This ritual is performed on the back of a demon named Apasmara who is said to represent ignorance. Much like the mystery religions and secret societies (of which Freemasonry is a prime example), the initiates receive hidden knowledge that is passed down from mentor to apprentice, and each level achieved brings with it additional clarification as to the true purpose of the organization (or cult). Members are considered “enlightened,” while all those who do not belong are mundane and walk in darkness. We are ignorant. Therefore, the Shiva dance illustrates the superposition of the enlightened over the backs and souls of the blind. Of course, to the Illuminati, the truly ignorant are the foolish Christians. As I’ve said many times in my previous books, the lowest-level members of these mystery religions and secret societies rarely know the truths reserved for the few who actually run the show.
Shiva has been compared to Dionysus,[ix] another fertility god associated with vegetation, forest, streams, and dancing—powers also attributed to Cernunnos. All three have dominion over the underworld: Dionysus, the son of Zeus and the mortal Semele, is a type of beast-god (one who inspires his followers to behave as “beasts”—witness the Maenads, the mad women who followed and tended to the needs of Dionysus, who is called Bacchus in the Roman pantheon. The Maenads danced and drank themselves into an ecstatic frenzy, usually dressing in fawn skins (something the followers of Cernunnos also do), carrying a long stick or staff adorned with a pine cone (symbol of the pineal gland, itself considered a doorway into another realm). As with Osiris and Nimrod, Dionysus journeyed to the underworld—in this case, to rescue his mother. Semele is yet another moon goddess, and she fits the Semiramis/Isis/Danu/Diana model.
It also seems fair to examine indigenous spiral petroglyphs (described elsewhere in this book) that very often feature horned humanoid figures in close proximity to a vortex. While scholars admit to speculating as much as anyone else, they typically interpret these spirals as symbolizing the portal to a long journey. [x] Could these ancient petroglyphs also be omens of the horned beast god emerging from a vortex spiral?
What is my point? With its name and by placing a bronze Shiva sculpture prominently in front of its headquarters, CERN is indicating to those with “eyes to see” that the collider’s true purpose is to open a portal to the underworld—to create a stargate or “god-gate,” which would serve as a doorway between worlds. Ordo ab chao, “order out of chaos,” has been the plan for millennia, and the invasion commences when the Abyss is finally opened, and its monstrous inhabitants are set free.
Sound far-fetched?
Location, Location, Location
Saint-Genis-Pouilly is a township within the county of Ain in eastern France. It lies on the border with Switzerland, nestled into the foothills of the Jura Mountains and Lake Geneva (Lac du Leman to the French)—and, because of its unique location, it is governed by the cross-border area of Geneva. The ALICE, ATLAS, and MERYN experiments lie within this region. The township consists of four towns: Saint-Genis (sometimes spelled Saint-Genix), Pouilly, Pregnin, and Flies. “Jura,” in Old Norse, means “beast.” Dionysus, Cernunnos, and, to a degree, Osiris are all “beast” gods. Osiris, with his “green” skin, reflects the forest nature of Cernunnos and Dionysus. But, more to the point, if this CERNunnos Illuminati experiment succeeds, it will open the gateway to a beast. However, the term “Jura” also refers to the Latin word for “law.” This is another reflection of the ancient goddess Columbia, Athena, Maat, Themis, Dike, and all those who are “Lady Justice,” a deity that weighs our souls in the balance. The Jura Mountains loom over the CERN campus like ancient judges who oversee the construction and implementation of the new Babylon Portal. The book Zenith 2016 explains the occult significance of these deities with Lady Justice:
According to Virgil and the Cumaean Sibyl, whose prophecy formed the novus ordo seclorum of the Great Seal of the United States, the New World Order begins during a time of chaos when the earth and oceans are tottering—a time like today. This is when the “son” of promise arrives on earth—Apollo incarnate—a pagan savior born of “a new breed of men sent down from heaven” when “heroes” and “gods” are blended together. This sounds eerily similar to what the Watchers did during the creation of the nephilim and to what scientists are doing this century through genetic engineering of human-animal chimeras. But to understand why such a fanciful prophecy about Apollo, son of Jupiter, returning to Earth should be important to you: In ancient literature, Jupiter was the Roman replacement of Yahweh as the greatest of the gods—a “counter-Yahweh.” His son Apollo is a replacement of