Do you want IQ 600, exceptional strength, and no illness? Maybe a different eye color? Larger you-know-what? No problem! Neom has next-generation gene therapy, genomics, stem cell research, nanobiology, and bioengineering.
Futuristic theme parks will have robots fighting in cages, The World’s largest garden (in the desert), and real-size robot dinosaurs. You will be amused. There also will be robot maids. Not to mention hologram teachers who will educate genetically-enhanced students because robots are soooo last year.
You will be able to buy and wear a wardrobe especially created for your body with wireless sensors, automated and robotic equipment, with air-condition of course — designed and made by AI.
You will be safe. This is guaranteed by a large scale of drones and camera surveillance that covers every millimeter of the City, guided by AI.
Believing or not, there is a proposal to build a fake moon, created by a fleet of drones, involving live-streaming from space! Well, why not?

Neom will be independent of the Kingdom’s existing governmental framework, excluding sovereign laws, in regards to taxation, customs, labor laws, and other legal parameters about business. “Sovereign laws” refer to everything related to the military sector, foreign policy, and sovereign decisions, all of which will remain at the government of Saudi Arabia’s discretion.
The legal system of Saudi Arabia is based on Sharia, Islamic law derived from the Qur’an and the Sunnah (the traditions) of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. This means :
- Alcohol (and drugs) is banned, women’s rights are restricted, and homosexuality is illegal.
- Tweeting about Prince can put you in jail for 8 years.
- If you are a woman, you can’t drive a flying car.No public gatherings (parties) at all. Even birthdays.
- Theft is punishable by the amputation of the hands (these days surgically).
- Valentine’s day is forbidden, florists can’t sell red roses on the 14th of Feb, gift shops are forbidden from selling anything heart-shaped, and girls are forbidden from wearing anything red to school.
- If you are a girl at the age of 16 (9 or 12 if your father wants to sell you) you can and will be sold for marriage, and your clitoris will be cut out.
- Criticizing or denying any part of the Quran, Criticizing Muhammad or denying that he is a prophet, Criticizing or denying Allah — is punishable by death.
- Muslim men have sexual rights to any woman/girl not wearing the Hijab.
- A woman or girl who has been raped cannot testify in court against her rapist(s).
- A male convicted of rape can have his conviction dismissed by marrying his victim.

The Al-Saud dynasty gave its family name to the Gulf Arab monarchy of Saudi Arabia ruled by the sons of founder Abdul Aziz bin Saud. The Al-Sauds trace their origins to the 1700s, when Saud bin Mohammad reigned as a local sheikh in the central Arabian peninsula, the birthplace two centuries later of the only country in the world named after a family. His son Mohammad allied himself in 1744 with a fiery cleric, Mohammad bin Abdul Wahhab, who advocated a return to purist Islam, spreading the doctrine through the might of the sword. Mohammad’s descendants lost control to Ottoman forces in 1818, but six years later the Saud family retook the desert seat of Riyadh only to squabble over the succession. By 1902, Abdul Aziz bin Saud expelled the rival Rashidi clan from Riyadh, at the heart of the peninsula, and set about consolidating his power. Abdul Aziz unified the territories in a series of tribal wars. He took control of the Gulf coast in 1913, expelled Hussein, the Hashemite sharif of Islam’s holy city of Mecca, by 1925, and in 1932 declared himself king of Saudi Arabia. To strengthen his authority, the new king took in marriage the daughters of tribal chiefs. Today, the ruling family totals up to an estimated 25,000 members, including some 200 influential princes. Oil was struck in 1938 in the strictly conservative Wahhabi kingdom, transforming it into one of the world’s richest countries. Abdul Aziz had 45 recorded sons. King Saud succeeded the kingdom’s founder on his death on November 9, 1953. Faisal took over on November 2, 1964 after his half-brother was deposed on charges of corruption and incompetence. Saud died in exile in 1969. The architect of Saudi Arabia’s modernisation, Faisal was assassinated by a nephew in March 1975. The assassin was said to be mentally disturbed.
Khaled, another half-brother, took over and ruled until his death in 1982, when Fahd became king, appointing Abdullah, two years his junior, as crown prince. Abdullah ran the day-to-day affairs of state after Fahd suffered a stroke in November 1995. The popular prince acceded to the throne automatically following the death of his half-brother, despite a 1992 law passed by Fahd which opened the succession to Abdul Aziz’s grandsons and not just his sons. Salman rose to the throne in January 2015, becoming the last of the bloc of brothers known as the Sudairi Seven, after their mother Hassa bint Ahmed al-Sudairi, to rule.

