We hear scientists every day talk about how they are searching for answers. Spending billions probably even trillions of dollars putting hardware, software and people into “space”. WHY? Who really cares what is up there? Seriously, we are NEVER going to be moving to another planet.

I believe that so much that is wrong with our children these days has a lot to do with the formula that we grew up on and our feeding our children. Knowing what we know now about “Science” and the plans and desires of the RULING ELITE, there is no telling what they have been putting into the formula. That is probably contributing to all the birth defects, the childhood cancers, the feminization of boys and the masculinization of girls, autism, ADHD, OCD, heart problems, breathing problems, eating problems and GOD only knows what else. The reason that women’s breast are not producing milk like they were designed to do, is because we were raised on formula.
We have lost track of the TRUTH that NOURISHMENT is what builds our lives. Nourishment flows from GOD. The plants collect the energy from the sun and the nutrients from the soil. The animals eat the plants and get the nourishment they need to build flesh. We eat the plants and the animals and our bodies received the nourishment that we need to build our bones, muscles, fibers and sinews. That is the way the world was designed. We cannot get nourishment from a petrie dish or a test tube.
How did we ever allow them to convince us that anything they can develop in a laboratory could possibly be better than what GOD CREATED?

Overview of Toxic Baby Formula NEC Lawsuits
Similac and Enfamil are two popular types of infant formula that have been marketed as safe and effective for premature babies. As a result, the baby formula is often fed to preemies or low birth weight infants in the NICU or hospital before discharge. However, cow’s milk-based products like Enfamil and Similac have been linked to necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) among premature infants, which can result in serious injuries, lifelong health complications and death.
Link Between Similac and Enfamil and NEC
A number of studies published over the past three decades have highlighted the link between NEC and Similac, Enfamil or other cow’s milk formula fed to premature infants. However, false and misleading information has been provided to parents, hospitals and medical providers about the risks associated with baby formula and the benefits of breast milk.
Families are now pursuing Enfamil and Similac lawsuits in state and federal courts nationwide, alleging that the manufacturers placed their desire for profits before consumer safety. The massive Similac recall in February 2022 worsened the baby formula shortage affecting the US since 2021.
According to research firm Datasembly, as much as 30% of popular infant formula brands are sold out in the US, with some states like Minnesota being the highest hit at 54% (out-of-stock percentage). (1)
A spokesperson from Enfamil maker Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC announced that the company had increased production. They now ship out 30% more of what they usually produce to help address the shortage. (2)
The company explained that the shortage was affected by the sudden increase in demand, much more than the baby formula industry anticipated. According to Reckitt Benckiser, sales are up by 17%, more than double the predicted birth rates and other indicators. (2)
On April 29, 2022, Abbott Nutrition announced that they’re releasing limited quantities of certain metabolic nutrition formulas at the FDA’s request. These include Similac PM 60/40, Calcilo XD, Ketonex 1 & 2, Glutarex 1 & 2, and Propimex 1 & 2. (3)
The company clarified that these products weren’t part of the recalled lots. All have been tested to comply with product release requirements. (3)
However, Abbott isn’t releasing Similac, Alimentum, and EleCare powder formulas yet (these products were voluntarily recalled in February). So, releasing these metabolic products isn’t expected to solve the ongoing formula shortage. (4)

Abbott Plans To Reopen Plant Involved In Recall
Update: May 13, 2022
On May 12, 2022, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) announced that it had closed its investigation of the Cronobacter infections linked to Abbott Nutrition products. No additional cases have been identified as part of the investigation. (5)
However, even if the investigation is now closed, the FDA established an IMG (Incident Management Group) to continue working on the supply chain and food safety issues. (5)
Also, the recall is still in effect. It’s the investigation that’s closed. As the out-of-stock rates soared to 43%, the FDA works with manufacturers to increase the supplies. (6)
One way of boosting the stocks is to reopen Abbott Nutrition’s Sturgis, Michigan plant, which was involved in the massive Similac recall in February 2022. (7)
In a statement, Abbott Nutrition announced that it might restart production in about two weeks, subject to FDA approval. Once production starts, the company plans to first produce EleCare, Alimentum, and metabolic formulas first, then move on to producing Similac and other formulas. (7) (But, wait, we already read that they could have been producing EleCare and Alimentum already but they said that would no help with the shortage. So why are they planning to start on those first once they are cleared by the FDA. SIMILAC should be their main focus as that is what most babies use. Don’t you think?)
However, even with the Sturgis plant’s reopening, Abbott Nutrition estimates that it could take six to eight weeks before the formula products hit the shelves. Abbott Nutrition acknowledges their part in the baby formula shortage but said that they had improved the systems and protocols at the facility. Some of these improvements include the following: (7)
Reviewing and updating the training, education, and safety procedures for employees and visitors Updating protocols for water, cleaning, and maintenance procedures Upgrading the plant, such as the installation of easily cleanable, nonporous, and sanitary floors Although it’s still unclear what impact this production resumption might have on the formula shortage, Abbott Nutrition hopes it can help improve the formula supply in the market. (So, they been working on upgrading their facilities.)