Jesus, a “counter-Jesus.” This Apollo comes to rule the final New World Order, when “Justice returns, returns old Saturn’s [Satan’s] reign.” The ancient goddess Justice, who returns Satan’s reign (Saturnia regna, the pagan golden age), was known to the Egyptians as Ma’at and to the Greeks as Themis, while to the Romans she was Lustitia. Statues and reliefs of her adorn thousands of government buildings and courts around the world, especially in Washington D.C., as familiar Lady Justice, blindfolded and holding scales and a sword. She represents the enforcement of secular law and is, according to the Sibyl’s conjure, the authority that will require global compliance to the zenith of Satan’s dominion concurrent with the coming of Apollo. What’s more, the Bible’s accuracy concerning this subject is alarming, including the idea that “pagan justice” will require surrender to a satanic system in a final world order under the rule of Jupiter’s son.[xi]
This excerpt from Zenith 2016 and the CERN relationship with the Jura Mountains becomes even clearer when we examine the second of the towns mentioned earlier—Pouilly, established by the Romans as Apolliacum, which reportedly served as the location for a temple to Apollo. Apollo, or Apollyon, is listed in the book of Revelation as belonging to the king of the hybrid-fallen angel creatures that rise up from the pit—Abyss—when it is unsealed. It should also be mentioned that at the time of the Roman occupation of the area, the predominant inhabitants were the Celts, which takes us back to Cernunnos. In a roundabout way, pun intended, the rings of CERN encompass a variety of ancient deities who are all connected to the underworld:
And the fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star fallen from heaven to earth, and he was given the key to the shaft of the bottomless pit.
He opened the shaft of the bottomless pit, and from the shaft rose smoke like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened with the smoke from the shaft.
Then from the smoke came locusts on the earth, and they were given power like the power of scorpions of the earth.
They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any green plant or any tree, but only those people who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads.
They were allowed to torment them for five months, but not to kill them, and their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it stings someone.
And in those days people will seek death and will not find it. They will long to die, but death will flee from them.
In appearance the locusts were like horses prepared for battle: on their heads were what looked like crowns of gold; their faces were like human faces, their hair like women’s hair, and their teeth like lions’ teeth; they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the noise of their wings was like the noise of many chariots with horses rushing into battle. They have tails and stings like scorpions, and their power to hurt people for five months is in their tails.
They have as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit. His name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek he is called Apollyon. (Revelation 9:1–11)
Both Apollyon (Greek) and Abaddon (in the Hebrew) mean “the destroyer,” just as Shiva is the destroyer. These “gods,” these fallen angels from the pit, intend to set up a new world order on the ash heap of the old—on the backs of “ignorant dwarves” like you and me. Peter Goodgame sheds further light on the identity of this “king” locust:
And just who is this Greek god Apollyon who makes his strange appearance in the book of Revelation? Charles Penglase is an Australian professor who specializes in ancient Greek and Near Eastern religion and mythology. In his book, Greek Myths and Mesopotamia: Parallels and Influence in the Homeric Hymns and Hesiod, Penglase carefully and methodically demonstrates that the Greek myths and legends of Apollo were simply Greek retellings of the Babylonian myths involving the rise to power of the god Marduk, which were themselves based on earlier legends of the Sumerian hunter/hero known as Ninurta. Furthermore, according to David Rohl, the original name for Ninurta was in fact Nimurda, whose historical identity can be traced back to King Enmerkar of Uruk, the very same figure who is known in the Bible as Nimrod.[xii]
Is it not astonishing that, following upon the heels of two world wars in which millions upon millions of human lives were sacrificed—and upon the discovery of a mighty weapon that changed history forever, that being the atomic bomb—the victors in both wars would come together to form a scientific endeavor that would unlock the secrets of the universe? And is it not even more astonishing that this collective of the world’s finest minds mirrors one of the darkest events in biblical history, that of the Tower of Babel?