The dramatic concept of NEOM grew from Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 – a plan to develop the Kingdom into a model of excellence and underline its future prosperity. Vision 2030 contains three pillars:

The scale and ambition of this special transnational zone is enormous by any measure. The foundation investment will exceed $500 billion and be provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (who will own it) and independent investors. In its official announcement by HRH the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the grand project was titled:
NEOM – The Destination for the Future
The Kingdom will supervise NEOM via an Authority to be chaired by the Crown Prince. NEOM will become a strategic global hub connecting Arabia with the greatest endeavours of the world. Major global companies and investors will be invited to participate. The Kingdom hopes to receive widespread international support for this amazing opportunity. An invitation is extended to participate in an exciting future.
“With the ambition of becoming one of the world’s future economic and scientific capitals, in addition to being the future commerce capital of Saudi Arabia, NEOM is set to attract new foreign direct investment that will contribute to PIF’s [Public Investment Fund’s] long-term growth strategy aimed at strengthening the Saudi Arabian economy.”

Neom Zone will operate as an autonomous region with its own judicial system, labor laws, tax system and governing framework (to the exclusion of sovereign laws such as foreign policy and military strategy). Commercial laws will be based on the finest global standards. This will provide a fair and effective system of governance.

The initiative is aimed at securing a grand and sustainable future for the Kingdom by creating value far beyond its current oil revenue based economy and diversifying into new industries and technology. Moreover, it is expected to provide significant investment opportunities within Saudi Arabia, in turn reducing GDP exodus. It is hoped that NEOM with its intense focus on the best possible human resources and technologies could ultimately generate the world’s highest GDP per capita.
NEOM will be the ultimate Smart City. A perspective on this can be seen on the Smart Cities page. Saudi Arabia is highly focused on creating an honest business and social environment and a level playing field. Such an environment is seen as essential to the future success of Neom Zone.
The zone is intended to help guarantee Saudi Arabia’s future prosperity, and as a major technology and financial center, and as a thriving and modern community, will allow the Kingdom to project itself as an influential regional power. Steffen Hertog, a professor at the London School of Economics has pointed out the similarities with Dubai.
In early November 2017, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a powerful anti-corruption decree to form a new supreme committee led by the Crown Prince. The committee has far reaching powers. The decree includes the statement: “…what we have noticed of exploitation by some of the weak souls who have put their own interests above the public interest, in order to, illicitly, accrue money…” Numerous princes, sitting and former ministers were arrested. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has previously stated that no one is above the law, including princes. The Kingdom regards it as essential to the future of the homeland for any corruption to be eliminated. The crackdown is expected to recover up to $100 billion. A fair and equal justice system could be seen to represent one of the essential pillars needed to underpin the success of NEOM.
In an excellent contemporary western report on the current transformation and excitement in Saudi Arabia, Thomas L. Friedman wrote (in the New York Times) about a trip to the Kingdom in 2017 and a long interview with the Crown Prince himself. The King and Crown Prince had recognized that previous attempts to curtail corruption were ineffective primarily because they had started from the bottom rather than the top. They also recognized its clear and present danger to the Kingdom’s future prosperity. This time – it would be very different, and public support appears to be extremely high.
These genuine and significant efforts to stifle corruption, in tandem with the creation of world-class regulations in NEOM, should go far to improve the work culture in Saudi Arabia and inspire motivation. As briefly described on the Live page, the Kingdom had moved towards Conservatism since about 1979. Now is seen as the time and the place to leap into the future. For the project to succeed, society and the bureaucracy will need a revolution from within – and Prince Mohammed bin Salman may just be the person with the ambition, power and vision to oversee it.

Saudi Arabia to build a huge 30-mile bridge across Red Sea to Egypt and invest $4billion in building projects to bolster its neighbour’s struggling economy
There has been long-held suggestions of the construction of a 30 mile bridge, stretching from Ras Nasrani, close to the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh to Ras Hamid in northwestern Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia is also expected to sign a $20 billion deal to finance Egypt’s oil needs for the next five years and a $1.5 billion deal to develop its Sinai region.
Saudi businessmen are investing $4 billion in projects including the Suez Canal, energy and agriculture, and have already deposited 10 percent of that sum in Egyptian banks, the deputy head of the Saudi-Egyptian Business Council said this week.