Robert Ford, Abbot’s chairman and CEO, apologized for the company’s role in exacerbating the shortage an op-ed for The Washington Post.
“The past few months have distressed us as they have you (I don’t think so, unless you have an infant you had to watch starve to death before your eyes, or who got sick because they were unable to adjust to a new or insufficient formula.), and so I want to say: We’re sorry to every family we’ve let down since our voluntary recall exacerbated our nation’s baby formula shortage,” he wrote. “I have high expectations of this company, and we fell short of them.” (Does that sound like a man who recognizes the seriousness of what is happening? OR cares about the suffering of the infants across the nation?)
Abbott’s formula plant in Sturgis, Michigan—the largest in the country—has been closed since February after four babies who consumed powdered formula made at the plant were hospitalized with a rare bacterial infection and two died.
The company’s recall compounded supply chain disruptions related to the coronavirus pandemic, leaving many parents scrambling to source formula products to feed their infants. (There was already issues getting the formula due to COVID. There was no evidence that the two babies that died or any of the four that got sick did so because of the formula. So, why on earth did the shut down the plant? Why so long? Why is it still shut down after they closed the case?)
In the Post, Ford said that an investigation “did not find any connection” between Abbott’s products and the four cases. However, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s food director Susan Mayne has said that investigators were unable to collect bacterial strains from two of the four patients.
But Ford acknowledged that the FDA investigation “did discover a bacteria in our plant that we will not tolerate.”
He went on to outline six steps the company is taking to ease the shortage.
Ford said that the company will prioritize EleCare—a specialized product for infants who cannot digest formulas and milks—when manufacturing resumes.
“We know that some children have been hospitalized because of the lack of EleCare,” Ford wrote. “Given their unique needs, children who lose access to it can require medical supervision until the formula is returned to the shelves. I will not mince words—this is tragic and heartbreaking, and it is consuming my thoughts and those of my colleagues.”
Ford also said the company is establishing an “independently administered” $5 million that will to help families with medical and living expenses during the crisis.
He also noted that Abbott has converted lines of adult nutrition products at its plant in Columbus, Ohio, to prioritize the product of liquid infant formula and relive the supply crisis.
Abbott is also air-shipping “millions” of cans of a widely used powdered baby formula from an FDA-approved facility in Ireland, Ford added. (Why is of Federal Department of Agriculture approving a plant in Ireland?)
He cited the consent decree that Abbott has entered into with the FDA in relation to the closed Michigan facility. “This was a major step toward quickly and safely reopening,” Ford wrote.
He reiterated that it could take a couple of weeks to restart production at the facility, and then another six to eight weeks for formula products reach store shelves. (Why if there really was no fault a the facility are they not ready and able to start immediately and why can’t they work overtime to get the product out faster? That does not sound like the American Way.)
Once the facility is operating at full capacity (when would that be? And why not now?), Ford said Abbott plans to “more than double ” its production of powdered infant formula for the U.S. market. “By the end of June, we will be supplying more formula to Americans than we were in January before the recall,” he added.
Ford concluded by saying Abbott is making significant investments and upgrading safety and quality processes and equipment to ensure a similar shortage never happens again.
“These steps we’re taking won’t end the struggles of families today,” he wrote.
“Some solutions will take weeks, others will take longer, but we will not rest until it is done. I will not rest. I want everyone to trust us to do what is right, and I know that must be earned back.”
Earlier this week, President Joe Biden has invoked the Defense Production Act and launched an initiative, dubbed “Operation Fly Formula,” to expedite the production and delivery of baby formula.
Abbott Nutrition has been contacted for additional comment.
I believe that this was a test run for the AI Algorithm to see how practical operations of the taking control of the supply chain will function. I believe it was also an opportunity for the BIGGEST NUTRITION COMPANY to get set up with whatever they need to move us from real food to food created in labs.