It is said that one possible location for the tower was directly over the presumed location of the Abzu, the Abyss! Was Nimrod actually trying to unleash the locusts in defiance of God’s ultimate timing? Nimrod, deified as Apollo by the Greeks and Osiris by the Egyptians, is considered by many theologians to be the same “spirit” that will return to earth in the last days as the Antichrist. In fact, in the New Testament, the identity of the god Apollo (repeat-coded on the Great Seal of the United States as the Masonic “messiah” who returns to rule the earth in a new Golden Age), is the same spirit—verified by the same name—that will inhabit the political leader of the end-times New World Order. Again, from Zenith 2016 we read:
According to key Bible prophecies, the Antichrist will be the progeny or incarnation of the ancient spirit, Apollo. Second Thessalonians 2:3 warns: “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition [Apoleia; Apollyon, Apollo]” (emphasis added). Numerous scholarly and classical works identify “Apollyon” as the god “Apollo”—the Greek deity “of death and pestilence,” and Webster’s Dictionary points out that “Apollyon” was a common variant of “Apollo” throughout history. An example of this is found in the classical play by the ancient Greek playwright Aeschylus, The Agamemnon of Aeschylus, in which Cassandra repeats more than once, “Apollo, thou destroyer, O Apollo, Lord of fair streets, Apollyon to me.” Accordingly, the name Apollo turns up in ancient literature with the verb apollymi or apollyo (destroy), and scholars including W. R. F. Browning believe apostle Paul may have identified the god Apollo as the “spirit of Antichrist” operating behind the persecuting Roman emperor, Domitian, who wanted to be recognized as “Apollo incarnate” in his day. Such identifying of Apollo with despots and “the spirit of Antichrist” is consistent even in modern history. For instance, note how Napoleon’s name literally translates to “the true Apollo.”
Revelation 17:8 likewise ties the coming of Antichrist with Apollo, revealing that the Beast shall ascend from the bottomless pit and enter him:
The Beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the Bottomless Pit, and go into perdition [Apolia, Apollo]: and they that dwell on the Earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the Beast that was, and is not, and yet is.[xiii]
Many prophecy scholars equate Nimrod with Gilgamesh, the hero of the ancient Sumerian creation story composed circa 2000 BC. Gilgamesh claimed to be two-thirds “god,” which seemed impossible until today, when babies are born every day with three parents (a process where one “parent” is a woman who donates her enucleated ovum as carrier for the DNA of the other two parents). But Genesis refers to Nimrod as a man who “began to be a mighty one in the earth” (Genesis 10:8 emphasis added). The Hebrew word translated as “began to be” is khalal, which implies sexual profanity or genetic pollution—and a process. Nimrod was becoming a Gibbowr (mighty one), which is most often used when referring to giants. Nimrod most likely was a product of a profane mating of fallen angel (god) and human.
He is Apollo, Cernunnos, Abaddon, Osiris, and Horus, and he is returning as king of the locusts (hybrid fallen angels) from the pit! And CERN may be the stargate that will open this unholy portal very soon.

Cern is Satan’s Attempt to Tear The Veil And Open A Portal
By Dr. Luke Prophet
Cern is trying to tear the veil and open a portal and I expect that Cern will indeed be successful in 2021 when they ramp up production. I believe Satan has the technology now to open the portal and tear the veil. When the veil is torn, there will be gigantic monsters returning to earth along with more demonic zombies entering into our dimension.
Satan is also trying to suck Jesus the Messiah into a black hole when He returns with His myriad (millions) of Angels.
God laughs at them in derision.
He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. (Psalm 2:4 KJV)
God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob will cause Cern to self destruct after the veil is torn and the explosion will take out a good part of Switzerland and France with it.