Canopy We use canopies as shelter and to minimize clutter in the streets, they complement building awnings, street trees and the city’s public furniture suite. Separation Device Separation devices perform multiple functions. They keep cars and people apart; they conceal light rail electronics and they may also act as seats. Their design also complements the public domain furniture palette. Rather than being completely solid, they are designed as permeable to ensure the streetscape is visually open and accessible. Wayfinding An information marker is the primary wayfinding device at each stop. These indicate stop locations, names, timetable information and landmarks. Electric Golf Carts Electric golf carts are also a way of transport around Mazar, they allow pedestrians to enjoy their surroundings through defined pathways that have less traffic, and above all they are environmentally friendly and fun to drive. Open Spaces Interaction is encouraged through “Mazar” via an interconnected series of parks with tree-lined boulevards, footpaths and bike trails. Blossoming with native plants, trees act as shade for walkways and cycling paths around the city spine. Parks and plazas maximize Plant Selection We select plants with color, touchable texture and a scent. We consider textural qualities of materials, patterns created by shadows, and fine detailing, designing areas with the main purpose of social interaction. Water Features Mazar offers outdoor seating with views over water features that intensify laughter, relaxation and happiness. Open public spaces like themed parks and opened terraces are found in pedestrianized routes close to water. The sound of water and the excitement that accompanies water activities offers space for reflection and serenity.