FDA, Abbott reach agreement to reopen baby formula plant
WASHINGTON (AP) — Baby formula maker Abbott ( Abbot makes much more than baby formula they make “Science-backed Nutrition for Every Stage of Life” ) said Monday it has reached an agreement with U.S. health regulators to restart production at its largest domestic factory, though it will be well over a month before any new products ship from the site to help alleviate the national shortage facing parents.
Abbott did not immediately detail the terms of the agreement with the Food and Drug Administration, which has been investigating safety concerns at its Sturgis, Michigan, plant since early this year. The consent decree amounts to a legally binding agreement between the FDA and the company on steps needed to reopen the factory.
Abbott is one of just four companies that produce roughly 90 percent of U.S. formula, and its brands account for nearly half that market.
After a six-week inspection, FDA investigators published a list of problems in March, including lax safety and sanitary standards and a history of bacterial contamination in several parts of the plant.
Chicago-based Abbott has emphasized that its products have not been directly linked to the bacterial infections in children. Samples of the bacteria found at its plant did not match the strains collected from the babies by federal investigators. The company has repeatedly stated it is ready to resume manufacturing, pending an FDA decision.
Former FDA officials say fixing the type of problems uncovered at Abbott’s plant takes time, and infant formula facilities receive more scrutiny than other food facilities. Companies need to exhaustively clean the facility and equipment, retrain staff, repeatedly test and document there is no contamination.
On Monday, FDA Commissioner Robert Califf told ABC News that an announcement was forthcoming about importing baby formula from abroad. The key issue is making sure the instructions for the formula are in languages that mothers and caregivers can understand, he noted.
Pediatricians say baby formulas produced in Canada and Europe are roughly equivalent to those in the U.S. But traditionally, 98 percent of the infant formula supply in the U.S. is made domestically. Companies seeking to enter the U.S. face several major hurdles, including rigorous research and manufacturing standards imposed by the FDA.
San Diego father Steven Davis has faced heart-wrenching challenges finding formula for his medical fragile daughter, who was on an Abbott formula but has had to switch with the recall and subsequent shortages in other brands.
Zoie Davis was born 19 months ago with no kidneys, a rare life-threatening condition that requires dialysis and a feeding tube until she weighs enough for a kidney transplant. She’s four pounds shy of that milestone, said Davis, a mortgage lender and his daughter’s caretaker.
“Her life is dependent on her weight gain,’’ he said.
Davis said he used an organic brand from overseas until costs and customs hurdles made that too difficult. Friends and strangers from out of state have sent him other brands, but each time she switches requires more blood tests and monitoring, Davis said.
Despite her challenges, Zoie is walking, talking and “doing pretty good’’ on other developmental milestones, Davis said.
“She’s a shining light in my life,’’ he said.

BIOMILQ, a North Carolina “women-owned, science-led and mother-centered,” startup, has successfully raised $3.5M in seed funding from Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Bill Gates’ investment firm.
BIOMILQ’s goal is to mimic human breast milk in a lab setting by culturing mammary epithelial cells. This approach will be a healthier alternative to formula, and its carbon footprint is significantly less than that of formula.
According to BIOMILQ’s website, “more than 4 out of 5 moms have to stop breastfeeding before the recommended six months. That means the vast majority of [women] are turning to dairy-based formula. And that means many [women] face serious trade-offs, as infant formula lacks the critical nutrients of breastmilk and carries a heavy environmental burden. There has to be a better way. We’re making that better way possible.”
BIOMILQ’s cofounder and CEO Michelle Egger spoke with me about leadership, the future of BIOMILQ, and provided advice for other aspiring female entrepreneurs.

Julia Wuench: Congratulations on getting Your Seed Round! How did it feel when you first found out?
Michelle Egger: I felt like someone was punking me. Just before closing, my cofounder and I were having some challenges with a few aspects of the business. It felt like everything was dead in the water. We had gotten to the point where we said to each other, “we’re going to have to apply for real jobs.”
Then, in what felt like the 10th hour, we found truly mission-aligned investors who were there for the long haul. They understood that we were not in this business just because it’s a profitable model, but because it has the potential to change the world.
It felt like an anti-climactic Friday night when I found out. I felt like I should have prepared a bottle of champagne. I think it took a good week before I could even say aloud “We’ve done it.” But, watching money come into a bank account makes it feel real.
Wuench: It sure does. How did you and your cofounder find each other and decide to start a business?
Egger: Leila and I were introduced by a mutual friend. We both were obsessed with nutrition and using science for solving malnutrition. I spent our first month trying to convince her that she could find a “real” CEO (not me). I told her that I could help her find somebody who was more experienced than me. Early on, we took a trip to San Francisco together to meet advisors, find mentors and speak with other folks who have had similar journeys.
We were accidentally fundraising and we didn’t know it.
From that point on, it was very clear that there was such a strong need for our product. That trip was like pouring rocket fuel on us. At that point, we were ready to go. I became CEO. It was a match made in heaven.
Wuench: To what factors do you attribute your success to date?
Egger: Leila and I, for better or worse, are eternal optimists. We just always feel like there has got to be a way. It’s easy to be an optimist when you’re so devoted to doing what’s best, not just what’s going to be easiest, or make the most money, or be the sexiest thing to talk about.
It’s easy to be an optimist if you believe at your core, like we do, that what we’re doing can revolutionize the way we feed every single human being on this planet.