Research and development for the first batch of key equipment for the world’s most powerful electron collider, the Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC), in China, has made solid progress, according to a leading scientist on the project Sunday.
Wang Yifang, director of the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP), under the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, who is also a deputy to the National People’s Congress, made the comments to the Global Times on the sidelines of the ongoing national two sessions in Beijing. The overall development of the CEPC project is moving forward smoothly, with some of the first batch of equipment reaching design standards.
Klystron is among the first batch of key equipment for the super-sized collider, which scored a 60 percent efficiency in the prototype test earlier this year, reaching world advanced levels, up from below 50 percent, according to Wang.
Wang’s team aims to produce an even better version of the klystron with 80 percent efficiency this year.
The location for the CEPC has yet to be determined, Wang noted.
The CEPC project will reportedly cost 35 billion yuan ($5.05 billion) and will have a circumference of 100 kilometers, with center-mass energy of up to 240 giga electron-volts, both setting a world record.
Chinese scientists are eyeing the completion for CEPC construction by 2030, Global Times previously learned from IHEP.
The conceptual design for the CEPC passed international inspections in September 2019. Scientists from the US, Europe and Japan have participated in designing the project, and will work on the building process and conduct research with the collider.
The Large Hadron Collider, the Swiss project near Geneva, is currently the world’s largest and most powerful particle collider and reportedly the largest machine in the world.
In a bid to maximize the project’s service life, scientists are mulling upgrading the electron positron collider in around 2040 into a proton collider, Wang noted.
By then, the center-mass energy for the CEPC will have reached about 100 tera electron-volts, seven times as powerful as the Switzerland’s project, Wang said.
The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has brought risks of suspension and delay in implementing procurement contracts for some equipment for large-scale projects due to adjustments in budgeting plans. Wang suggested that legal entities engaged in major project construction should be allowed to raise funds through multiple channels or borrow other funds to ensure that construction tasks are completed on schedule.
After fund advance plans are reviewed, reported and filed with financial regulators, they should be allowed to handle the funds in accordance with relevant procedures in the next fiscal year, he noted.
According to Wang, some large-scale science and technology projects have seen budget cuts in the fiscal year of 2020, some suffering cuts of nearly 50 percent.
A delay of the project would not only prolong the construction time, but also adds to the total costs and lead to loss of opportunities in international competition, he said.
Wang revealed that another IHEP project, the cosmic ray observation station on an area equivalent to 200 soccer fields in the wilderness of Daocheng, Southwest China’s Sichuan Province, 4,400 meters above sea level, has been affected by budget cuts.

China plans ‘paradise for physicists’ with particle colliders that will test the strongest forces in the universe
- Guangdong becomes focus as China races the US to build bigger particle accelerators
- Scientist says the competition between the two countries will ultimately be for the good of the human race
Scientists in southern China are planning to create machines that will be used to unravel the mysteries of the building blocks of the universe.
They said two ring-shaped electron-ion colliders – one 2km (1.2 miles) long – will be built in Huizhou, a city in Guangdong province, beginning in 2025 and they will be designed to accelerate electrons to close to the speed of light.
The project – known as the Electron-Ion Collider of China, or EICC – will see electrons being fired at the nuclei of heavy elements such as iron or uranium at high speeds.
The scientists said the machines – among the biggest of their kind – would act as “cameras” when these collisions took place. This will allow them to study what is known as the “strong” nuclear force at work, as well as the particles, known as gluons, that carry it.
In nature, there are four known forces – gravity, electromagnetism, strong and weak force. The strong force is equal to gravity multiplied by 100 undecillion, or one followed by 38 zeros.
Gluons carry strong force between quarks, the fundamental building blocks of matter. Scientists said the EICC would be able to break the bonds between quarks and set the gluons free, allowing study of their physical properties in detail.
Researchers with the Institute of Modern Physics, which is leading the EICC project, said the Huizhou campus would consist of two major elements.