The Waterfall The Waterfall is designed after “El Qanater El Khayria” or “The Dams of Welfare” which got its name from the wealth and benefits it brought to Egypt at the time. El Qanater has always been a preferred spot for local and foreign tourists alike, the waterfalls, the nature and the beauty of the scenery along the Nile has made this site a historical monument of unique value. That is why we at Mostakbal City are honoring it with “The Waterfall” a vibrant and lively spot at the heart of Mazar. Area: 500 Feddans The Organica The Organica is designed after “El Zohria Gardens”, one of the most magnificent landmarks in the country. El Zohria’s purpose was to adapt and arrange imported plants coming to Egypt from all over the world, so it houses some of the most valuable and scientifically rare tropical and exotic plants that at one-point part of the garden was made into a research institute for ornamental and botanical gardens. The Organica is our attempt to recreate some of the wondrous floral compositions existing in El Zohria and bring it to Mazar to fill another spot at the center of our city. Area: 9 Feddans The Grotto The Grotto is designed after the “Aquarium grotto garden”, known for its unique and beautiful journey through caves of fish and exceptional greenery and architecture. Between the passages where people can enjoy the various kinds of fish that are present in the garden, they pass through tropical trees from Madagascar, Australia and Thailand. The unique nature of the place makes it a perfect place for festivals and celebrations of different kinds and also a place for peace and relaxation for many visitors. The Grotto will be the rebirth of the original aquarium, as a one of the most peaceful and beautiful spots in Mazar. The Humming The Humming is designed after “El Azbakeya Garden”, which itself was built in 1872 as a replica to some of France’s most beautiful parks and gardens. El Azbakeya was a cultural and entertainment center since its inception. Concerts, theater shows and movie shootings were held there for years. The site is considered an architectural landmark containing trees from countries like Brazil, India and Cuba, and at the center of the garden stands a one of a kind huge white marble fountain, that is an iconic master piece and an Islamic and Coptic monument. We attempt to bring that cultural spirit back to life with “The Humming”, an entertainment center at the heart of Mazar. Area: 4 Feddans The Botanica The Botanica is designed after El Orman Botanical Garden, another historical site that was built in the time of Khedive Ismail. El Orman was built by French designers in 1875 to be a botanical center hosting a wide array of plant species, a rose garden, a rock garden, cactus gardens and possibly it’s most notable feature “The Lotus Pond”. Since it was established many changes has come to the garden and a lot of its area was transformed to schools of agricultural and veterinary medicine and most notable part of the garden is now where the university of Cairo stands. The Botanica attempts to honor this historical site and mimic its details from the pond to the many plant species that is found there. Area: 20 Feddans The Mirage The Mirage is designed after “Prince Mohamed Ali Palace Garden”, another piece of the art by the banks of the Nile. The garden contains many unique plants and floral species from all over the world as the prince himself was keen on making the palace’s gardens a unique collection that houses the rarest plants. The palace itself holds some of the world’s most unique art collections from Europe to some of the best work of Islamic, Ottoman, Moorish and Persian architecture to create an inspiring combination of spatial design. The Mirage is the most royal of all the gardens and is designed to honor the original palace of prince Mohamed Ali with its traditional Islamic design and special plants and decorations. Area:14.4 Feddans The Boutique The Boutique is designed after “El Andalus Garden”, a site that contains a mixture of distinct cultures, human civilizations and breathtaking scenery and nature by the Nile. The park is known for its many statues of Pharaonic figures and one iconic statue of the “prince of poets” Ahmed Shawky, its architecture is a mixture of Andalusian, Arab and Moorish art and it hosts various types of palm trees and of course the famous vine covered pergolas. Satanic influence is woven together and throughout ALL of these counties. They will agree to MBS’ confirmation of the covenant, as Crown Prince. They have every reason to accept his confirmation, because of their political, financial and religious vested interests with Saudi Arabia. ‘Who can make war or come against the Beast?’ MBS also plays a prophetic role as Saudi Arabia’s 8th King. This will likely occur before he enters the rebuilt Jewish 3rd Temple and causes the Abomination of Desolation (claims to be god and demands to be worshiped as such). As such, MBS will likely be the Saudi’s 8th King once he sets foot in the rebuilt Jewish temple half way through the tribulation. One of the visions he was given, while in the Holy Spirit, was of the 5 kings that were fallen, a 6th king he was being shown, and that of a 7th king who had not come (but would rule for a short while at some point in the future). Lastly, he was shown a future and last 8th king known and described as the Beast who would be sent to perdition, udder destruction, the lake of fire and brimstone, the second death … alive. I have attempted to confirm who the 7th and 8th kings are from our point in space and time, relative to the ‘season of the times.’ What about this mysterious sixth king, the king ‘who is’. Why is this king important that John the Apostle was directly being shown? And what possible prophetic importance can he have? Of the 8 kings, why would God single out this particular man? Consider that God, through the Holy Spirit, could have shown John any or all of the Kings in future ‘real time’. He was not permitted to see the 7th or 8th kings, but only the sixth. What perhaps was God’s reason for this? The reign of 6th King Abdullah was from 2005 to 2015. This snapshot of time and space is important because it suggests that this time frame is important for us, for Gentiles alive in the final generation. To know that we are indeed in the ‘final season’ prior to our harpazo/rapture and the onset of the tribulation, without any doubt or hesitation. We know that Israel’s prophetic time clock began in 1948. God’s prophetic time clock for the tribulation of Gentile nations suggests that it started during the time of this sixth king. It is beyond the scope of this letter to go into details about what has occurred throughout the entire earth during the time of the sixth king’s reign. Many prophetic things started being revealed over the 5 year period from 2010 to 2015. The time of the sixth king’s reign is a sign post, a flashing light, a notice of when the final season begins and is upon the earth for Gentiles. His reign (along with all the other past 5 kings and 2 future kings) has been orchestrated by Satan during the growth of this kingdom and the discovery of its bottomless wealth (oil). To a logical mind, clear and sober, this would indicate that God is saying that the age of grace for all Gentiles on earth is coming to a close. It is not important that we don’t know if God considers 2005 or 2015 to be the beginning of the ‘season of the time before the tribulation.’ Just as God spoke generically about the rebirth of Israel, as when you ‘see the fig tree bearing fruit’, he was referring to a time frame or process developing over time. In His divine plan, things develop and take time to grow until their divine timing is ripe to be revealed. Those who can discern can watch this occur, as it happens in ‘real time’ and understand appropriately and accordingly. As God gave a general timeline for Israel, commencing in 1948, he gives a Gentile timeline commencing in 2015. This of course is BEFORE the arrival of the future 7th and 8th kings who would indicate perhaps the middle and end of the ‘Fall Season’ or Season of the Times’ prior to the rapture/harpazo for the Bride and the onset of the tribulation.’ The 5 year period from 2015 to 2020 does indeed represent a 5 year period of great satanic influence on earth of mankind and Gentiles. Time for the ‘Age of Grace’ has almost ended. As I write this letter, there is exactly only three (3) months remaining in 2019 before the world enters 2020 and a ‘new’ decade. Time is running out before the time begins of God’s great wrath on mankind and Gentile nations. We can know this with certainty by looking at the time frame witnessed by John the Apostle of the 6th king from the House of Saud. Six (6) denotes evil man/men. Seven (7) denotes God’s divine completion to his plan or purpose. Eight (8) denotes new era, new epoch, new season, new time span, new series of events. The 7th Saud King indicates that God is finished with Satan’s status quo in Saudi Arabia and of the evil Gentile world. The 8th Saud King indicates that God is ushering in a new time of tribulation and trial for mankind, Jews and Gentiles. Remember, the seven (7) year tribulation is also referred to as the ‘time or week of Jacob’s trouble.’ A week being seven (7) years and Jacob being a reference to Jews and Israel. God is turning his attention back onto Israel, the redemption of the Jews, wrath towards the Gentile world and arranging the coming Millennial Reign of Christ on Earth.