The hunt for X17: a Chinese quest for the fifth force in physics30 Nov 2019Work has already started on a heavy ion, high-intensity accelerator. Planners estimate this part of the campus will cost about 1.6 billion yuan (US$230 million). The collider complex will be built after that.
The entire budget for the campus is unclear, but central and local governments are expected to split the cost.
Professor Zhang Zhaoxi, of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a member of the EICC advisory panel, said one reason why the project was based in Huizhou was that the city and the provincial government were willing to foot much of the bill.
Under Beijing’s blueprint for the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Macau and Hong Kong, it will become a centre for scientific and technological research similar to Silicon Valley in California.
China and the US are currently racing to build bigger electron-ion colliders, something the US first proposed two decades ago.
In 2015, the US Nuclear Science Advisory Committee recommended the energy department treat the construction of an electron-ion collider as “the highest priority”. One estimate put the cost of construction at US$1.5 billion.
China quantum research team uses AI to crack processing time in supercomputer race21 Nov 2019So far there are two competing designs under consideration in the US, from the Brookhaven National Laboratory in New York and the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Laboratory in Virginia.
Neither country has yet approved their projects, but Zhang said the chances were high because of the contest between the two.
“They are watching us closely, and we are watching them closely. A move on one side can affect a move on the other,” he said.
Mao Yajun, a professor of physics at Peking University who was not involved in the project, said the international research community looked forward to the opening of Huizhou.
Although particle physicists believed they had an almost complete picture of the topic, some details were missing and until now physicists had filled them with informed assumptions, he said.
“The competition between China and the US does exist, but this is not a zero-sum game,” said Mao, who has worked at Brookhaven.
“We are striving for the common good of the entire human race.”
Also under construction at Huizhou is a project to study next-generation nuclear power with the aim of solving the problem of what to do with the waste they produce.
Planners said there would be more than 1,500 researchers from around the world studying at Huizhou when it was completed.
“My students and I want to go there,” said Mao. “It will be a paradise for physicists”.

The LHC will restart in May 2021 and Run 3 will be extended by one year
The CERN Management has presented a new calendar for future accelerator runs to the Council, which met on 12 December. Under the new schedule, the LHC will restart in May 2021, two months after the initially planned date, and Run 3 will be extended by one year, until the end of 2024. All of the equipment needed for the High-Luminosity LHC, the LHC’s successor, and its experiments will be installed during Long Shutdown 3, between 2025 and mid-2027. The High-Luminosity LHC is scheduled to come into operation at the end of 2027.
For the last year, extensive upgrades of CERN’s accelerator complex and experiments in preparation for the next LHC run and the High-Luminosity LHC have been under way. Major work is being carried out on all the machines and infrastructures: the particle accelerator chain is being entirely renovated as part of the LHC Injectors Upgrade (LIU) project, new equipment is being installed in the LHC, where upgrades are also ongoing, and the experiments are replacing numerous components, even entire subdetectors, in order to prepare for high luminosity (read also about upgrades at ALICE, ATLAS, CMS and LHCb).
The High-Luminosity LHC will generate many more collisions than the LHC, accumulating ten times more data than its predecessor throughout its operation. This groundbreaking machine will thus be able to detect extremely rare phenomena and improve the precision of measurements of the infinitesimally small. In order to fully exploit the increased quantity of data, the experiments have embarked upon ambitious detector upgrade programmes. The extra time will enable them to ready themselves for Run 3 and, then, for the High-Luminosity LHC.

CERN’s Large Hadron Collider gets major upgrade ...
CERN’S LARGE HADRON COLLIDER GETS MAJOR UPGRADE, EXPERIMENTS TO RESUME IN 2021
The LHC is the world’s most advanced particle accelerator, which began work in September 2008.
TECH2 NEWS STAFF SEP 03, 2019 13:46:39 IST
The European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) is in the middle of giving the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the most powerful particle accelerator in the world, a major upgrade. This is the second such long shutdown since the LHC opened in September 2008. Work on the reactor is scheduled to go on for two years.
CERN scientists are working on each individual part of the collider to get it running to its maximum potential. They are reinforcing and upgrading the entire accelerator complex and detectors. They are also changing the accelerator’s interiors to make it more ‘high-luminosity tolerant and radiation tolerant’ and adding in four new connection cryosats to ensure all parts in the LHC remain at the same temperature (-271 degrees Celsius). The LHC’s superconducting magnets, which are crucial to the bending and tightening of trajectories that the particles take, will also be removed and replaced, according to a statement.
After all the planned tweaking and replacing, the LHC is expected to be back in business by 2021. While out of commission, CERN is keeping LHC’s followers updated every step of the way via its Instagram account. The pictures are popping!

CERN lays out vision for next-generation particle collider
JANUARY 15, 2019
Aerial View of the CERN. Credit: CERN
Scientists behind the world’s largest atom smasher have laid out their multibillion-euro vision to build an even bigger one, in hopes of unlocking even more secrets of matter and the universe in the coming decades.
Officials at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, presented Tuesday their study for a “Future Circular Collider” inside a 100-kilometer (62-mile) circumference tunnel that could start operating in 2040.
It would sit next to the current 27-kilometer (17-mile) circumference Large Hadron Collider near Geneva, which is perhaps best known for helping confirm the subatomic Higgs boson in 2012.
Officials hope for a decision by CERN’s 22 member states within the next few years about the project that would debut with an electron-positron collider at an estimated cost of 9 billion euros ($10.25 billion).
A second phase would involve a superconducting proton machine in the same tunnel, at a cost of about 15 billion euros more. That machine could start operation in the late 2050s.
The concept paper, five years in the making, aimed to explore prospects of “tantalizingly more powerful particle colliders that can inaugurate the post-LHC era in high-energy physics,” CERN said on its website.
Ultimately, the FCC would include a superconducting proton accelerator ring with energy of up to 100 tera electron volts, compared with a maximum 17 TeV in the current collider.
Designing the Future Circular Collider
Jan 15, 2019
CERN Director-General Fabiola Gianotti called the report “a remarkable achievement” that could help boost understanding of fundamental physics and advance technologies.
CERN said it was not possible to say exactly what benefits the new collider would bring to the world, but pointed out that the discovery of the electron in 1897 led to the electronics industry that now contributes $3 trillion annually to the world economy.

The Large Hadron Collider Just Shut Down – Futurism
12. 4. 18 by DAN ROBITZSKI
It’s just an upgrade, not something coming through the portal.
SHUT IT DOWN
The Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the particle accelerator famous for producing evidence of the elusive Higgs Boson, is taking a well-deserved break — all experimentation temporarily shut down on Monday. But unlike the time the LHC shut down in 2016 after a weasel chewed through some wires, this pause in operations was deliberate.
Scientists at the European Organization for Nuclear Research, better known as CERN, will spend the next two years performing routine maintenance and upgrading the LHC’s capabilities. If all goes according to plan, they’ll switch it back on in early 2021, according to a CERN press release.
MORE POWER
The next run of experiments will involve collisions at higher energy levels than ever before, which CERN scientists hope will yield more and higher quality data than ever before. To make that possible, scientists will replace the two accelerators in the LHC — which contains twoparticle accelerators facing each other — with new and improved models that can generate more intense beams of hydrogen ions.
Better accelerators and more intense beams will allow CERN scientists to smash particles together harder than ever before, which they say unlocks new experiments that are currently beyond the LHC’s capacity.
MEANWHILE
While the LHC’s operators won’t conduct any new experiments for over twoyears, there’s a good chance that we’ll hear about new discoveries in particle physics in that time. Right now, CERN is sitting on a massive backlog of LHC data. The recently-completed run of experiments, which began back in 2015, yielded 300 petabytes of data, which CERN compared to a millennium of nonstop video footage.
While some CERN scientists will be preparing the LHC for the future of particle physics experimentation, others will spend that time poring through the existing data, looking for any findings that they may have missed — stay tuned.
